AHHHH! I absolutely loved reading Carrie Pulkinen’s book Licensed to Bite: A Paranormal Romantic Comedy which is the first book in the series New Orleans Nocturnes. I was excited to read this book as I used to live in Louisiana and LOVE New Orleans and all the paranormal that surrounds it. Jane goes on a girl’s trip to Mardi Gras with a few friends, she didn’t realize she would end up in the arms of a vampire and wake up as one. The irony of it all this is blood makes her faint so how can she pass this? Can Ethan help her get her license? What comes of these two? I love Jane and Ethan; their banter and chemistry is amazing. This story was addicting from the first chapter and I can’t wait to read more of this series!

Endless Nights by R.M. Gilmore is the second book in the Dylan Hart series which is a paranormal suspense book. I fell in love with the first book and this book didn’t disappoint. Dylan is still her sarcastic, sassy self and she ends up biting off more than she can handle. After going on a trip with her an old acquaintance to New Orleans she finds herself upsetting the wrong people. Can she survive this foe? I recommend reading these in order but worth the read! They are packed with suspense, action, mystery and will keep you biting your nails in anticipation on what will happen next while reading.

Romance in Rehoboth Boxed set includes books 1 through 3 of the series by K.L. Montgomery. One thing I love about box sets is I don’t have to wait to find out what happens next! However, these books were my first books by this author, and I am so glad I decided to read them. They can be read as standalones, but you won’t want to put down this series! You have Book 1 – Music Man, book 2 – The Flip and book 3 – Plot Twist, each of these books were about how to love yourself, following your dreams and meeting your soulmate. Music Man follows Jack and Claire, he falls in love just as he’s getting into stardom. But can they handle the roller coaster they will be thrown on? The Flip follows 2 rivals from high school Andrew and Sonnet. When they are thrown back together after a decade both being named heirs to a property can, they work together to fix it up? Was their more to naming them the heirs? Plot Twist you follow Meric Chandler and Lindy Larson who are cast together in a musical written by Claire and Jack. Can these two keep from ruining the show or will the backstage romance shut it down?

The story Testament of Feats: Book of Sorrows Book Two by K.H. Jones is a dark fantasy book. It will pull you in until the very last page because you become hooked. Like in the previous book the author has a way with the description that brings the characters and pages come to life in such a unique way. You can’t help but feel you are there in the book experience these with them. I highly recommend this book for the adventure it will take you on.

Mountains Series Boxset includes books 1 – 3 by Phoebe Alexander. This boxset is a must read, the author wrote an amazing series that draws you in and keeps your attention until the very last page. These stories follow Sarah Lynde who is a sociology professor and single mother and Army 1st Sergeant James McAllister who never knows when he will deploy but wants a family someday. Sarah is just looking for friends with benefits when James walks into the picture but the chemistry and connection these two have make sparks fly. We follow their story in these 3 books that will have you on an emotional roller coaster from page one of the first book all the way to the last page of the third book. Can the two overcome all the obstacles in their lives to be together or will they walk away? Highly recommend you picking up this boxset!

The Bar Next Door is the first book in the Barflies series by Katia Rose and I loved every minute of reading it. It is a RomCom book which I mean with that alone you can’t go wrong. This book was an easy read and I found myself unable to put the book down. The characters in this story were written great and you couldn’t help but love them. Monroe, she is sassy, smart and such a strong woman and then you have Julien who is a sexy Frenchman who is charming. The chemistry between these two is hot! Highly recommend this book if you want a fun read that teaches you some too.

Mountains Climbed (Mountains Series Book 2) by Phoebe Alexander was the second installment to the series and it does not disappoint. This book continues to follow Lt. James McAllister and Dr. Sarah Lynde in a steamy, page turner that keeps you on your toes. James is deployed and can only think of Sarah even though he knows he shouldn’t as he is engaged to another. Sarah has a new man in her life and as much of a distraction as he is, her thoughts can’t help but wander back to James. These two have so much love for each other but are they destined to be together? What will happen if they see each other again? Did they make the right decisions? This book will make you feel more emotions then you did in the first one. Definitely recommend reading book 1 first as this is a continuation of the first book in this series.

Scoring Chance: A Mile High Miners Novella by Lane Martin is a sports romance novella. For being a novella, I was highly surprised at how well this story was written in detail. This is the first book I have read by this author and it won’t be my last. It takes you on an emotional roller coaster that’s for sure between laughing and crying. The characters have so much detail that you will fall in love with them! We follow Rhett Crawford who is a hockey player and Eden Snow who is forbidden fruit according to the captain of the hockey team. That just adds to the temptation that is Eden and Rhett, can they stay away from each other? I can’t wait to read more by this author!

