Where There’s Hope (A Well Paired Novel Book #2) by Marianne Rice – Review by Angela Hayes

Where There's Hope (A Well Paired Novel, #2)Where There’s Hope by Marianne Rice
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Where There’s Hope is the second book in the Well Paired Series by Marianne Rice. This is a contemporary romance- about second chances, forgiveness, redemption, responsibility, and finding love. This is my first book by Ms. Rice, but it certainly won’t be my last. This book can be read as a standalone, which is what I did, but I will definitely be going back to read the first book now, too.
Hope Windward has managed to make a comfortable life for herself and her daughter. She is a strong, independent single parent who has done a wonderful job raising her daughter on her own after tragedy struck. Now the man responsible for upending their lives is back in town, which makes her angry- she’s not happy to have him there.
Cameron Smithfield has spent 10 years in prison paying for what he did. Now he wants to atone for what happened by becoming the best uncle he can for his niece. He holds a lot of pain and grief over the event that shattered so many lives. He hopes that he will get a chance to prove himself. But what happens when feelings develop? Will she ever be able to forgive him for what happened? Will she admit her own feelings? When the time comes, and doubts arise, will she trust in him?
This is a very enjoyable, steamy story that I am happy to recommend as a great feelgood story with a few surprises.
I am looking forward to reading more of Ms. Rice’s work.

Thank you, Ms. Rice!

Where There’s Hope (A Well Paired Novel, #2) by Marianne Rice – Review by Jenni Bishop

Where There's Hope (A Well Paired Novel, #2)Where There’s Hope by Marianne Rice
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Where There’s Hope (A Well Paired Novel) by Marianne Rice is a wonderful  contemporary romance story. It is a love story where redemption and forgiveness can  soothe the soul. It’s a love story that means trust and the truth could mean second  chances may be possible and heal old wounds. It is a sad and beautiful story that I  found hard to put down and when I did I was thinking about how soon I could get back  to it. I loved this story. The characters are so well written that I could feel their pain,  their torture, their love and their emotions. I fell in love with them and Marianne has  created a lovely story that should not be missed. I look forward to reading more from  this author.
