This is an intense, fast paced read that will send you down the rabbit hole into a sci-fi action. These characters bring out the best in one another’s roles to bring out the best. The action keeps you turning the page in this original story full of action. The book is easy to read with great world building in a world not too far from ours on Earth. This unpredictable story sends us into steamy exchanges with our characters and will keep our hearts pumping. Very entertaining!

The Body Collector (Bad Boys of Space) by Landra Graf
This is a book I enjoyed reading. This was a fast paced story full of action, danger, romance, and wonderful characters. This book can be read as a standalone but I think you should read them all because I have and I think they are all great reads. The author kept me captivated with the twists and turns and attention to detail. I liked how the relationship progressed between Loyda and Big Al. Will they be able to find out who is behind the mass disappearances? I very much enjoy this author’s writing style. I recommend this book.

I really enjoyed this much more than I expected. The story is wonderful and hits all the right spots. The characters are larger than life. I had a love/dislike relationship with them over the course of the book. Loyda causes a lot of problems for Alexander and his crew always pushing forward.
I love listening to Alexander’s thoughts pertaining to Loyda. He is very wiley in how he goes about getting her. He also has a happy go lucky attitude. He seems cool calm and collected but underneath his wheels are spinning. Looking for other avenues. This is one guy to keep an eye on.
I loved the nod to the other book in the series. I hoped because Big Al is the brother of Toni we would see them. Wish granted!
Overall an excellent story. This author is able to weave characters that I come to care about. I can’t wait for more from her.

The Body Collectoris the third book in the Bad Boys of Space Series by Landra Graf. It is a bit of a swashbuckling space adventure- a sci-fi romance with drama, intrigue, suspense, a little mystery, plenty of danger, hidden agendas, betrayal, corruption, politics, violence, murder, crime, humor, banter, set-ups, gun fights, and some incredible world building. The story could be read as a standalone as each book in the series focuses on a different couple- but having said that, some of the characters play a part in each book, meaning there are quite a few recurring characters that add an interesting dynamic to the story/series. I really recommend reading the first two book before reading this one, as they will certainly elevate your enjoyment of this book with character details, dynamics, and interesting backstories. Loyda Miles is an Investigator working undercover- assigned to try get to the bottom of a drug distribution ring- and find out why so many people have disappeared from all over the sector. Her search has led her to a BCS (Body Collective Service) ship and its motley crew. So, she signs on as part of the crew to see what she can unearth. Loyda soon realizes that what seemed like a simple undercover assignment isn’t quite as straightforward as she thought- and she may be completely out of her depth. Finding the crew involved in some shady and illegal dealings, she uses the information to blackmail the hunky captain into helping her with her mission. Things get even more complicated when her boss is killed and she is accused of the crime. Loyda is now on the wrong side of the law- a fugitive, and at the mercy of the very man she blackmailed not so long ago. With danger lurking around every corner, sizzling chemistry about to boil over, and the authorities hot on their tail- Loyda is determined to uncover the person/s responsible and clear her name. But she is up against a powerful enemy who is determined to stop the real truth from ever emerging- at all cost! So, strap yourself in, because this quite a gripping ride.

The Body Collector is the third book in the Bad Boys Of Space Series by Landra Graf. This book can be read as a standalone because this is the first book I fave read by this author. I truly enjoyed this book and can’t wait to go back and read the first two books. This Is Big Al and Loyda’s story. The chemistry between these two is out of this world. This book is full of twists and turns that had me reading long into the night, but it was worth the tiredness I felt all day today. I highly recommend this book.

This is my second book by N.L. Holmes. I enjoyed reading The Crocodile Makes No Sound, A Lord Hani Mystery- an intriguing ancient Egyptian thriller. My opinion is you have to read them in order so if you haven’t read Bird in a Snare (book 1) – do that first. Lord Hani is still facing dangerous situations and doing his best to go through every investigation. Every story I’ve read from N.L. Holmes is always well written with amazing characters and storylines that always give awesome action and great stories.

