What a great Christmas read.

These were a great way to start the holiday season. This anthology was made of amazingly sweet, fun and terrific stories. Wonderful collection!

Mistletoe Memories
Such a way to start of the collection of stories. The way this author wrote their words it had me turning the pages and not wanting to stop. The tension and attraction between Gretchen and Levi falls through the pages. Their history and the way they battle through their past was totally believable and I wanted more even when I was finished.

A Rocky Mountain Romance
This man named Hank, wow what a man. He is so dreamy and anyone would want him. The way this author made Hank be so dreamy was remarkable. Hank is a local boy who meets out of town, big city girl, Amity. The way this couple meet and how their relationship grew in such a short story was incredible. I loved the setting this story took place in.

Copper Penny Christmas
This book was a great read. Sweet and easy not to hard to read and also a page turner. Just you wait until you read it, it is a fabulous one and the message this author gets out is a very sweet one.  Randi, is a kind and a fantastic main character.

Merry Mix-Ups
Another great read! The chaos in this story was amazing, like just wait till you read it it is so fun and they way it is written is fabulous. I laughed out loud so many times I just love it. The story of Cassi and Max is so gentle and strong it is a sweet read. Come read it. Very fast passed book and another page turner.

Falling For Christmas
A sweet and easy to read and easy to just turn the page after page. The tension was not a lot but just enough in a little story that is was wonderful. Gabe is a great character and to fall in love at Christmas is like magic coming to life.

Christmas Pizzo
Was a fun story to read. So much action and drama in a very short story it is great. The way it was placed in this collection was a great fit. Makes me think of Romeo and Juliet. Valentina and Sal’s pull toward one another, despite the circumstances of their families, was palpable. The plot is a good one.

The Mrs. Clause
What a sweet way to end this collection! When love comes it comes it doesn’t leave you to think it is just there. I loved the character of Abby, both the character in the book and her character as a person. She may have been one of my favorite characters in this entire collection. Nothing will get in the way of true love in this one! When true love is there you know. Abby was a great one to get to find her love.

This was the cutest collection of Christmas stories I’ve read! I’ve never been a huge fan of Christmas stories but I really enjoy them in this medium. I enjoyed reading different tales by multiple authors- none which I have read before. The best part of this collection was discovering all their talent! I’ll happily read more works by them- especially if it’s like this one! I’ve worked at several jobs that have tarnished the holiday spirit but this really brought it back for me. I might even put my tree up early this year. Check this deliciously sweet collection out friends!

A Christmas to Remember: An Anthology from 5 Prince Publishing

Some of these authors are new to me while some I’ve read books by. These stories are short and sweet. Mistletoe Memories, A Rocky Mountain Romance,Copper Penny Christmas, Merry Mix-ups, Falling for Christmas, Christmas Pizzo, and The Mrs. Clause are all new favorites.

Mistletoe Memories by Bernadette Marie

Gretchen has always had the dream of her own bakery. Down the street from her bakery is the bakery of her ex. She delivers flour to him and as she’s leaving she’s in an accident. The quote I chose for Gretchen is: “I do. It means that every good memory I have, started as a moment under the mistletoe.

Levi has never stopped loving Gretchen. When she’s in an accident he rushes to her side. Then he decides to help her out after the accident. When they find out that their designs are being stolen they work together. The quote I chose for Levi is: “That first time I kissed you under the mistletoe, I thought it was just going to be a friendly kiss. I had no idea the sparks that were set off that night were buried so deep. That moment, in Charlotte’s doorway, I fell in love with you deeper than I already was as your friend.”

A Rocky Mountain Romance by Jessica Mehring

Hank has lived in the small town for a year. He loves it and can’t see wanting to leave for anything. Then he meets Amity and her sister Anne. He wants to help Amity out in whatever way he can. The quote I chose for Hank is: “I’ve lived here for a year now, and I can honestly say these are mostly good-hearted people. Sure, they talk— and sure, you can call it gossip—but it’s because they care. They care about this town, what goes on in it, and the people who live in it.”

Amity was new to town and never really thought of staying long term. She came out to help her sister out and then was going to get back to her life. Then she meets Hank and finds that she can’t stop thinking of him. Will they make it work? The quote I chose for Amity is: “Neither was I. It’s so ridiculous. I mean, I’m embarrassed that I didn’t see right through him. And the man ruined me. But telling the story… it’s like the plot to a terrible novel: Man runs off with assistant and leaves woman nearly bankrupt, and she must start over against all odds.”

