Chased is book one in the Cambridge Men of Honour by Felicity Brandon. It is dark, dangerous and high energy. There is nothing I like more than an angsty and edgy read, and this story ticked all the boxes. The characters blended together and provided a plethora of drama and suspense. The unfolding of the story was hard to turn away from and not a lot got done until I finished it. It was very easy to become immersed and blend with the characters and story. The men is this story were hard edged and had zero tolerance for fools, making this story riveting and a delight to read. Easy to follow, easy to relate, easy to fall for the cast of Chased. 4 stars.

Chased, by Felicity Brandon, is the first book in the Cambridge Men of Honour Series. This is definitely an adult read.
Good vs. Evil has been the fight of a lifetime. When Allegra meets with Chase, it’s nothing short of opposites attract. They are both dominant figures, and will fight for what they believe in. However, with the intense romance blossoming, will Allegra be able to stand her ground? Will Chase take over?

This is not my first book by this author but it is one of my favorites. This is a great bad boy romance story that is the first installment of the series. What a great start for sure. This is a well written story that has characters that give the story life on every page. They made the story feel realistic and certainly brought the twists and turns to a new level. This is a story about Chase. He makes his pleasure by making others suffer and no one says no to him. Until now, until her. She won’t bend to his will, what will he do and what will fate have in store for them? I enjoyed the growth in this book and the chemistry between the MCs. I truly enjoyed what they brought to the story. I highly recommend this book.

Chased (A Cambridge Men of Honour Novel Book One): A Dark Mafia Bad Boy Romance (Cambridge men of Honour – Dark Mafia Tomances I) by Felicity Brandon is a dark and gripping tale of opposites colliding in the most unexpected way. For me this whole book was about it the characters and their chemistry. It was absolutely palpable right from the word go. Although Allegra did everything she could to fight it, it was just too strong to deny. This connection is what pulled me in and kept the pages turning. This is a fantastic book and I am already looking forward to the next in the series.

Although I was not a fan of some of the scenes within the novel, I have got to admit that Felicity does have a way with words and is a creative storyteller. I was escorted out of my comfort zone and invited to take a ride on the literary wild side. That is the beauty of story writing – although the reader and the author may have opposing views- the author is enticing, alluring, and engaging enough to capture and maintain the readers’ attention and interest; Felicity did just that. A short, spicy, and delectable read.

This is one that you do not want to miss. Whether you love paranormal romance or just some paranormal fantasy read, this is the book for your. Dare Me drew me in as a new reader of Felicity Brandon and I am chomping at the bit to get my hands on more of her stuff as soon as possible after devouring Dare Me. This was a novel that solely drew me in with the fabulous and bright cover. It almost beckoned me into this deep dark world that I didn’t even know what to expect. I was such a fan of how this book reads. I felt as if I was up close and personal there as things unfolded, and I could almost swear these are real characters the way the author develops and shares them with the reader. This book has so many twists and turns too that it is hard to not read it sitting on the edge of your seat and trying to predict what could possibly come next.
With Raif being our main male character, and a demon, we find him following and enjoying the misery of Sara, the woman he is bound to make his in the underworld. Sara is struggling to keep her head above water with the tragedy that is her life and the way these two end up flowing into one another is something worth marveling at. I cannot wait to get my hands on the next installment and I will definitely be checking out her other works as soon as I finish this review… I am already dying of a book hangover.

Dare Me: A Paranormal Demon Romance (The Demonology Series Book 1) By Felicity Brandon.
This is a Paranormal, Fantasy, Romance story, with good very good mixture of all three included throughout. If you like books with a steamy storyline you’ll be in for a treat. I quite enjoyed reading this story, I don’t usually go for romance books but I was very pleased I read this and I’m looking forward to the follow up book. Felicity’s a very talented author, knowing how to grip the readers attention and keep hold from beginning to end is a heard fete, but she did exactly that. Highly recommended. Thanks for a awesome read.

Dare Me (The Demonology Series Book 1) by Felicity Brandon 4 Stars
This is the first book that I have read by Ms. Brandon. She is an excellent writer. Her attention to detail is amazing. I was completely immersed in her world and felt what Sara was going through. This is a dark., hypnotizing romance. It is not for the feint of heart or anyone who is too sensitive. The story is filled with lust, possession and carnal pleasure. Evil lurks within these pages but will you be tempted when offered your heart’s deepest desires? Is it taboo when everything is consensual? The heat was burning up the pages as I read. If you are looking for something to spice up your night then I definitely recommend reading this book.

