Continue following Miles and Bella as they face high emotional stakes of running a company as business partners while demands of marriage and family ensue. Miles is now facing the same relatable struggles of career vs family that we followed Cade through in Book 2.

The Author gives us yet another twist and a fast paced engaging read. Deep rooted family bonds and trust are the foundations to this saga as we follow our characters on their journey of love, passion, betrayal and suspense.

Can be read as a stand-alone but highly recommend reading this saga in order, especially the last two books where Miles and Bella’s story begins.

This book is even better than the last, I definitely want physical copies of this whole saga on my shelf!!

This is what we all have anticipated and waited for. Miles and Bella are saying ” I do,” and beginning the next phase of their lives. Mile and Bella are now husband and wife, and their lives become more than just glitz and glam. This next phase of their lives shows the ups and downs of fame, and how the outside forces can tear them apart without solid foundation. This story was pure emotion as secrets and doubts come into play, and the question of is love enough comes into place. This story takes you for a ride that you will not expect until you get to the end.

I did a binge read of this series. I started out of order of course by reading this book which is book 5, but loved it soo much I went back to get the full read. This author is crazy talented, and I am so happy to have stumbled upon her.
Miles and Bella are the main characters and they are quite the power couple. They are newlyweds are still very much in love, and have a deep belief in a strong family bond. As they navigate married life and business there are many things around that are creating a bit of havoc. Power struggles in the studio as well as with competitors around truly up the stress and tension between them. This story manages to entwine mystery, romance, drama, and the paranormal giving you the best of all the worlds.

Face the FireFace the Fire by Michele Sims
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Face the Fire is the 5th book in the Moore Family Saga. This romantic suspense has brought us a long way. Starting with Cade and Lecia in the first two and moving onto Miles and Bella in the rest, this saga has had many ups and downs. This book can be read as a standalone, but I read it with the rest of the set and I recommend reading them all. Miles Moore won’t stop until his dreams of a music empire are a reality, but Bella is worried about their family. Their two twins mean the world to her. She wants nothing more to help her husband with his growing dreams, but when business collides with family she fears a feud. Competitors can make their life harder and she doesn’t want any bloodshed. Will secrets split this couple and their family up? Will Bella’s work become a problem? Will Miles’s competitive nature endanger their lives? Will their strong family bond support them during these hard times? Their large family has always been there for them, but how about now? Great Saga. Slow going at first, but picks up and keeps you on your toes!

Oh well this was refreshing.
This was an easy read so entertaining.
I loved the plot to this story the suspense and romance was amazingly written.
I loved the character development that it’s a future story.
This should be a standalone because even though it had the same story line and characters as the rest of the series this seemed more like a past story then six weeks later.
This wasn’t as good as book four or three but this author has a way with words.
It’s great to know that the story goes on with the main character.
I really enjoyed this overall.

I love a book that you are new to the author and you fall in love with the first book you read and are already hooked! This story has different elements….. family, suspense, mystery, fame, family but with a twist of paranormal wrapped in. Bella and Miles run a Music business and are very successful along with raising their family. Love is tested in this story…and we learn Miles also has a “gift” that is also passed down to their children. Can Miles and Bella’s love survive? Definitely read to find out.

I know I definitely want to go back now and read the series from the beginning. What a great book!

Face the Fire: A Romantic Paranormal Suspense Novel (Moore Family Saga #5) by Michele Sims

This isn’t the first book I’ve read by the author. This is actually the second book I’ve read in the Moore Family Saga. Face the Fire is the fifth book in the Moore Family Saga.

Miles is the head of AriMusic and the father to twins. He’s got a special condition that he’s passed down to his kids. When he learns how far The Network is in his life it bugs him. The quote I chose for Miles is: “Our business is a family business and I need to be there. Bradley, I need to see for myself what trouble Pharaoh has gotten himself into.”

Bella is Chief of Marketing for AriMusic and the wife of Miles. She is scared when she learns that the twins have his special condition. Then she is scared that her and her mother are falling apart. The quote I chose for Bella is: “I’m sorry I slapped you. I came to remind you about your interview later today with WCAL. They’ve given your song a lot of airtime, and we need to make sure they know how much we appreciate their role in making the song a success.”

Highly recommended for Romantic Suspense lovers.

We take a step forward from Cade and Lecia to dive into Miles’ life- his career of following in his father’s footsteps when Mile’s studio hires a new marketing manager; someone completely opposite of what he normally looks for in a woman. While the author’s first two books have a lot of spice in them, this is a nice, slow burn of a romance. It was interesting to see Miles’ all grown up, and to see him find a love like his parents.

The latest installment of the Moore Family Saga has us watch as Miles and Bella juggle life with their children. While the plot seems a bit slower, towards the end they are struck with an unexpected loss. The author has an articulate way of showing how people heal, which is one of the things I like about her writing. I wonder what she has in store for the rest of the series!

While it took me a long while to get into this one, Michele Sims did deliver with good character building and great attention to detail. I believe that I would have grasped this book a little better had I read the previous books in the Moore Family Saga, although the information states it can be read as a standalone. I just felt like I was missing some crucial information when I read Face the Fire. I did enjoy the elements included that involved the ups and downs of managing various artists in the music business. It seems like a business that very few are truly cut out for. Couple those ups and downs with the paranormal aspect in the lives of Miles and Bella and you have a pretty entertaining book. Although this was not a favorite of mine, it was still a good story and I look forward to reading more from Michele Sims.

You instantly get swept up into this story and are yearning to keep reading because you just need to know what is going to happen. There are twists and turns in every chapter. Definitely a page turner and must read!

