I could not put this book down as I had to know what was going to happen. The way the writing is done was if I was in the story with them and not just reading the words on a page. Wow I cannot say enough good things about this book! From the first moments where the characters were introduced, I was hooked! Celia and Kyle had the perfect whirlwind romance when they met and broke up when he had to go off to pursue his dream, baseball. Celia kept a secret from him that she did not carry lightly. A chance encounter brought them back into each other’s lives making this book get really suspenseful! I could not put this book down as I had to know what was to happen between them! Dominic and Emilia are both from different rival gangs, but they form a bond that is undeniable between them. The way the author wrote this book had me thinking I was involved in the action and not just reading it off of the page. I cannot wait to read more books from this series, and I cannot wait to read more from the author! My coworker has already bought this book because we read the same things and she was in awe of how great the sample was!

The first thing that drew me in for this book was the cover and the title! It was fun, inviting and engaging, which are ALL important things that you need to have to get a child interested in reading books. The illustrations are very colorful and bright. The story was something that an adult would enjoy reading along with the children. This book allows for creativity and creates an air of wonder and mystery. I cannot wait to read this book with my friend’s children as I know that they will love this book as much as I did, if not more!!

The story line is for children, but anyone can read it and love it! My favorite thing that is evident in all of her stories is a wonderful storyline that anyone can read and enjoy. I cannot wait to let my friends with children know about the latest story that was written by this author to read to them as well. I highly recommend this author as she is one of the most talented authors that I am absolutely obsessed with!

This was just the holiday romance that I needed to read to really get in the spirit of Christmas! I love the fact that this was a book about characters that are in the Paralympics and that it really gave insight into their preparations/thoughts about the competition. I have not read a book that highlighted characters that both are overcoming body differences compared to others. I found myself devouring this book on my breaks and lunches when I was at work. I even found myself wondering what would happen next in the story and daydreaming of different scenarios. I cannot wait to read more books by this wonderful author!!

This is not the first book that I read by this author and will not be the last! The first thing that drew me into this story was the cover art, it was immaculate! The writing and the story line is then what kept me entertained! The story was one that was super unique and was one that I had not encountered before. It gave me lots of information that I had not previously known about Mexican culture. This book was super informative and was super entertaining. I cannot wait to read more amazing books by this amazing author! This book needs to be read by everyone so that they can enjoy the wonderful story just like I did.

WOW I was beyond floored with this book! After reading the first book and falling in love I had high hopes that this book would be just as great. I have to confess IT WAS JUST AS AMAZING! The way that this author wrote Candi and Enzo’s story was one that just left me at a loss of words. This was a very unique and wonderful read and is a fun book that all ages can enjoy. Now do not get me wrong, there were a couple twists and turns that had me SHOOK but I loved the book. I cannot wait to read more books from the incredible author to come out so that I can lose myself in reading these wonderful stories!

Super Enemies by Lois Wickstrom is a super fun lighthearted fun read! I truly enjoy the way this author write’s and I just devoured this story! I really liked the fact that she showcased in this story the fact that brothers and sisters do not always get along. She was showing real life, which is something that anyone can relate to, which is not always getting along with your sibling. I think that this is a wonderful story! I cannot wait to see what the next story that comes out is about because I just love her books!!

When I saw this book was coming out, I knew that I had to read it. This book revolves around a child, Gwendolyn, who becomes the animal that she is dreaming about. The illustrations in this book were stunning as always as well as the story line engaging. The way this author writes children’s books, she makes it entertaining for the child but also the person reading the books to the children. I cannot wait to read more books by this author!!
