Alive (Sundown Series Book 3) by Courtney Konstantin – Review by Erica Fish
Alive by Courtney Konstantin
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Alive is the first book that I have read by Courtney Konstantin and it will not be my last. She is an artist when it comes from her background scenery to her detail organization of her characters. I was so enthralled with this story that I found it very difficult to put it down. This is a sci-fi, zombie, a post-apocalyptic thrill that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I will admit when I was reading the jacket of this book that I was leery because of the zombie angle, but I was wrong as this zombie book is different than all the other books out there. The main characters are Rafe Duncan and Charlie Brewer. They work in a secret government facility. The plague breaks out in the facility and Rafe and Charlie has bigger problems. The zombies are hungry, the plague is killing everyone, and there is a group of government radicals who are on a mission to have everyone dead who worked in the secret facility. Will Rafe and Charlie be able to remain alive or will the zombies or government radicals find them first?
