This is my first time reading any of Manda Mellett’s books, and I was not disappointed. Red’s Peril Part 1 was not what I was expecting, honestly. I haven’t really read any MC books in the past so wasn’t sure what to expect but Manda Mellett’s description of the brotherhood surrounding this particular MC was very well written. I could feel the trust and connection the characters had with one another. And I couldn’t help but fall a little bit in love with Red. His realistic growth throughout the book, his haunted past, his sometimes uncertain future, and his can’t-miss-him hair draws the reader in and doesn’t let go. I can’t wait to read more about Red and the rest of the Satan’s Devils MC!
