Cruel Start (Hidden Valley Elite) by Isla Vaughn – Review by Hannah Porter

Cruel Start (Hidden Valley Elite #4.5)Cruel Start by Isla Vaughn
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Cruel start was a short but truly amazing beginning for the Aspen and Phoenix story. This is the prequel to the next two both which will revolve around the two.😭😭😭 It makes me so sad to have to wait for the next 2 books in this series. I need to know what happens between them now 🤣😭. I’m also looking forward to seeing all the complex characters again and what role they play in these next books. Hopefully they help out and not make things worse 😂. I hope Aspen and Phoenix can work it out for the little one or ones lmao you know twins run in the family lmao

Geez Gia again is still making mad my props to Isla Vaughn for making and developing characters so well that you’ll feel strong emotion towards them. This is the 4th book of the hidden Valley Elite Series if you haven’t read the first three book I highly suggest you do so and not just because it’ll help you get a better understanding of what’s happening but because they are brilliantly created and amazing reads🥰 you’ll easily binged read them. This one continues with Damon and Skylar stories and the series of unfortunate events following Gia and everyone finding out about them. Get ready for another emotional ride 🤣
Waiting patiently for the next book 😭🥰

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Yummy cover 😍 I’m picking up author A. S. Roberts for the first time after reading this, and going through her page. I’m definitely going to continue reading this author. Twisted Oath was extremely good, well written, with great character and complex mafia world. 0,zI clung on to every word all the way to the end. Serafina and Salvatore are perfect for each other. They really compliment one another. I highly recommend reading i cant wait to read more 🥰

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book is the fourth book of the Shadow Chronicles but this one while in the same wonderful world is about kimber (woot woot). I was super excited seeing this series continue . I think Kimber and Fabian are my favorite characters so far. Fabian is the sweetest. This book has just as many twists and turns as the first three books and also leaves you wanting, no need more. Like truly I love this and would love stay in this world I’m waiting patiently 🙏 🥰 lol okay maybe not more like at the edge of my seat lol. Hopefully we will get a book about Domini, Spencer and radar. CAN’T WAIT FOR THE NEXT BOOK!
PS I love all of the covers of these books.I can’t wait to read more work from C.R Robertson

Reading the third book of the series i gotta tell you when the author says Readers of Cassandra Clare and Sherrilyn Kenyon ( McQueen) will devour this book she was not lying because Sherrilyn Kenyon (McQueen) is my favorite author so reading this i was like yessss, It’s slowly becoming my top ten favorite rereads. Tasha and Levi’s story coming to an end is sad but man oh man it was a hell of a ride. I read this one at what felt like lightning speed 🤣🥰. Just had to know how it ended. It did not disappoint, super action packed and omg so cute I love the name Persephone🥰. This series is a definitely recommend this series and start at the beginning you will not regret it.

Welp here I am again reading book two of The Shadow Chronicles series 😀 and just like the first it’s a non stop read. Her unique storytelling of the supernatural world is amazing. I love seeing her take on things like the hellspawns and how she can make you feel the characters emotions as your own. This book is Continuing with Tasha and Levi’s love/action-packed story, picking up where the last one stopped and I can’t get enough of them. I also can’t wait to start the next one.

First time reader of this author CR Robertson. Turns out she’s a brilliant writer, really built an amazing world. Giving you all you hoped for when dealing with supernatural beings. Im mean vampires and lycans what’s not to love 🤔oh wait Tasha’s leader🤣🤣 no but forreal this story was freaking amazing I really enjoyed it I read in one day. Levi and Tasha are fated mates and better they are different species making their love even more forbidden than others. Going to read the next book now 🥰