Wow what more can I say. This is the first book y this author I have read and it is also the first book in this series. I was totally hooked by the book description and then I started reading I just couldn’t put the book down. The author has a refreshing context and plot. The characters even though are fantasy just jump off of the page.
I found that Raif and Sara were very unique and different characters but the chemistry well it’s hot pardon the pun. I know that this is quite a unique take on demons. I found that I really could relate to Sara. I really found that the author had an original idea and a very very good descriptive writing style that really just hooks the reader. I really cannot wait to read more from this series in the future.

I did like this novel by Felicity Brandon, but must warn any future readers, it is not for the feint of heart. If you are not able to handle erotica with bondage/slave overtones, then this might not be your cup of tea. Felicity Brandon provided a very graphic story that involves both. I enjoyed the journey of Raif and Sara. Although many might find their journey to love strange, I found it beautiful. I highly recommend this novel to those individuals that enjoy erotica and a beautiful love story.

This is a paranormal romance featuring a dark demon and a feisty heroine who have sizzling chemistry. Raif, a commanding and powerful demon from Hell wanders the earth looking for mortals to inslave until artist Sara catches his eye. Raif wants Sara to willingly give herself to him. This is a dark supernatural romance and Raif and Sara have instant chemistry which leads to some steamy scenes. Their romance is passionate but intense, and whilst Raif promises Sara a better life than the one she’s been living, Sara has to understand that any commitment is for eternity, with the demon. The author has created a wonderful world of the supernatural and I felt fully immersed in the storyline, and was hooked by both the story and the characters.

Dare me is a paranormal romance and book one in a demonology series and definitely my kind of book. Sara is the main character. Art is her main love, which she lives for and her only salvation, but she lives in misery, she is lonely, with her boyfriend leaving her and nothing is going right for her. Ralf is a demon from hell, who wanders the earth looking for mortals enslave. That is until Sara catches his eye. After watching her for months, he will makes his presence know to her.
The demon wants her, but he wants her to give herself to him willingly. Raif takes control of Sara and promises to make her life better, giving her everything her life desires, all she has to do is surrender to him. He shows her a side of herself she was not aware of. But can she give herself to him completely? Will they work?Read to find out more.
I absolutely loved this boob and the author did an amazing job with the characters. I love this type of genre, and this was a brilliant storyline. It is also very steamy. Already looking forward to book 2.

Dare Me (The Demonology Series #1) by Felicity Brandon
Felicity has really outdone herself with this book. This is the first book I’ve read by Brandon. As the first book in The Demonology Series this gives you introductions to the fabulous characters. It does involve M/F/M.
Sara, an artist, has been down on her luck lately. Her boyfriend leaves, her mom died, and now she’s lonely in her little apartment. She can’t paint any good paintings to sell. Little does she know things are going to start looking up for her. The quote I choose for Sara is: “I don’t want to sit with him. Come with me, please!”
Raif, a demon, loves to lurk in the shadows of Earth. He knows what he wants and he’s set his sights on Sara. Helping her deal with some things before showing himself to her. The quote I choose for Raif is: “Not just any demon. Your demon, little fawn.”
I highly recommend this for anyone who loves a good Demon novel. It’s fantasy meets reality. Being the first book I’ve read like this I have nothing to compare it to. I enjoyed reading this and can’t wait to see what happens next.

One of the warnings at the end of the synopsis is the content is about spirituality and religion not like we know it to be. That warning alone made me want to read this story. The ingenuity of the story is a breath of fresh air. The relationship between a demon and an artist could be a beautiful relationship. It was a dark relationship but it could be a beautiful thing. Felicity Brandon has a mastermind. She has taken me on a ride of emotions. To see the torment in the demon because he wants the artist, but on the other hand he did not want there to be consequences for this relationship. This was a fast read. There are twists and turns and I had to watch out for the unexpected. Will the artist enchant the demon or will the demon enchant the artist? What will be the consequences if there is a relationship? I highly recommend this story.

When I say I had a hard time putting this read down I genuinely mean it, I didn’t want it end, It was as though Raif lured me into not putting this read down, but boy am I glad he did!
This read was everything and more! I was utterly compelled reading this, not only was it a paranormal read but a steamy one at that. It’s an action-packed, fast-paced read that leaves you wanting more, with its twists and turns that has you wondering what will happen next, its mentally visual descriptions that connects you to the story and characters even more.
Raif & Sara’s story in this read is dark, sensual, passionate and they have incredible chemistry, I absolutely loved these two together and loved following their journey. Will they both get what they want/desire by the end, you will have to read to find out!
You will be utterly disappointed if you miss this read, I highly recommend this book and can’t wait to see where the rest of this series goes!

