5 Star Imperfect Heart ( Combat Hearts Book 4) by Tarina Deaton is a romance book that once I started reading I couldn’t put down. This is the story of Tim and Zoe. Tim’s a police officer and does a wonderful job of helping others. Zoe is having doubts and some fear about her business. These two definitely have chemistry together and a couple of steamy scenes. Will these two get to have a relationship ?Will Zoe’s business have success? Find out this and much more I highly recommend reading this book. I would also recommend reading the first three books in this series as well. I look forward to reading more from this Author

Imperfect Heart by Tarina Deaton is the fourth book in her Combat Series and this series just keeps getting better and better. Following the story of Zoey and Tim, I couldn’t read this book fast enough. These two made me laugh, cry and fall in love with them over and over throughout this book. Having read the other three books in this series, I had high expectations for this installment and Deaton did not let me down in the least. The chemistry between these two from the very beginning was enough to make it so that I couldn’t look away. You could feel the connection between them from page one. If you are looking for a great book, and series, this is one that you need to pick up today!

Imperfect Heart is the fourth book in the Combat Hearts series by Tarina Deaton. This is one of the best series I have read in a long time. This book can be read as a standalone with no problem feeling like you are missing part of the story. However, I recommend you read the whole series because all of the books are excellent reads. This book is Zoe and Tim’s story. The book had me hooked from the very first page and kept me reading long past me bedtime because I just couldn’t put it down until I read the last page. I love Zoe with her feisty attitude and her strong nature even in the tough situations. Tim is a police officer who finds his life turned inside out when Zoe moves in next door to him. The chemistry Zoe and Tim share is white hot of the charts. Like I said above, this is one of my favorite series and I hope Ms. Deaton continues to write more installments in the future. If you like romance, I highly recommend you add this to your. Reading list.
Imperfect Heart is book 4 of the Combat Heart Series. I absolutely love this author! Imperfect Heart has left me wanting To read more of her books. Her writing allows me to easily imagine what I am reading. The moment I started reading this book I had an instant connection with the characters that she creates and I can never put down one of her books until I have finished. I LOVED Zoe and Tim! They were both fantastic characters and I was completely captivated by their story. Zoe was so lovely; I loved her clumsiness and the fact that she got so nervous and just babbled on and on especially when it came to Tim. Here was just something about her that was so warm and genuine and you know you would love to have a friend like her. Tim was everything I have come to expect from one of her leading men; he was hot, sexy, protective and definitely swoon-worthy!! Tim and Zoe’s first meeting will probably stick in my mind of one of the funniest ever! I loved it! It definitely set the tone for the rest of the story! I recommend Imperfect Heart.

Imperfect Heart (Combat Hearts book 4) by Tarina Deaton 5 stars
I haven’t been so consumed with a book in a while and i just was completely consumed with this story! I haven’t started a book laughing in some time and this did just that. But it had so many sides of every emotion throughout. Zoe and Tim had such a dynamic between them and when they finally took the jump, i was so happy! I loved to see previous characters from other books in this series, but this can be read as a standalone. I cannot wait for more from this author.

Imperfect Heart, Combat Hearts Book 4, by Tarina Deaton is a well written romantic comedy. This story of Zoe and Tim is absolutely hilarious. I thoroughly enjoyed the way the story began and the hi-jinks that follow make this a great novel. Zoe is a strong female character in this story, but she can’t deny that she needs help at some points. The question is, how much can she take and from whom. Then, adding Tim into the mix, and he has a protective streak a mile wide. Their personalities clash, but at the same time, the magnetism between them is undeniable from the beginning. This was a fun story throughout.

Imperfect Heart is the fourth book in the Combat Hearts series by Tarina Deaton and it was just as amazing as the first three in the series.
Zoe has moved to Haven Springs after being discharged from the service. She is excited to start her new life as a civilian, a small business owner and a single woman and to be back in the same town as her best friend as well as close to her siblings. But life has a funny way of leading you down a path you never expected.
Tim a police officer in Haven Springs is just a good person. He was burned by an ex wife and decided he would just protect and serve.
There were a few parts where I laughed out loud and startled my dogs. The beginning with the raccoon was probably my favorite moment.
I am totally in love with this series and already looking forward to the next book.
Acevedo is finally doing something for herself. Opening an independent bookstore in Haven Springs, North Carolina is a major undertaking, but Zoe has a plan and a list. What she doesn’t have is time for distractions like her interfering family, her cheating ex, or the sexy neighbor who always manages to find her in the most awkward situations.
As a Haven Springs police officer, Tim Larken has dedicated his life to protecting and serving. He learned the hard way that the damsel in distress doesn’t always want to be saved, but somehow he manages to help his curvy new neighbor out of one tight spot after another.
Their attraction is undeniable, but when true disaster strikes will that be enough for two Imperfect Hearts to heal together?
Imperfect Heart is the final book in the Combat Hearts series. It can be read as a stand-alone. Guaranteed HEA and no cliffhangers

Imperfect Heart is the fourth book in the Combat Hearts Series by Tarina Deaton. This series really is soooo good, and just seems to get better with each new instalment. I was excited to get my hands on this book, but also a little sad to discover that it’s the final instalment in this fantastic series. Although this can be read as a standalone, I really recommend the other books in this series too- as they are wonderful stories in their own rights. I had high expectations for this book, especially after learning it was the last in the series, so I am incredibly happy to say that Ms. Deaton didn’t let me down- it was every bit as good as I hoped it would be. Ms. Deaton certainly knows how to entice her readers into a story and hold their interest the whole way through. It is very easy to become emotionally invested in her character/s and their wonderful stories- and this book was no different. Zoe Acevedo has left the Air Force to fulfil her dream of opening her own bookstore. She’s strong, determined, and quite independent- but definitely has no filter. This is her ‘new beginning’ after 13 years in the military- leaving her cheating ex, and family problems behind. She’s frustrated that her hunky neighbour keeps finding her in awkward situations. Too bad she doesn’t have time for any distractions, even one as sexy as he is. Tim Larkin is a local police officer and brother of Jase (Book #1). He won me over right away, he’s so swoony. When his sexy new neighbour moved in, he didn’t expect to have to come to her rescue. But he’s just doing his job, right? Protect and serve- that’s what he does, right? Plus, there is a mutual attraction simmering between them? Will their chemistry finally ignite? What happens when disaster strikes? What does the future hold? You’ll need to read this superb story to find out. Wonderful!!!