The Body Collector by Landra Graf is the third book in the Bad Boys of Space series. This book can be read as a stand-alone m. This book is a great story – it felt fun and exciting throughout. Although it was shorter than I had expected it felt like quite a lot happens in the book without it being rushed. The characters were really interesting. The relationship between them felt real and believable. This definitely helped make it even easier to connect with them and the story as a whole. This is the only book I have read in this series but I will be making sure I go back to read the previous 2. A great book and one I thoroughly enjoyed.

The Body Collector by Landra Graf a fantastic five-star read. This is number three in the Bad Boys of Space series and it can be read as stand-alone as I have only read one of the previous two stories in the series and didn’t feel that I missed much. The chemistry in this story was great, it really came alive, there was something that kept me hooked from the first page until the last, there is so much covered in this story, and the subject matter can get deep, but the author deals with it all so well. Al and Loyda will enrapture you, they will make you feel like you are part of their story.

This sci-fi romance was action packed and fast paced. Graf really did a great job weaving this story together and putting two extremely strong characters at the helm. I enjoyed reading this story and this was one that I found I raced through without even meaning to. Really enjoyable read and one I will recommend to others.

The Body Collector (Bad Boys of Space Book 3) by Landra Graf is a fast-paced shorter story that Landra has done a good job with the plot and the world building as well as the characterisation. I didn’t really know what to expect as I make a habit of not reading the blurb beforehand as I like to be surprised and let me tell you surprised, I was, but in a good way. With action and mystery, drama and suspense, danger and passion and let’s not forget the oozing chemistry.
A conspiracy, a wanted woman, danger and a fight to find the real perpetrator.

The Body Collector by Landra Graf is the third book in the Bad Boys of Space series. This can be read and enjoyed as a standalone story. The story focuses on Big Al and Loyda. The two of them are in opposite parts of society but happen upon one another. Can one possibly be able to help the other? I enjoyed the characters and the space setting. It gives the story a bit of unrealness but still grounded in a futuristic reality. This story is a quick read and has action, adventure, twists, turns, and romance. There is something for almost everyone who wants to get away for a bit. I see this series as getaways from the seriousness of life. Don’t we all need that this year? I look forward to reading more from this author in the future.

This was an amazing read! There was so much going on that I was completely glued to the story from beginning to end. The story was really well written, it had a fast pace to it – I honestly loved every minute of it. The characters Al and Loyda were really great to read about, they had so much chemistry between them. There were some great twists in the plot and this definitely helped keep my attention the whole way through. Although the story is on the shorter side there is absolutely nothing missing at all. This is the second book that I have read by this author and my favourite so far! I am definitely going to be reading more from her in the future!!!

The Body Collector (Bad Boys of Space Book 3) By Landra Graf 5 out of 5 stars
I loved reading the book The Body Collector (Bad Boys of Space Book 3) by Landra Graf. It is a story that has action, danger, conspiracy, and romance. It had me hooked from the very beginning. The author has a wonderful way of making both the storyline and the characters come alive. It is a book that takes you on a journey into space in which you never know what is going to happen next. It had me on the edge of my seat. The story is about Alexander “Big Al” Smith and Loyda Miles. Al is a body collector who has gotten caught by Loyda. From the first time that Al sees Loyda, he finds himself intensely attracted to her. Loyda also feels the same attraction. Loyda finds herself a wanted woman. Will she be able to clear her name? Will Al help her? Who is responsible for the mass disappearances? How will Al and Loyda deal with their attraction to one another? This is a story that is fast-paced and enjoyable to read. There are romantic scenes as well as dangerous ones. Who will survive? Don’t miss out on a story that will keep you on your toes from beginning to end. You won’t be able to put it down until the final page. I highly recommend reading it.

This is not my first book by this author but it is one of my favorites by her yet. One thing I enjoy about this author is her ability to pull me into the story with ease. Her story is easy to read and entertaining. This book is no different. This is a shorter story that is part of a series which I highly suggest reading all of. This author’s attention to details made me feel as if I was right there with the characters. I had no issues connecting to them and really enjoyed the journey they brought. They bring lots of action, mystery and suspense. Al black markets body parts and Loyda is an investigator and is willing to do anything to capture her culprits. What will happen when she finds herself begin accused of murder and only one person can help her prove her innocence? They are such great, strong characters that made the story for me and kept me turning pages. This is a fast paced, easy story to read which I highly recommend.

