What a great book to share with young family members. I loved reading this with my grandson. He loved it as much as the first book. The story keep us both turning the pages to see what will happen next. We were not disappointed with this story! The characters become very real as you read the story. The places described in the book create a great picture in your mind. What a great series for all ages! We enjoyed reading this book during family time. I would suggest reading the first book before this one.

This was a different kind of story for me. I’m not big in historical novels. This book takes you back through a families history and genealogy. After the loss of her husband Liz goes back to SC where her family is from. She is then sucked into the history and decreases of her family. The book talks about the south and slavery. Beware that there is a rape scene in the book. I could see this book being part of a book club as it can spark lots of talking points.

What a wonderful start to a series! I could not put it down and stayed up most of the night to finish it. Loved the setting in Florida as it made me want to go back and visit. The characters were well developed and very realistic. I’m going to have to read the next book. What a great story a must read.

I just loved reading this book to my grandson. It has so many little life lessons in it. The story was short and to the point which is just perfect for small kids. The cat Priscilla is the perfect character for these little lessons. My grandson was very happy that he could read most of the book by himself!

Not my normal read but a great reminder to take care of ourselves. This was not quite what I expected when I picked the book up. It was very interesting and a good reminder that little things make a difference in every day life. I had heard/read some of these things at other points in my live so this was a great reminder. Magic can be found anywhere you just have to look and this book will point you in the right direction.

What a cute story to share with older children. I just love that the book in powers older children/ pre teens to be “Dream keepers”. Passing along the spirit of Santa is a great thing to share. This is a short read and enjoyable for any age group. I sure enjoyed the story and will share with my grandson when he ask the question “is Santa real”.

She thinks she knows who the killer is but there are things in her way to bring him to justice. Xavier is her new partner but he has another job to complete. The attraction is there and you can feel it as you turn the pages.

Luke and Nikki are a great couple. Nikki is a nanny that is hired by Luke to take care of his daughter. The journey of these two is one that will keep you turning the pages. I don’t want to give anything away but I love these characters. This is the 4th book in the series and I have to say I will read this one again.

Long awaited Book 2 of the Mafia Elite series! I enjoyed the book but not quite as much as book 1. It took me a little longer t get into this book than it did the first one. This is Sofia and Enzo’s story. There were some good laughs throughout the book. You can read this book as standalone but I would recommend reading book one (No Way Out) first.

This is the 2nd book in this Historical series – I did not read the first one and feel like I would have enjoyed this one better had I read the first book. This was a well written book with great characters. Not only is the main character Emma is well developed but so are the supporting characters. I enjoyed that Emma solved a number of cases. Oh you can’t miss how she keeps her “case book”!

I enjoyed this book – did not realize this was a seconded in the series. I do feel as if it would have been better if I read the fist book before this one. The book was good I enjoyed Amy and Hugh as the main characters with the chemistry they shard . Amy is a strong woman character who is dealing with the loss of her sister and a niece she dose not get to see. You will have to read the book to see how that all gets resolved.

Well Nichole Flockton has done it again! She has made me fall in love with her realistic characters in this book. I have not read the first book in this series but make no mistake I’m going to go grab it now and read it quick! Who doesn’t want to be a supermodel? Pandora maybe? She will have to decide while she is hiding out in the small town. Then you have Jonas and the town not making things easy for her. Pandora finds she is falling in love with the whole town. I truly love this story and can’t wait to get the first book and any that come after.

This is my first time reading K.L Montgomery and all I can say is – where is by paycheck so I can get the other books! I love this Cosy Mystery set. The development of the characters over the three book set is awesome. Oh don’t forget the new character’s introduced – Puppy Love!! I sure hope Knox stays along for the ride. The first book surprised me with the items that went missing at the Gala. I was expecting one thing and was delited that I had not figured out that a second item would be taken. The second book got better loved following Sunshine being pulled in to the mysterious death of the marine life. I fell for the puppy – Puppy love for sure! To finish this box set (thank goodness it was a box set so I could binge! ) I’m loving the slow romance I see building between Sunshine and the Chief! If you have not read these yet I suggest you move these up on your TBR list right now! Great read – Fun read – So enjoyable – Characters grow as you read.

What a great love story. This was a nice easy read with great characters. From the start you want Lark and Hunt to have their HEA. Poor Lark has to learn the truth about her mother’s death and secrets kept by her late father. Lark comes through everything and gets her guy right along with her art. Enjoy the ride (and not in the RV).

Mike and Madeline are Private Investigators that have five other books. They are looking into a couple of cases in this book. I feel like I should go back and read the other books to understand all the references to the past. One of the current cases has a tie back to the past. The story is well written and the characters are believable. I will have to say the only down side to this book for me was that I had it figured out early in the book so it was a little hard to finish reading the book. I do like series but for this one I need to start at the beginning to get the full effect I think.

This is a great HEA! Trent aka Tank grows in to a man any woman would love to have by their side. His love for Charlotte aka Charlie was overwhelming. Having them come back together for their HEA warms the heart. Trish Williford has created such a great world. I felt the characters were real. So much so I feel like I’m missing my friends. I will have to get the next book soon.

This is a very light read well listen to book. It took me a few chapters to get pulled in. Pre-teens, younger siblings, and a little something extra what could go wrong? There were parts that had me laughing and I just love when a book can do that. This is a perfect book for when you want something light, funny, and a little different. Now I want to bake! Or just to have some really good bake goods. Hope they make me feel good!

Well-being a second book it took most of the book to get a glimpse of the main character from the first book. It seemed a little strange how it started. I can’t believe this one also ended in a cliffhanger!!!!! The book is well written and I enjoyed learning about Wren’s life. I just wanted to wrap him in a hug! Now to wait on the next book to find out if the bad guys gets what he has coming.

This is my first book written by Phoebe Alexander and I just want to say WOW! What an great story. Has the right amount of STEAM with some humor mixed in. Got to love kids mixed in an story especially when they are so real. I got sucked into the story and read way into the night as I could not put it down.