This series locked me in from the very beginning. I love the world that Sims created with the Moore family and I have loved reading the character and storyline development. It has a great balance between romance, suspense, a sprinkle of fantasy, and just great connection. I love that it all ties back to family. Just a great addition to the series and a great way to pull it all together. It can be read alone but is one that you will more greatly appreciate by starting at the beginning. This is one not to miss.

This paranormal suspense novel is the fifth book in the series and as someone who has not read the other book, you will not be disappointed. I am a big fan of the paranormal genre and at first I found that there seemed to be very little of it but things quickly heated up.

Miles and Bella Moore are newly married and have just had twins. He is a goal driven music executive and Bella is his chief marketing office for the company. But as usually happens, success comes with a price.

I loved the dynamic between all of the characters and the drama that unfolded throughout. I look forward to more books from this author.

Face the FireFace the Fire by Michele Sims
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Face the Fire is the 5th and final book in the Moore Family Saga series of books. This book continues with the story of Miles Moore who is driven to become successful with his own music empire. He is determined to let nothing, and nobody stand in his way for him to become mega successful. Bella, who is both his wife, as well as the Chief Marketing Officer of his company wants to help her husband succeed and realize his goals but finds that it is not always easy. Bella also wants to be successful with both business and family and struggles with the challenges of motherhood as well as being a successful career woman. She also faces constant struggles with juggling her relationship with Miles as both his wife and his business partner. Tensions rise when Bella is caught in an ongoing battle between Miles and one of proteges who is struggling with the demands that Miles is imposing on him as an artist. After being on the inside and discovering the lengths that other artists will go to within the music industry, Bella is fearful of what will result of a feud between Miles and his competitors. Once again, Miles and Bella’s love for one another and their relationship is put to the test. Will they have what it takes as a couple to remain strong in love and successful in business at the same time?

I thoroughly enjoyed this entire series of the Moore family saga. Each book builds up from the previous one, we learn more about the characters, and follow them through several tense moments. In Book 5 the plot thickens and the danger level intensifies. Bella and Miles are caught in a volatile and explosive situation that could mean the end for them in more ways than one. Although each book could be read as a standalone it is much better as a series read in sequential order and starting with Book 1. I highly recommend this series and this author!

I have enjoyed reading this series from the beginning. This book was no different. I love how the author can grab my attention from the first chapter and keep me intrigued until the end. She can keep you on the edge of your seat with her suspenseful writing but adds the right amount of romance at just the right time. I love it. I am also a huge lover of paranormal genres, so this has all the things I read. I don’t think you would technically need to read the previous books for understanding as it can be read stand alone. However, I think that you will get more enjoyment out of the entire series and would recommend reading them all.

6 weeks later. lol That’s where Face of Fire begins.
I love that it’s still Miles’ story. Infant babies who have the same supernatural talents cases. Unfortunately that has put a number on the backs of their babies as well as Bella and Miles directly.
That being danger and drama has been a storyline through every book in this genre.
I don’t care for part of the Pharoah storyline, but you will have to read and find out his storyline, no spoilers here.
I liked book 5 but I was hoping for more, so I guess it would say it fell short for me. Yes, it’s book 5 in the Saga! You can go back and read all 4 leading to this one. You don’t have to though, you could start at book 3 and be satisfied.
Don’t let how I feel deter you, because you could love it!

Face the Fire was the first book I’ve read by this author and I jumped right into the series in book five. The synopsis describes this as a standalone and I really never felt
lost while reading without any prior knowledge of the series. I thought that the characters were truly strong and well written. I liked Bella and felt as though she was as relatable woman. She was emotionally strong and outspoken and I admired that. This book was not as fast paced as I had hoped it would read for me but the attention to detail was really there. The scenarios and conversations between characters played out in my mind like scenes from a movie. To me, that’s always the proof of strong writing. Overall, the genre itself was out of my norm, but I would definitely be open to reading more in the future.

The latest in the Moore Family Saga starts with a bang, and hits the ground running. AriMusic’s most controversial artist, Lil Pharaoh, is causing all kinds of problems for Media Director Bella Moore. Despite warnings from her and Miles, he keeps making questionable choices and spending time with unsavory folks. People who don’t mind using force to get what they want. Will they come for Miles and his family if they don’t get what they want?
There is a ton of action in this book, which might be the most suspenseful yet of the series. I enjoyed the tension and nuance in Bella’s relationships with Miles and Lil Pharaoh in particular. She doesn’t act according to script, and I appreciated the honesty and struggle she exhibits. Powerplays and rebellions between Lil Pharaoh and Miles cause lots of disturbance and friction. This is a powerful book 5 that you shouldn’t miss.

Miles and Bella are back and stronger than ever. They are bonded in family and enjoying parenting their beautiful twins. True to her writing bent the author takes them on a rollercoaster ride of drama, suspense, romance, fantasy, magic and love. I enjoyed the fifth installment in this series. If you haven’t read the first four I recommend you do so as you really need all the details and plot developments to fully enjoy this tale. While the story at times is a little too fast paced and has some plot holes it is a great read and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

This book is part of a series; however, I did not read the series and did not have any trouble following the story. Miles “Ari” Moore is the main character in the story along with his wife Bella. Together, they own the production company, AriMusic. Miles is also a well known singer with a genetic condition to produce fireballs. One of his proteges is Pharaoh. Miles has taken him under his wing and on as a musician on his label. This book is about the tragic story of Pharaoh. It was heart wrenching to watch him spiral out of control and eventually lose his life. The love that Miles and Bella share is the standout ingredient in this story and how they deal with Pharaoh together.

Its not often you read a story about an already married couple who have a pretty strong relationship and how they work through the problems that come along and that i think is what really kept me enjoying this more and more.
