A Better Man is the second book in the A Silver Buckle Romance Series and is a wonderfully written Inspirational Romance that once you start reading there’s no putting it down until you’ve finished. I loved everything about this book from the amazing characters that make the story come to life to the Author’s attention to detail. This author never ceases to amaze me with her creative characters and epic writing skills. This second chance romance just about broke me . Man did they pull at my heart strings. My emotions were all over the place with this story. Laramee left home years ago but finds herself going back home because her parents are about to lose it. What will happen when the past and present collide? What will Laramee do when two men want her? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

Stars in the City is the first book in the Stars in the City Series and is a Contemporary Romance/ YA that will have you turning the pages till the end. I’m a huge fan of this author and have read several of her books . This one may be a favorite yet. Her attention to detail along with fully developed characters make for a wonderful story. This is packed with drama, teenage drama, jealousy, friendship and so much more. There are some sweet moments that tug at your heart and moments I was just shaking my head because sometimes things aren’t as they seem. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

Touched : Elemental Passions Book one is written by multiple authors. Wow totally not what I expected when I dove in head first. But holy cow this was much better than I expected. Its loaded with mystery,drama and suspense plus lots of romance. It’s unlike any other Fantasy/ Fairy / Romance I’ve ever read. Get ready to be taken away on this adventure with Aeris who is a rule breaker as she travels to the human world of New Orleans . Be prepared to devour this in one sitting because once you start reading there’s no stopping until you finished. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next.

The Closer (The Hustlers Trilogy) by Rowan Rossler

The Closer is the third book in The Hustlers Trilogy and is a wonderfully written Enemies to Lover’s Dark Romance that once you start reading there’s no stopping until you’ve finished. I literally devoured this book in one afternoon because I simply had to know what was going to happen next. This can be read as a standalone but I’d recommend reading this series in order as each book is so good. This story is packed with drama, secrets, explosive chemistry, action , romance and plenty of twists and turns to keep you guessing till the end. June and Dallas, she’s in desperate need of help when a scandal strikes . Once the investors catch wind they slowly start to back out which leaves June in a situation she didn’t want to be in. Dallas is a business man who gets what he wants when he wants it. He doesn’t take no for an answer. These two have a history and their chemistry is off the charts. Can she save her company without destroying her heart in the process? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m already looking forward to reading more from this Author.

Oscar and Emmy Foster Kittens is a wonderfully written children’s book that children of any age can enjoy. I love that it teaches children about the responsibilities of have a kitten or any pet for that matter. The illustrations are colorful and bring the story to life. This is part of the Oscar and Emmy series and we will definitely be looking into the ones we’ve missed. My loved this book and even asked if he could have a kitten. He took in every word I read to him and he was very eager to put what he learned yo the test. I highly recommend reading this book to children of all ages. Mermaid Tails is a children’s book that children of any age will enjoy reading. The colorful illustrations help to bring the story to life. My son loved this book so much we’ve read it several times already and I’m sure we’ll be reading it a hundred more times. I loved that every page had some sort of educational fact about mermaids/sea creatures. I could tell by the attention to detail that this author poured her heart and soul into this book. We loved everything about it and highly recommend it to everyone of any age. We look forward to reading more from this Author

Code Dog is a super fun children’s mystery/Sci-Fi Adventure that we loved reading. My son and I love reading books by this author. Each one is our favorite but this one he says is his favorite yet. This may be aimed for children ages 8-13 but I think anyone can enjoy this story. Timmy , Beth , and Arthur are all three friends who are looking for a very old time capsule. With the help of Cody the dog who knows morse code. Get ready to be taken on quite the adventure as they try to find the time capsule. If they find it.they could win a thousand dollars. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. We can’t wait to read more from this Author.

Before You Say I Do is a wonderfully written Contemporary Romance that I absolutely loved reading. I’ve read several books by this author and this may be my favorite yet. Her characters are real, fully developed and relatable. They make the story fly off the pages and you find yourself not only invested in the characters but the story to. Her style of writing and attention to detail makes for an amazing story. This is Emma and Liam’s story. She’s only interested in one night stands, she doesn’t allow them to stay over. This all changes with him. Their one night turned into more and more . But what will happen when skeletons come out? Can these two have a relationship they both deserve ? This is a fairly new author to me, so I wasn’t sure what to expect going in but I was intrigued from the beginning and found myself lost in the pages till the end. I had a hard time putting it down. I had to know what was going to happen next. The characters are developed and creative yet make the story come to life. It’s a fast paced story with a few twists and turns. Elsbeth is in need of a change her life is falling apart. She finds herself moving to the remote island home she recently inherited. What she isn’t expecting is what she finds when she gets there. Charlotte’s Control (The Control Series) by Maggie Sims

