Fay’s Kindness parade is another book in the Adventures of Cray Children’s book series. Each of the animals are getting their own books and I think they are all such precious stories. I loved how Fay was taking Cray with her on her migration to warmer waters and how even though it was important that they be on their way they didn’t hesitate to stop and help friends along the way. This is a wonderful addition to a great series not to mention informational. The illustrations were colorful and well done. We enjoyed Fay’s Kindness Parade along with the other books in this series.

We have read every book in The Adventures of Cray series and absolutely adore each of them. This one was yet another big hit in my household. I love that it shows that kindness can be similar to the ripple effect or as one of my kids said, like dominoes. Once you perform the first act, it sparks kindness in others and reverberates outward! Both of my kids enjoy the rhyming and kind of dance to the rhythm as we read. The illustrations are always eye-catching, and we definitely spent a good amount of time looking through each picture. Teaching life lessons such as compassion, working together, and helping others is wonderful. We also enjoyed the facts about turtles! I highly recommend having this at home or in the classroom. I have no doubt that it will spark conversations just like it did for us!

G Pa Rhymes is back with another fantastic installment of the Cray series. This one focuses on Fay and Cray as they travel the ocean while winter weather approaches. In usual G Pa Rhymes style, their journey focuses on empathy, kindness, helping one another and just being good citizens. In their travels, they meet a hermit crab in need of a new shell, helping a whale tangled in a net and a lobster who is trapped, and a lonely dolphin missing their family.
Throughout, the heartwarming story is told with beautiful flow and fantastic illustrations. A wonderful story for all ages to read, but such a sweet and kind way to share with our young ones to introduce the concepts of empathy, compassion, and loving one another. Always a great break to check out these books.

Fay’s Kindness Parade is Book Five in The Adventures of Cray series. In the latest adventure Turtle Fay is preparing to leave behind the chilly weather and head for somewhere warmer. She asks Cray to join her so they can spread kindness along the way. Before leaving they help a hermit crab find a bigger shell. As they cross the ocean, the group helps a lobster free himself from a rock, free a whale that was tangled in a net, and help a dolphin find his family. Throughout their journey others join them in their kindness parade and help spread love, joy, kindness, and happiness. The book is written in fun rhymes and includes beautiful illustrations that make learning about friendship, compassion, gratitude, and helping others. I am a huge fan of this series and look forward to reading more by this author.

Fay’s Kindness Parade is part of The Adventures of Cray Series and we absolutely loved reading this book. I love that the colorful illustrations bring the story to life and there’s always a lesson to be learned. We flew right through this book several times in a row. Turtle Fay and cray go on an underwater adventure and along the way meet some new friends. This was a sweet heartwarming story about friendship, Kindness and helping others. I highly recommend reading this book to children ages 4-8 but anyone will enjoy it. We look forward to reading more from this Author.

This book was adorable! Teaches kids that being kind usually take little effort and can change someone’s whole day. I’m always telling my son we need to be kind to everyone no matter how we are currently feeling. This shows how it can boost our moods and make us feel great just by being kind to others.

Typically I read Cray’s Adventures with my 7 year old daughter. At bedtime tonight, my 9 year old son joined us and enjoyed the book as well! The kids alternated pages and the skill level was just challenging enough that if my daughter needed help her brother could chime in. As a parent, I loved the opportunity for discussion at the end of the book. My daughter enjoyed the lobster rescue and my son compared the story to a well loved dinosaur movie where friends band together on their journey. Fay’s Kindness Parade was another great addition to this children’s series. 5 stars if you ask my daughter!

G Pa Rhymes did it again! Another fabulous book about Cray and his friends. My kids (6 & 8) really enjoyed this one. My favorite part is the last page, the discussion page where it gives us the opportunity to talk about why turtles migrate as well as list some ways to be kind. I highly recommend this book.

I love the kindness and the helping of others. As well as the rhymes in this story. The author sets up our children for success, by showing how others make friends, giving them great examples. The story is short and to the point making it easy for children to follow. I also enjoyed the pictures in this story, while they are to the point. They open our children up with questions. What a great conversation starter. Giving our children even more information to aid in their growth and knowledge. This is another must have for our children’s libraries.

Fays Kindness Parade is another wonderful book in this series. My little boy who is 4 absolutely loves this series. He loves the rhyming pattern in the stories, the characters (especially Cray) and the wonderful illustrations that accompany the story. I love the hidden meanings in these stories. This one shows Fay and Cray helping others along the way. It provides so many opportunities for whoever is reading this story with the children to stop and talk about how we should try and help people and maybe what they would do in those situations. As the chill of winter begins, Fay and her friends start to move to warmer waters. Along the way, Fay and her friends help other marine animals. Once they have been helped, the other animals join Fay and her friends in their pursuit of warmer waters, causing a parade of friends, and kindness. This is an adorable book for young children that not only promotes helping others, but also brings up topics like things in the oceans that are dangerous to the animals, and getting separated from your parents in child friendly ways that parents can choose to expand on as they see fit. The illustrations are beautiful. I shared this with my children (who are admittedly older than the target audience, 4th and 5th grade) and they loved it as well.

I have read a few of these books by G Pa Rhymes with my son. We always enjoy the adventure the characters go on. This time, it was an adventure of kindness. Fay and Cray start swimming to warmer waters. On their way, they find some animals who need help. These books always flow nicely and will keep kids entertained. They will also learn something along the way. At the end of each book, there is always extra fun included.

It was brilliant to get back into a story with Cray and his friends. Each one is always so entertaining and just as good as the last. This particular book is all about friendship and kindness and it was such as joy to read. the author takes the readers on such a fun journey, right alongside the characters. it is imaginative and engaging. Each book that we read by this author is always one we enjoy. I love being able to read them to my children and they also enjoy connecting with the story. This author has really proved they know how to right a fantastic children’s story and we will be eagerly awaiting the next book.

Turtle Fay and Cray Crab are back for another adventure in Fay’s Kindness Parade. This is another wonderful story as my great nieces and great nephew enjoy all the books in The Adventures of Cray series. I can say I LOVE these book as well. Colorful and beautiful illustrations and rhyming storytelling really draw you in and you cannot help but not love Turtle Fay with Cray Crab and friends.

The always beautiful illustrations of Erica Leigh bring the words to life with vibrate colors. There is always time to help those around you in need as Fay and Cray show throughout this fun read. Fay’s Kindness Parade is the fifth book in The Adventures of Cray series by G Pa Rhymes. This is such a cute series of books and I have really enjoyed reading the charming books with my young grandchildren- Cray, Hay, Gray, Fay, and Ray have such fun adventures, and always learn something along the way. This story sees Cray the crab set off on an adventure with Fay the turtle when she sets off on her annual migration. All their other friends had plans, and Fay didn’t want Cray to be alone, so she invited him along. They set out and immediately begin doing small acts of kindness, making new friends along the way. Through their acts of kindness, they spread love and good vibrations, and as their new friends join them, a parade is formed. This was such a lovely story that also imparts messages of being kind, helping others, teamwork, friendship/making friends, compassion, empathy, contributing to the community, enriching lives, and facts about turtle migration.
