Love this book. I am a sucker for the friends turned into romance stories. I just think they are so cute and happily ever after ish. Elliot and Fe were a cute friendship that she was tryingdg to help him get a girl and of course what happens? She’s like oh damn, he’s actually really hot and awesome. Damn! I’m in love with him!! The story was intriguing and kept me wanting to read till the very end. First book by Taylor. Won’t be the last.

Good heartwarming story about a girl who loves a guy that only wants the best for her. He waits in the shadows while she heals her broken heart. Becomes her best friend, the guys she can depend on. Unfortunately he has a reputation for being a player, so once Grace realizes she a attracted to him she fights it because she doesn’t want to be just a notch on the bed post. Little does she know, he’s been pining for her for a while and would do anything to be with her. Do they work it out? Read to find out.

Great story. I thought it was going to be the classic falls in love with best friends sister sorry but it was so much more than that. You could tell that Lucas always seemed to have a soft spot for Katherine and they were always close. So when his crazy ex wife puts him in a tough spot he naturally goes to Katherine for help. They sure didn’t know what they were getting into! But I think it all turned out for the best! You’ll have to read and tell me if you think so too.

The Shape of Trust (A Stand By Me Novel) by Brinda Berry – Review by Alex Mohrenne

The Shape of Trust (Stand By Me, #5)The Shape of Trust by Brinda Berry
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Great story of love in both the romantic and family ways. The love of siblings was a great addition to the story of two characters coming together. I really felt a connection to the character Lily, even I didn’t have the hard life as she did, I still felt connected to her because the way she felt about her siblings is the way I feel about my sister. I would do anything for her and she would do anything for me. The way Lily fought to get herself together so she could take care of them was amazing, as sadly not a lot of people would do that. And adding the fact that she found her true love in the middle of this was amazing. I loved that she got a happy ending as well did Webb. Definitely, recommend reading.

The story of Gibson and Sacha is one for the record books. I loved the passion they have and how they complete each other after both have had tragic things happen to them in the past. I couldn’t put the book down, I had to finish to know what happened. It kept me interested all the way through. Oh and don’t forget the steamy scenes! 🙂

Loved this story!!! Ben and Jordan are the most perfect couple, and the twists and turns kept me reading until I finished it in one sitting. It was heartbreaking, beautiful, and everything between. It has my emotions everywhere which in my opinion one of the best things about books. This is by far my favorite in the series and would recommend.

I liked this story better than the first one but it was still a little rough I thought. Kind of slow and hard to follow. But the over story was good. I loved Alex and Madison, there love was hot. Couldn’t help but root for them, the secrets and lies kept me going and coming back for more. I can’t wait to read book 3 though!

The story was good. I thought it was a little slow to began with. I also think the main guy, Dr Grant was very odd. Just the way he described himself and the way he thought about Eden. It was very odd.. I don’t think it was my cup of tea but the story was good. On to book 2!

Very very short. It was more of a short story than a book. But it was cute, funny, sexy, and everything inbetween. The characters were well written. Jake was a lonely guy that wasn’t looking for love but that’s what he found with someone he never expected. He fell hard and fast but unlike a lot of guys he didn’t run from it. He embraced it and ran towards it. Loved the story and think he could have been a great longer ok!

The Memory of Us by Lisa Sorbe – Review by Alex Mohrenne

The Memory of UsThe Memory of Us by Lisa Sorbe
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I liked the story. I loved the characters of Weston and Elena. I could tell from the very beginning they were meant to be. It was a sad read inreagards to her losing her mom, as I have been through losing a parent I understood her on a deeper level. The one thing that I did not like about this book was that I feel like there was to much to it that didn’t need to be. Chapters that were kind of meaningless to the plot. I found my sled reading at times and thinking, will this ever get back to the good stuff? But overall it was a good book. Would not read again, but would recommend.