Copper Penny Christmas by Ann Swann

Miranda thought she was going to have all she wanted with her boyfriend. Only to find that he’s been flirting with others. Then she finds that he cheated on her. The quote I chose for Miranda is: “It just so happens my own plans have changed drastically over the past few days. I would love to stop in and check on this little man.”

Wil has been to the clinic where Miranda works at. When the dog he adopted passes away he finds that Miranda may just have a pet for him. He finds that he wants to spend more time with her. The quote I chose for Wil is: “We can’t wait to see you tomorrow.”

Merry Mix-Ups by Emily Bybee

Max is asked out by a friend for a blind date. Then he remembers the stories he’s heard of the girl. Only to find that he was mistaking her for someone else completely. Can he fix the mistake before it’s too late? The quote I chose for Max is: “If there’s one thing Grams and Pop taught me, it’s that it takes selflessness and caring to make a marriage work. I just want you to be sure this is what you want, and not just what Becca wants. No judgement, man. I see the way she looks at you. I know she cares about you. But is she the one you want to be with forever?”

Cassi thinks that her friend and old roommate has told Max about the Swan Princess story. Then at the party she finds out that he thinks she stole his watch. Then she finds out what really happened the night of her waking up on the Swan float. The quote I chose for Cassi is: “Hey, it’s a lot. Most people plan their weddings for a year or more. You just have to be the overachiever and do it in a month.”

Falling For Christmas by Amy L. Gale

Natalie is mad when some new guy thinks he can come in like he owns the town. She’s worked hard to keep her family tree farm going. She isn’t going to go down without a fight. She falls for Gabe and can see why everyone likes him. The quote I chose for Natalie is: “Like what, create a ghost town? Don’t you get it? You’re going to make all of us lose our businesses with your standard fees. You come in here with your flashy car, that doesn’t do so well in the snow by the way, and flaunt your designer clothes like we’re all going to fall all over you. Well, you don’t know this town at all. The car didn’t help you out too much did it? And those good looks don’t work either.”

Gabriel is new to the small town and thinks he’s doing right by the town. When he’s cornered by the entire town he seems to break down. He volunteers to be a judge for a friendly competition. The quote I chose for Gabe is: “I’d love to try Vesuvius. What do you say, Natalie? Do you want to go to dinner Saturday night?”

Christmas Pizzo by Emersyn Kane

Valentina is called to come home when her father has a stroke. When she gets there she finds that her crush and his father are waiting for her. She knows his family, but she doesn’t know her history with his family. The quote I chose for Valentina is: “It’s our parents and our sisters. It’s Misty and Karl. It’s finding happiness with one person who doesn’t judge you for what you’ve done or what you do. You know. That one person that supports you, no matter what. That loves you… no matter what.”

Sal is working for his dad now. When he finds out that Valentina is back in town he will find a way to be with her. He will fight for her if he has to and he does exactly like that. The quote I chose for Sal is: “I know, can we wait until tomorrow to figure it all out? For now, I just want to be with you.”

The Mrs. Clause by S.J. Reisner

Abigail is left an inheritance but she has to be engaged by her thirty-fifth Christmas. She thinks of using her ex Luke to get the money but then decides against it. Then she meets Gary and honestly thought her money was gone. The quote I chose for Abigail is: “No buts. You’ve been in a relationship for five years. My longest relationship was with Luke, and why I stayed for eight months is anyone’s guess. Let’s just drop it. There has to be an easier solution to finding the money for the studio.”

Gary is a painter and does well with it. He meets Abigail and can’t keep her off his mind. Then her ex comes in and shakes him up. He didn’t know about the money and thinks that is why she said yes. The quote I chose for Gary is: “I know this is sudden and you’re welcome to think about it, but I can’t stop thinking about you. Every time we’re together it feels so right, like I’ve known you forever. I don’t think I’ve enjoyed spending time with anyone as much as I’ve enjoyed the time I’ve spent with you.”

Highly recommended for Romance lovers.

A Christmas to Remember is my first holiday anthology. 7 wonderful stories in one book! Merry Birthday to me (yes, you read that right). I have been looking forward to chilly weather, warm fuzzy socks, a cozy blanket, and a cup of coffee watching my favorite hallmark xmas movies. And then I found this book and it was like 7 of my favorite hallmark movies in one book! Joy to the World is right!

I cannot decide which story is my favorite because they all have such interesting characters and storylines. Mistletoe Memories was especially “sweet” (you see what I did there) and I loved it because I remember the days I used to work in a bakery. Copper Penny Christmas was absolutely adorable!!!!!! OMG! My heart melted. The Mrs. Clause was unique and I loved how the protagonist handled her challenge and dilemma.