When bodies start falling, the collector comes calling…
Alexander ‘Big Al’ Smith signed on as a government body collector to get away from his parents and determine his own future. Illegal black marketing of body organs was supposed to be his path to early retirement…until he got caught.
Loyda Miles, government investigator, seeks the truth—against the wishes of her boss—and she’ll blackmail Al over his illegal ventures to help her capture the culprits behind the disappearances of thousands from the Saturn ring jails.
When Loyda finds herself wanted for her boss’s death, the tables turn and Al’s the one in a position of power. In exchange for protection and his help in getting the people responsible, she’s willing to help clear his name. Exploring the attraction between them during seductive nights and danger-filled days is an added incentive.
In a deadly race against time, Al and Loyda must outrun government forces and discover the mastermind behind this conspiracy…if they don’t want to ‘disappear’ like all the others…
Reader advisory: This book contains scenes of violence and death, as well as references to inadequate parenting and drug addiction.
Landra Graf has always been a sucker for stories where true love conquers all. She believes in the inspiration and joy the written word can bring. Add in her personal mottos of ‘whatever it takes’ and ‘better to be busy than bored’ and she’s two steps from overload. She writes romance with the goal of granting happily ever afters to everyone, fiction or not.
When not writing, readers can find Landra reviewing books, cooking up a storm, deeply immersed in a mad game of Scrabble or Rummy variation, and searching for moments to laugh and smile through it all.
She lives in the wilds of Northwest Arkansas with her partner and two children.

A Talent for Trouble was a great read. It is the first book that I have read by this author and it didn’t take me long at all to get into the story. I really liked the space adventure part of the story I thought it was really interesting to read about. I thought that the characters were well thought out. For me, I liked how I wasn’t so keen on Emilio at the very beginning but I warmed to him as the story progressed. I loved Antonia from the start, she was feisty and sassy – she also had such great relationship with her crew, they all respected each other and were like family. I enjoyed watching Antonia and Emilio’s relationship blossom, the chemistry was there from the beginning but it was nice to watch it grow into something else as their story evolved. I really liked the author’s detailed writing, she really brought the story to life through her words. The story was unpredictable and I loved that about it. I am definitely looking forward to the next book in the series and reading more from this author again!

I can’t remember if I’ve ever read a book series that was specifically set in space but I’m excited to read more. The science was plausible, the sexual tension was thick, and the plot was captivating. Morales was kind of annoying in the beginning with his smug, arrogant attitude. But eventually he deflates his ego a bit and Toni just wants to use him as a means to an end. She never again wants to be under a man’s thumb again. She wants to be her own boss in every sense but there’s just something she can’t ignore about about that handsome smuggler. I don’t want to give away any of the ending but I’m really excited to see how the rest of the series goes.

A great read about consequences. In a bid to get ahead in his career as a drug runner across space, Emillio Morales does a big time deal with the boss Gercia. But things get complicated with a double cross from his partner. By chance he is saved by a woman named Toni. On the run across space, Toni and Emillio attempt to survive it together, and brave whatever trouble comes their way. Can they make it out alive? A great read. Well developed plot with twists and turns that I just couldn’t put down. Well developed characters like Emillio sure of himself but kind nature underneath or Toni standing up for herself but also with a vulnerability to her. Great cast of supporting characters like the eager helpful Sampson or the annoying Gina. A great villain in Gercia as a people manipulator realistic in the space setting. I loved the visual detail throughout the novel in the sense of luxury of long corridors and red couches and the intricate gold plated doors vivid in colour and a sense of ridiculous wealth. Or the stars and open space full of wonder and beautifully written. and the spaceships as a source of adventure through the stars but also the feel of home with their homely comforting interiors. And the beautiful and bizarre nature of Callisto with the bright lights or Mars with its cities and red dust for the otherworldly sci fi feel but still realistic. The mix of the sci fi nature of spaceships and other worlds but the realism of drugs and cartels was combined perfectly for a wonderful read. I loved the sense of the chapters flowing into each other for a fast paced feel to fit the action of the story. Fast paced action and high stakes in a sci fi world made for a captivating read. Overall, a great read and I would give it five stars.