Charlotte’s Control is the first book in The Control Series. This is a Historical Romance that I absolutely loved reading . I’m a huge fan of this author and Historical Romance. She did a wonderful job creating amazing characters that make the story come to life. I could picture myself right along with them. Her attention to detail made it pop. This is definitely my favorite yet. This is an age gap romance and its William and Charlotte’s story. She’s a widow and likes to be in control especially in the bedroom. William is a bit younger but you wouldn’t know has he still carries the weight of his father’s transgressions. These two my goodness are so good together. I don’t want to give to much away. I’m going to highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next with William and Charlotte. It’s worth the read I promise.. I’m looking forward to reading more from this Author.

They’ve both wanted one another for long time but now that she’s older and he’s no longer best friends with her brother all bets are off. The Changed Man Audio Book (The Olympic Peninsula Series, Book 4) by Cat Treadgold

 

The Changed Man  Audio Book is the fourth book in The Olympic Peninsula Series.  This series just keeps getting better and better with each new book. I’ve truly enjoyed listening to this series and this one may be my favorite yet.  The narrator does an amazing job bringing the characters to life with different tones of their voice.  I literally listened to this every break and on my way home I had to know what was going to happen next.  I just want to say if you haven’t already started this series I highly recommend starting with the first book. It’s a great series and you get back story on what’s been going on and get to know the characters better.  Im not going to give anything away. I highly recommend giving this a listen to find out how things turn out for Jake. I’m looking forward to reading/listening to more from this Author.

The Hidden Present is book eight in the Invisible Magic Wand Series. What a super fun adventure Caspian takes us on to figure out where his unpresent is at. The illustrations are colorful and bring the story to life. My son loved it and was being an investigator trying to help find clues. I live this age l, their imagination is running wild and I love it. With the help of the inquisitive indicator Caspian finds his way to his grandfather. Will he find the hidden present? Where could it possibly be? My almost six year loves this author and we look forward to new adventures. We highly recommend reading this book and look forward to reading more from this Author.

Family Ties Family Lies is Women’s Fiction that is packed with drama, family drama, family secrets, suspense, mystery and so much more. I wasn’t real sure what to expect going in as this is my first book by this author but wow what a heartfelt suspense that had me turning the pages till the end . I found myself lost in the pages as I devoured this book. I had tears in my eyes throughout most of this story and couldn’t help but feel for Rose. When she gets word her moms health is failing she finds herself going back to her hometown where she grew up. While in the attic she uncovers information that was once hidden. She now finds herself uncovering more than she thought she would. What will happen when the past is uncovered? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m definitely interested in what other books she has written and look forward to reading more from this Author.

Basil is part of the Silver Springs Pets Series and is a RH with a bit of a twist. I wasn’t real sure what to expect going in. This is a new author to me and I will definitely be looking into what other books they have written. I’m going to be honest this book fell a bit short for me I had a hard time connecting with the main character and storyline seemed a bit rushed and floppy. I’m going say if you like RH vampire stories with sizzle then this is for you. Im definitely going to try reading this book again at a different time and see if maybe that will make a difference. I look forward to giving this another shot and seeing what other books they have written.

The Reluctant Spy is a fun chapter book aimed for children ages 7-12 but I think children of any age can enjoy this story. This author is one of our favorites so we had to read it This one doesn’t have colorful illustrations to go along with the story but that didn’t stop my son and his imagination. Follow along with Timmy on his adventure of a lifetime when he finds a very special mouse named Hildegarde. What happens when they find themselves on a spy mission? Hidden Mischief is the first book in the Shattered Embrace Series. This is a Contemporary Romance/ Best Friends Brother Romance that once I started reading I had a hard time putting it down. I actually devoured this book in one afternoon because I simply couldn’t put it down. This is a new t author to me and I’m definitely a fan now. The characters are developed, fun, semi relatable and complex. They have a mysterious side to them but bring the story to life. The d/s is something I’ve always been curious about learning more about its intriguing and exciting . I want that. Ashton and Zac oh my. He’s a sexy dom who can be a little possessive. He’s wanted by all the ladies but he only has eyes for one . Ashton is a bit shy but can be feisty and outspoken when she’s needed to be. These have the chemistry between them and it’s the slow burning kind.The buildup is totally worth it. I don’t want to give to much away. I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I’m looking forward to reading more from this Author.