I was hooked on this book from the first page and couldn’t put it down until I was done. You won’t be disappointed with this book; I can’t wait to read more from this author. Broken by Love by MJ Masucci was an intriguing second chance romance story to read. I wasn’t sure how I would like it after the synopsis but decided to give it a try. I didn’t become as connected with this story as I have in other books, but I still really enjoyed the book. The main characters of this story are Lexi, Noah and J.C. who were interesting to learn about. The more I read I did find myself unable to put the book down. Would recommend! I am looking forward to the second book.

Sky to Sea by Amanda Marin is the second book in her Crimson Sash series. This is a YA fantasy series that includes sci-fi, drama, action and adventure. I was unsure about this book but gave it a chance after reading the synopsis and I can honestly say I am glad I took the chance. This book is about Neve Hall and Micah Ward who are trying to prove themselves to gain citizenship in the New Republic. Will they gain the citizenship? What does the future hold for them? The story is written great as are the characters and I recommend reading this series in orders.

The book definitely lives up to its title that’s for sure. The storyline and characters will keep you engaged and hooked until the very end. In this book we met Abbie who has always been a good girl who has set some high goals for herself. Once her world is turned upside down after she endures the pressure and games at her current school everything could be in jeopardy. Will she lose everything she has worked so hard for? Highly recommend this book, you won’t be disappointed if you love a great thriller.

Set it Free (Fallen Eagles Book 3) by T. Birmingham is the third book in an MC romantic suspense book. I had not read the first 2 books and wish I had as I feel like I would understand things that felt like I was missing information. These must be read in order if you don’t want to miss things but it can be read as a standalone. This book is about Spring and Casper aka Cal. Spring has had a traumatic experience in her past and is still struggling to deal with it. She has built sky high walls and is keeping everyone away. Cal doesn’t want to see her go through this, but will she let him? This was an amazing read that I couldn’t put down. The emotions in the books are strong whether it’s the characters emotions you are reading or how you personally take them. I highly recommend this book just be warned there is addiction in this book if that is a trigger for you.

Journeys Through SpaceTime (Journeys Through Book 1) by James Talisman is an amazing read. This isn’t usually a book I would read but after reading the Synopsis I became curious. This is a sci-fi/ fantasy book that is full of time travel, adventure and action. This book has many characters and scenery that the author did amazing job on giving detail to that you can envision while you read. After I started the book I realized I needed to read it at a slower pace so that I didn’t miss anything. I quickly became hooked on this book and I am so glad I chose to read it. I recommend this book!

They are dark stories that bring you mystery, suspense and danger throughout the whole series and they aren’t for the faint of heart. I was on a roller coaster ride with my emotions reading each book. In each book you meet characters and story lines that are written amazing, you get lost in the pages. These books can be read as standalones, but I recommend reading them in order as some of the characters are in each of the books.

Master’s Rise Book One (Phoenix Series) by L. Ann Marie is the first book I have read by this author and I loved it. It pulls you in from the beginning and keeps you hooked with the story line so you can’t put it down. The characters are relatable and written great, you can’t help but fall in love with some and feel their emotions. Cort and Seren are the two main characters who both have an attraction to each other. What will come from their attraction as sparks fly? Can Cort forgive his Brothers and learn to trust again? This story has action, romance, suspense and drama, the story line is amazing and I cant wait to see what comes next.

The story Rule (The Larussio Legacy Book 1) by Via Mari is a must read! This is a suspense / romance book that follows the POV of 4 main characters. This book has everything you could ask for in a book, suspense, action, romance, heat, twists and turns that will have you lost in the pages until the last one. I fell in love with both of the Alpha men Gio and Chase but I think my favorite characters would be Serena and Katarina. Both these women are struggling in their own ways and yet they are both so strong! The storyline in this book was amazing and I can’t wait to see what comes next for these characters.

It takes you on so many twists and turns that you aren’t really sure what’s coming next. I fell in love with both Drew and Amy from the start who are the main characters. Amy is coming home for Christmas like she does every year but this year is harder. When she’s trying to hide something from her MC family and isn’t sure she can pull it off. But can she keep it to herself? How will her future look after all this? I highly recommend reading this book.

The cover of this book along with synopsis is what drew me in to read this book. This book is about Patience and Duke who have been best friends until he left for the Marines. They both had a lot of obstacles to overcome over the years. When Patience is starting to learn who she is again Duke walks back into her life unexpected. Will they be able to fix their relationship after everything? This is a must read and I can’t wait for more to come from this series.

Vampire State by Alexander Charalambides is a paranormal full-length book. I love books about Vampires, and this is one that I see myself reading again multiple times. The main character in this book is Rowena and she has a lot of tough decisions to make after the Pales aka Vampires have taken over. What would you be willing to give up saving your family and yourself? Rowena is by far my favorite character in this book, but you can’t help but like both Vincenzo and Luka also. This book was intriguing it keeps you hooked reading page to page and throws in so many twists and turns you can’t figure out what will happen next. I can’t wait to read more from this author.