The first book in a new series, A TALENT FOR TROUBLE is a sci fi space story. The male protagonist reminded me of a cross between Hans Solo, Buck Rogers and Starlord.
This was a quick and detailed read that has space travel, suspense, good old fashioned scum baggery, romance and humor.
The action moved swiftly, the story is told with a particular cadence that was easy to read and it held my interest .
This is the first story I’ve read by this author and I look forward to reading more.

A Talent for Trouble (Bad Boys of Space Book 1) by Landra Graf is a science fiction romance story that is full of action and danger, adventure and a little romance. This is my first book by Landra and it is well written and intriguing. This is a space story where there are battles and the hope of survival, whilst those in power rule their domain with heavy handedness and murder. It is interesting and very entertaining as we travel on this journey with these lovable quirky characters that Landra has created and bred life into. The banter between the characters is entertaining, as is the comradery and friendships and the knowledge that family does not have to be by blood.
Emilio Morales has never had much luck and it seems to be getting worse. He has made a deal with the devil and one that has terrifying consequences. But before he can begin he has to face a devil of his own and in doing so, he encounters the most frustrating woman in the universe and that one woman is determined to make his life hell.
Toni Smith is sassy and independent and has always had a rough life and always finds herself in the wrong situations. On a quest to find what is rightfully hers, she encounters the most frustrating man in the universe and that one man is determined to make her life hell.
This is a fun story that should not be missed by those who enjoy this genre. I wonder where Landra takes us next.

Emilio and Antonia need each other’s help. Both want something from the other. He’s a drug runner and She seems to be unlucky, she just wants her ship.Emilio isn’t to far from being the number one runner from Earth and the other Planet’s. Will these to get what they both want? I highly recommend this great read.i look forward to reading more from this Author and this series.

A Talent for Trouble by Landra Graf a four-star read that won’t give you trouble. It’s the first novel in the Bad boys of space books and I am anticipating the next will be just as good if not better. Toni Smith is a great character, one you will adore from the very first page. The rest of the characters are great but there was something about her that just shone out, much like a bright star in the sky’s. This was a great adventure and the seat of your pants anticipation will keep you hooked.

A Talent for Trouble (Bad Boys of Space Book 1) by Landra Graf 4 out of 5 Stars
This book starts off with a bang. I was white knuckling my kindle the entire time. Emilio is the definition of space pirate, however the way he says it, he is just a runner. A runner who has now been contracted with the one of the most ruthless, deadliest drug dealers in the known region. He plans to risk everything to get what he wants. The glory, the money, the prestige. What he did not plan on risking was Toni. Toni is running from a very complicated situation. She has had a serious case of bad luck and the only way for her to get away from it is to hop the first ship she finds and get the heck out of dodge. Toni and Emilio find themselves stranded on his ship in the middle of nowhere with no where to go. Emilio has a deadline to meet, or he will face the wrath of the drug lord who contacted him. This mystery, suspense novel has the perfect amount of romance thrown in to appease everyone of all genres. Ms. Graf is an amazing author. She has crafted an amazing story and has set a foundation for an amazing series!

This story is full of action, suspense and even some romance. It is about Toni and Emillio. They both need each other’s help, want something from the other. Toni wants her ship and he is one step away from being the number one runner between Earth and the other planets. As a team their every attempt seems to fail, will they survive to get what they want? They are great, kept the story going for me, I couldn’t wait to see if they find the ending they want. I highly recommend this story.

