My Inner Critic by Christine Bernard – Review by Sandra (Crandomblog)
My Inner Critic by Christine Bernard
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
When I first heard about this book, it reminded me very strongly of myself so I quickly snagged it up. I loved the fact that I could relate to the main character so much. I like that the story was so open and honest, and the speed of the story was very comfortable for me. The only reason I didn’t straight up love it was it was told from first person point of view, which has never been a favorite of mine. The fact the main character was so relatable did make the first person writing easier to read and more relatable. I was also sick when I read this and I intend on re-reading it when I am feeling a little bit better.
