This book was SOOOOO steamy I could not put it down! I have not read any books by this author to my knowledge, and I was HOOKED! The story line between Levi and Brooke was so good I could not stop reading! The way that the author wrote the book, I felt as though I was in the story with them, not just reading it. I cannot wait to read more books by this author!

This is the first book that I have read by this author, and I LOVED it! I have been really into reading children’s books lately as all of my friends have children and I am constantly on the look for cute books for them to read with them. This book had wonderful illustrations and the story line was easily followable for not only children but for the adults reading this book with them. This story had a wonderful lesson about not giving up as well as other great lessons that children can and will relate too. I cannot wait to read more stories by this author so that I can buy these books for my friends with little children!

Into the Light (Moon Harbor Series Book 3) by Kate McWilliams – Review by Carlie Del Gallo

Into the LightInto the Light by Kate McWilliams
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Wow this book was such a great read and a wonderful story! This book surrounded Ellie who is a shop owner who works super hard for her money selling goods that she creates and who has a major crush on her brother’s best friend, Raf. Raf is a fisherman who has had the duty to protect and watch over his best friend’s sister who has a troubled past and does not believe he is worthy of love. The way that their love story was told, and how they interacted with each other made it where I did not put this book down. I could not stop reading this as there was a HUGE twist in the end and I needed to know what happened. Reading this book out of order did not disrupt the story line, it read as a standalone story. I cannot wait to read the other two stories in the series as this authors’ writing is SUPURB!!

Now this is not only the huge shock, she also is learning how to navigate Beckett who is an athlete at the school and who is not thrilled that they have moved in with them. The book had a great story line of an apocalypse with the mom fighting the whole way to protect her daughter from contracting the deadly virus. My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I thought the next installment could not possibly be better than the other books in the series, as they were very fun, great reads and boy was I wrong! This Christmas these mystery story took the cake!! I believe that this books’ storyline of having her getting ready for the holiday and having crime happen, that she did not plan for, made this story that much more fun! Crime waits for no one and while this one was still a great mystery to read, having it be a Christmas theme made it all the more enjoyable to read! I loved reading these stories and I cannot wait to read more by this wonderful author as the writing style was superb!

The Lonely Hearts of San SityThe Lonely Hearts of San Sity by Stacy-Deanne
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is another smash hit from Stacy-Deanne!! I love enemies to lover books and this one was such a fun lighthearted read that made it near impossible to put down. It is about a girl names Jules who is a talent scout for an upcoming reality dating show. She is a spit fire with a strong personality who does not take no for an answer. When she spots Mitchel, she is completely mesmerized and is insistent that he be a part of the show. Their chemistry is undeniable and scorches the pages of the book. I absolutely loved this book and their love story and well as their backstories showing why they are the way they are. I cannot wait to read more from this author!!

Hungry Business: A Gothic Story about the Horrors of Dating by Maria DeBlassie – Review by Carlie Del Gallo

Hungry BusinessHungry Business by Maria DeBlassie
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This is a very engaging short story of how a woman tries to find love in a dead, cold world. It is very apparent that she is alone in the world and that she wants someone to be with her, so she decides to go on dates. The situations that she is going through mirror what people deal with in real life while dating, finding out people aren’t who they say they are. As she comes across someone who is not alive, she had to think fast to avoid becoming an undead person as well. This is one of my favorite reads thus far as the gothic nature of this story captivated me and her story was not conventional. I cannot wait to read more books from this author as I read this in one sitting and was COMPLETELY CAPTIVATED and wanted to learn more about the cat and the owner at the end of the story.

Wow this book is such a cute fun read for not only children but the adults reading this for their kids! The story revolves around two friends at a picnic talking about ice cubes and science. One of the children, Maia wants to make a necklace for her mermaid friend, Trezzie, after she asks for one. The other child, Fig, could not see Trezzie and was then letting her friend know the science behind ice cubes and water. It was a super cute, fun, educational read that all children will love. The illustrations are very colorful and wonderfully drawn which made reading this book even more fun and captivating! Grave Digger AcademyGrave Digger Academy by C.A. King
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

WOW WOW WOW!! C.A. King has done it again! I was floored by this novel! When I was reading the synopsis before purchasing the book, I was drawn to the story because it was giving me “Harry Potter” novel vibes and I was not disappointed! This book was revolving around Makayla, who is staring her first year in school learning potions and how to become a grave digger. She is met with many obstacles as well as trials in the story. I read this book in one sitting and was so entranced I did not put it down once. Reading this story was wonderful as it was original and such a great read. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next books and see where she and her friends go and what they learn or accomplish. If you are looking for another GREAT read, then look no further because this book is AMAZING!!!

Jake (Billionaire Blind Dates Book 1) by Toni Denise – Review by Carlie Del Gallo

Jake (Billionaire Blind Dates Book 1)Jake by Toni Denise
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This book was so cute, original and just such a fun read! The story is around blind dates but not in the typical sense of blind dates that we are accustomed too, but where the people meet in darkness and get to talk/interact where they cannot see the person. This version of blind dates would be something that I would enjoy being a part of as this way you met and fall for the person not their appearance. Jake is one of the main characters who has had a bad go of dating as the women who chose him only want him for his money. On the other hand, Lauren does not have a lot of money nor does she like rich men as she does not want to be thought of as a gold digger. When they met sparks fly but will it be enough for them to stay together through different trials and tribulations? This book was wonderful and the authors’ writing style was wonderful! I cannot wait to read more books written by this author as well as more books in the series.

WOW WOW OH MY GOSH THIS BOOK WAS SO GREAT! I have not read a book by this author and now I find myself looking up all of her work. This novel was expertly written and was one that I did not want to stop reading but had to force myself to do that to go to work. The way that I was able to read and see it from the perspective of both of the main characters, Quinn and Kieran was so instrumental as it helped me understand both characters. Quinn is terrified of the onslaught of unmated male werewolves that come out of the woodwork that want to be with her that she flees into the arms of Kieran, the only one who is not interested in her for her or her kingdom. Kieran was skeptical but decided to accept and when she left and had him hunting for her for over 100 years until she was finally back with him. They go through so many different trials and tribulations, and it was such a great read. I cannot wait to reread this over and over again.