A Talent for Trouble (Bad Boys of Space #1) by Landra Graf was a fast pace, addicting read that had me hooked from start to finish.
My first read from this author, I went in blind and just started reading. The cover and synopsis may have invited me in, but the stellar writing, intriguing plot and attention to detail, made me stay.
I will say that this is a little out of my comfort zone, not so much that it’s a sci-fi, but because it was a Mafia style setup, and I don’t normally gravitate towards those types of books. But I’m glad I took a chance because this book was much more than a tale about a drug runner trying to make it big, no, it had a ani-hero vibe and with the added romance to spice things up, I couldn’t stop flipping the pages.
Overall this book, is a must read. Besides the plot and multi-layered characters, there is action, blood, double crossing and an explosive climax that will get your blood pumping. So please take my super high recommendation and my stamp of approval, that you will want to get lost in this dangerous world set in space.

A Talent for Trouble (Bad Boys of Space #1) By Landra Graf Rated 5 stars
I love, love, loved this story! It is full of action and suspense. As well as a relationship full of lust, snark and mutual distrust. I loved each of these characters from the first moment we met them. Toni is such a strong female lead! She kept me on my toes but never disappointed me. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and has a loyal following. Emilio is trying to turn his life around when everything goes wrong. He is arrogant and thinks his good looks, suave personality and thinking one-step ahead can get him out of anything. When these two first meet?? It’s like hot and cold. They each have a past holding them back from a possible future. Will they be able to overcome to meet in the middle?
I loved this storyline! Bootleggers, drug/gun runners and drug cartels? Spaceships, AI’s, Earth and other planets?? All of that makes this an action-packed story that I couldn’t put down. I couldn’t wait to find out what was going to happen next and how were they going to get out of the next mess. Many times I rooted for Emilio or Toni but then i was distraught Over something that happened and changed my loyalty to the opposite. There are a bunch of rag-tag dysfunctional secondary characters that I enjoyed immensely. They made the MC’s more rounded and added some fun to the story. I would love to read some more about them and possibly have them get their own stories.
This is a first time author for me. I can’t wait to read more in this series and are eagerly awaiting the next one!

A Talent for Trouble (Bad Boys of Space Book 1) By: Landra Graf 5 out of 5 stars
The story A Talent for Trouble (Bad Boys of Space Book 1) by Landra Graf is a science fiction/romance book. It has action, adventure, romance, and danger. One reason that I enjoyed the story so much was reading about the characters of Emilio Morales and Antonia “Toni” Smith. They are both independent and strong-willed. They are also attracted to one another. Situations occur and these two find themselves working together. This causes tension and the bantering that goes back and forth between them can range from arguing to flirting. Plans are made and fall apart. Will these two achieve the future that they are working so hard to secure? Will they be able to keep from falling for one another? What does the future hold for Emilio and Antonia? Read this book to find out. I also enjoyed reading about many of the secondary characters in the story and how they interact with Emilio and Antonia. There is a feeling of comradery, friendship, and family that is felt. There are also those characters who are selfish and are only out for themselves. Emilio and Antonia are characters that I grew to care about what happens to them and wanted them to find success and happiness. This story had me at times wondering what was going to happen next and how it was all going to end. There are also some steamy moments that make the temperature in the room rise. Don’t miss out on a story that will keep you glued to the pages until you have read the last one.

When notorious drug runner Emilio Morales meets desperate bootlegger Antonia Smith, they discover contraband isn’t the only thing worth breaking the law for… Drug runner Emilio Morales is one deal away from being the sole runner from Earth to the upper planets—until his partner attempts a double-cross. Now, Emilio’s stuck in a disabled spaceship with an unpredictable, attractive female who’s willing to help him out if he’ll assist her in retrieving her ship from an impound facility. Antonia ‘Toni’ Smith is sick and tired of being beholden to men. The only way to guarantee freedom is to get back her bootlegging ship to run her own business again. When Emilio kills her ticket out, she’s forced to rely on him for assistance. Emilio, the most wanted and annoying man in the solar system, is a sexy-as-hell means to an end. But every plan the duo makes falls apart and every day they spend in each other’s company increases the tension between them. With the death toll rising and their defenses low, can Emilio and Toni get the happy ending they want, without falling for each other in the process?
Landra Graf consumes at least one book a day, and has always been a sucker for stories where true love conquers all. She believes in the power of the written word, and the joy such words can bring. In between spending time with her family and having book adventures, she writes romance with the goal of giving everyone, fictional or not, their own happily ever after.