Overall, you cannot go wrong with any of the stories. Get your cup of cocoa or coffee ready, a nice cozy blanket, and get lost in a holiday anthology to rival any holiday movie special!

What a great way to start a holiday season! This anthology was full of sweet, festive, and wonderful stories from seven talented authors! Great collection!

Mistletoe Memories
What a way to start this collection off! With flawless and fun storytelling, the author kept me turning the pages. The tension and attraction between Gretchen and Levi oozes through the pages. Their history and the way battle through their past was believable and I just loved this one.

A Rocky Mountain Romance
Oh man! Hank is just a DREAM! I loved the author’s character development and engaging writing style. Hank is a local boy who meets out of town, big city girl, Amity. The depth and exploration of the characters in a such a short story was incredible. I also really enjoyed the setting!

Copper Penny Christmas
This was an easy, sweet read! A sweet, unexpected story with a wonderful message! I really enjoyed the authors storytelling Randi as a character. She is resilient and kind and made for a great central character.

Merry Mix-Ups
What a great story! I loved the ins and outs of this story and all of the chaos. It made me laugh out loud at times. I loved Cassi and Max’s story. This one was just so much fun to read! Very fast-paced and engaging writing style!

Falling For Christmas
This was just such a sweet, easy-going story. I loved the little bits of tension throughout the story where Gabe was involved. His character development was sweet to read and who doesn’t love a story about falling in love at Christmas-time!

Christmas Pizzo
What a fun story! This one was action-packed and full of drama. It was placed perfectly in this collection of stories band gave a different feel (very Romeo and Juliet). Valentina and Sal’s pull toward one another, despite the circumstances of their families, was palpable. I loved the plot.

The Mrs. Clause
A sweet way to end this collection! When love strikes, it strikes hard like it did in this one. I loved the character of Abby, both the character in the book and her character as a person. She may have been one of my favorite characters in this entire collection. Nothing will get in the way of true love in this one!

Nothing to me warms my heart than Christmas stories full of love, joy and hope….but also some feel good moments, some definite mix ups in communication and wrong assumptions.

I loved each story and quite honestly not one story I favored more than the other, I loved them all. Each individual story had fantastic characters and the stories were well written. Just perfect timing for the upcoming holiday season!

Seven different stories with different characters, different authors, and different Christmas vibes. This might be the first anthology I have read and reviewed but it will not be my last! I love Christmas and find myself watching all the Christmas Hallmark movies every November. This year, I added this book, and cannot be happier. It’s like reading the script of Christmas movies, and I believe each one would be great on screen. I would also, like to see some of the stories continued. They are believable, clean (a big plus for me), and sweet. I have found seven new authors to read, and I can’t wait to read more from them.

This Compilation truly made me feel like I was home for Christmas watching Hallmark movies with my mom. It made me miss her a lot. The nostalgic, heartwarming, and familiar plot lines give it the perfect fireplace season feel where I was even reading this with a hot chocolate. The seven beautiful stories are full of love, passion, a few tears, and the Christmas Spirit! A Copper Penny Christmas really tugged at my heartstrings, I absolutely love dogs! I also loved the competitiveness and intensity of the cake decorating contest in Mistletoe Memories. It was a very fun read! These stories were so descriptive and entertaining that I felt like this book just flew by! This was a delightful anthology just in time for the holidays. You start off with a couple of bakers and a setting for a second chance romance. Then you are swept away to Colorado for a entertaining story of a jewelry designer at a craft fair who is trying to decide how she can get another start with her career but also finds herself falling for a local man. From there you are reading a page in Randi’s diary and she is at a crossroads in life, will she take the path of what was supposed to be or maybe she will find a different path to happiness. What could possibly go wrong with a Blind date at Christmas, maybe meet the woman of your dreams, that being said not all is as it appears to be and will the newly found couple be able to weather the storm swirling around them? A newcomer comes to town taking over the local bank, he finds his welcome is short lived by some of the changes he is making only to find interest with a fiery tempered beauty. A family emergency brings home Valentina to take over the family business, but pressure from an outsider has put her in the direct line with Sal, the only man who ever made her heart speed up. The anthology finishes with an ex who is trying to get back together with Abigail, but she finds someone who is a better catch. All the stories are entertaining and festive.

