Hope’s Decree (The Fated Series, #1) by Angela McPherson – Review by Amanda Pierce

Hope's Decree (The Fated #1)Hope’s Decree by Angela McPherson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Hope’s Decree by Angela McPherson is book one in the Fated series. I love reading young adult books and this was no exception. This is the first book I have read by this author, but it definitely will not be the last. I really enjoy when authors leave me wanting more from page 1. This book has everything you could want, love story, trials, uncertainty and happiness. I really enjoyed the Greek mythology tie in, along with the depth of her characters and the story line. This book makes you feel like you are living right along side then living each moment. I give this book a solid 5 stars and cant wait to read the next in the series.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Love on a Limb by Laurie Lewis had me wanting more from the beginning. I have been in a reading funk since finishing a series not too long ago. I could not put the book down. The characters and story were relatable and I wanted to know more about them from the very first page. I have never read anything by Laurie Lewis before but I will now read anything that she writes. I hope this isn’t the end of their story, I will watch the page closely to see if their story continues. The book is written wonderfully and I would definitely give it 5 stars.
