Malayeka (Heartstrings Book 3) by Brooke May

Malayeka is the third book in the Heartstrings Series and is a Contemporary Romance that once you start reading there’s no stopping until you finish. I literally read this in one sitting because I had to know what was going to happen. This is a story about Malayeka and she’s a cupid on a mission to right her wrongs from years ago. She’s set out to set things right but will she accomplish or is it really to late? Can Mala redeem herself? I highly recommend reading this book to find out how everything plays out. The characters are fun developed and relatable plus they bring the story to life. This can be read as a standalone but I recommend reading this series in order as each book is just as good as the last one. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

Shadow Patterns of Melt by J. R. P. Fogg

Shadow Patterns of Melt is a Sci-Fi Adventure that I had a hard putting down once I got into it. It started out a bit slow and I wasn’t sure what I got myself into but after the first couple chapters things changed. I overall truly enjoyed reading this book its just a bit different than the other Sci-Fi books I’ve read. This is a fairly new author to me and I’m definitely going to check out what other books they have written. This authors style of writing is a bit different and the storyline a bit out of the ordinary but everything flowed so smoothly. The characters are well developed, likable and make it easy to picture everything that is going on. This story is about showing determination and going for what you want while living your life your way not what someone else wants. I’m not going to give anything away but I do highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

Id say now as adults we have a pretty strong bond. Mira and Carl are not only “enemies” but siblings as well. These two fight and argue about everything like who’s going to sit where in the car , which activity they will do and so much more. What will happen when they spend some time at the beach? Can the sibling bond make them stronger or will they always be enemies? I highly recommend this book and my son and I look forward to reading more from this Author.

I’ve read this book but I definitely liked the Audiobook better.  I got pulled in from the beginning and couldn’t stop listening.  At times I found myself holding breath has the tension and suspense built up. Petty’s Crime is the third book in the Satan’s Devils MC Las Vegas Series and is a wonderfully written MC Romance. This author never ceases to amaze me with her amazing characters and the storyline just flows. Her characters are real, relatable and fully developed. Each one brings the story to life in a different way. Each book I read I say is my favorite but Petty’s is at the top of that list . I wasn’t sure going in what to expect from Petty as from previous books I didn’t want to like him. He was kinda a standoffish . It all makes sense now why he acts the way he does. Petty was taught from a very young age to never lay a hand on a woman(girl) no matter what and his job was to protect them . What happens when he receives a phone call from his past? Petty is part of the Las Vegas chapter of the Satan’s Devils and his current job has him on security for RoseLyn whose ex is been sending not nice notes . These two have similar stories but can he open up to her. His brother’s don’t even know his whole past. Who will stand by his side when his brother’s abandon him? I don’t want to give to much away. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. This was way more emotional than I had expected but man what a ride. I as always look forward to reading more from this Author.

This is a super fun read and is a standalone so if you’re like me and didn’t realize it before starting. I’m definitely adding the others to my list to read. This is a cute story about Wednesday and Ryker these two have been best friends forever and she wants him for herself but knows they can’t be together because of him having a mate out there somewhere . But what if she is his mate? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m definitely looking forward to reading more from this Author.