An enjoyable and entertaining anthology of holiday romances, each one by a different author. Each one of the stories in this collection of festive reads had me happily turning the pages. I thoroughly enjoyed these heartwarming and wonderfully written ‘Happily Ever After Christmas’ tales. I ‘binge read’ this anthology, where each storyline had a different theme and each one had me hooked. ‘MISTLETOE MEMORIES’ by Bernadette Marie, was a particular favourite with an enemies to lovers theme. In Amy L. Gale’s ‘FALLING FOR CHRISTMAS’, a small town is in chaos when a big city businessman turns up to make a deal. ‘THE MRS. CLAUSE’ by S.J. Reisner, ‘A ROCKY MOUNTAIN ROMANCE’ by Jessica Mehring, ‘MERRY MIX-UPS’ by Emily Bybee, Emersyn Kane’s ‘CHRISTMAS PIZZO’, and ‘COPPER PENNY CHRISTMAS’ by Ann Swann, make up the collection. I was taken on an emotional rollercoaster whilst reading these stories, and I felt immersed in each storyline and engaged with the likeable and relatable characters in each one. I definitely recommend this anthology for a Christmas escape, which will leave you in a festive mood.

Wow I loved this collection of stories. All of them are uniquely different but all of them are really great reads.

The stories are romance with a Christmas twist so although the journey to the HEA isn’t always smooth the Christmas magic makes anything possible.
I honestly could not pick a favourite because I loved each on in different ways but every book captured the essence for romance and the magical spirit of Christmas. I will be re reading this anthology again curled up in from of my Christmas tree with a hot chocolate to really embrace and make each story come alive. These stories are so magical and beautifully written I can imagine them being turned into films to watch over the Christmas period.

A Christmas to Remember is a collection of eight books with a Christmas theme running through them with each a unique story and full of romance.

Falling for Christmas – When Gabe comes into town and takes over the Savings and Loan there is a low hum around town especially when he decides to make changes which the town are not happy with. Nat decides to speak to Gabe and from the moment they meet the attraction is there, but can Nat keep on track and not get whisked away by Gabe.

Christmas Pizzo – There families have been emeries seem like forever but Valentina and Sal try to make each family see that they need each other, plus with the attraction between Sal and Valentia can they all come together in the end.

Mrs Clause – Abbey as been left money but as all things it comes with a clause that Abbey needs to be married before her 35th Christmas to inherit but trying to find her true love in two months that might seem a tall order but can she find the perfect man.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I don’t usually read short stories – they are just not my thing.
HOWEVER, Bernadette Marie is an Author I adore, and I do love a good Christmas Romance, so I gave this a chance. I was not disappointed.
This was fantastic. 5 Stars all the way!

My lack of knowledge of the individual stories made my experience an amazing one.
That being said, I do want to point out that as soon as I began to read each story, it was a one sitting read! I could not put it down!
Each author really delivers on character and relationship building, writing style and Christmas vibes.
There is enemies to lovers, friends to lovers, forbidden love and so much holiday cheer.

I strongly recommend you pick this up if you love a good romance read and a bit of holiday happiness!

A Christmas to Remember by 5 Prince Publishing – Review by Barbie England

A Christmas to Remember is a collection of short stories that involve romance around the Christmas Holiday. Gretchen and Levi are two competing bakers who were once student and pupil, but now find themselves in a holiday baking contest. Hank is the IT manager for the city of St. Francis and Amity is a jewelry maker who has been offered an opportunity to move to Los Angeles to expand her business. My favorite of the collection has to be Randi and Wil’s story. I’m a total sucker for an adorable animal story, and Penny, who is a dachshund, is my absolute favorite dog breed. Next there is Max and Cassie who work together to help their friends plan a Christmas Eve wedding. There’s even a tree farmer named Nat who ends up as her town’s representative to try to teach the new bank officer the way things are in the town of Evergreen when his plans threaten to close many of the small town’s businesses. Val and Sal are both worried about gaining their respective fathers’ approval before admitting that the childhood friends both have feelings for one another. Sal is also next in line to head his family’s branch of the Mafia. Finally, there is Abby, who has received an inheritance from her grandfather under the condition that she at least be engaged by her thirty-fifth Christmas. Will Abby give up her chance for receiving the money, settle for sharing the money by bending the rules with her ex, or forge a new bond with the artist she just met? The selections in this book mostly focus on small-town settings, with a few of them set in Colorado. There are a variety of romance tropes contained in the pages. I enjoyed reading them all! I especially enjoyed the Christmas elements with descriptions of traditions, decorations, and social events that accompany this special time of year.