Feisty Heroines: Romance Collection of Shorts was a great 5 star read. We get over 30 great short novellas in this book by several different authors.
There are so many different genres in this collection that everyone will find a story they will love, and get to know new authors. The stories are short enough that you can read a couple here and there as you have time.
We get a mixture of HEA’s and cliffhangers. Which will entice you to pursue the author’s for more. There are lots of great strong independent women and men in these stories as well. There are twists and turns, action, romance and so much more. I was pulled right into each story by the authors writing.

Fox Trap (A Shifter Romance) – Margo Bond Collins Running for his life he soon finds himself trapped. Thinking his life is over an unsuspecting human comes across him and to save himself he must reveal himself. But is she human? Could she be his saviour and that of his clan?
I give Dare Me: A Paranormal Demon Romance (The Demonology Series Book 1) by Felicity Brandon, 4 stars.
This is a paranormal erotic story involving a down on her luck artist. She can’t seem to pull herself out of the misery she is in. This is perfect fodder for a demon who thrives on misery. But there is something else about this mortal that he just can’t give up.
This story has a lot of sex and steamy scenes. It also tends to lean heavily on the slave/master type of sex. If that is not your thing, this may not be for you. However, if you enjoy this, you will definitely enjoy this book. Selling your soul to the devil to become famous has been around for as long as there have been forms of entertainment. That is what the author uses as her basis, and spins her on tale from there.
If you are a fan of dominant demons and submissive mortals in a dance of love and sex, this book may just be for you.

I jumped into this book not really knowing what to expect but all the stories are really quite wonderful and engrossing, with fantastic plots, varied characters who are complex and fully developed- and each story was really well written. Not only did I get to red work from some of my favourite authors- Maggie Adams, Renee Regent, and Felicity Brandon- I also got to explore the work of many new to me authors and add a slew of new books to my TBR…. Every book worms dream! There are some intriguing storylines, interesting characters, very suspenseful moment and surprising developments; some funny, light-hearted and touching moments; as well as some hot and spicy times. But come the end of the book you are bound to reflect back with a smile on your face! You won’t regret buying this anthology, it is worth every cent of the purchase price- 36 books for the price of one! What a bargain!
Dare Me: A Paranormal Demon Romance is the first book in the Demonology series by Felicity Brandon. I have read a few of Ms. Brandon’s books before- and LOVED them- but this is my first paranormal romance from her. She had me at paranormal though- as I love all things paranormal- so add some sizzling romance to the mix and I AM IN!!! I had my one-click finger out before I had even finished reading the blurb. The synopsis read like a check list of every element that you could use to entice me. So, I did wonder if perhaps the blurb may be ‘overselling’ the story ……… and the answer to that question is a resounding- NO! I was wrong! This book is EVERYTHING it claims to be- and more!!! I didn’t just read the story- I devoured it!!! From beginning to end- I was gripped by the story and completely invested in the characters, and the storyline. All the elements for an exciting read are cleverly captured in this story- the supernatural, demons, fantasy, romance, some danger, and dramatic developments are all woven around a very sexy read. Ms. Brandon proves once again just what a talented storyteller and writer she is- tackling any genre with very potent results. I will definitely be following the rest of this series- that’s for sure!!!

What an amazing collection of tough heroines! 30+ short stories in every genre you can imagine, so there is something for everyone in this amazing anthology. Each story has its own unique tale to tell and I found some new to me authors that I will now be watching out for and adding to my to be read list!
This was a great steamy supernatural read. The characters are so well written that even though Raif is a demon you can’t help but love him and his connection with Sara is hot and steamy and gripping.
Raif is a demon from Hell, he wanders the earth looking for mortals to inslave. That is until Sara catches his eye. After being in the shadows and watching her for months he eventually makes his presence know to her. He wants her but he wants her to give herself willingly to him.
Sara is a single woman who has nothing but bad luck. Her mother passed away, her boyfriend left her, her career has nose dived and her landlord has his sights on her. Everything is going wrong and she doesn’t know how she is going to cope. That is until Raif arrives into her life. He promises to make her life better, to give her everything she desires all she has to do is surrender to him. Raif takes control of her life and shows her a side of herself she was unaware of. He allows her to try things that she once thought shameful but being with a demon they have no shame.
Can she become everything Raif is looking for? Can she give herself up to him completely? And will their connection change them both for the worse.

Feisty Heroines Romance Collection of Shorts: Paranormal, Contemporary, Fantasy, and Historical Anthology ☆☆☆☆☆ I am reviewing Good Bones By Maggie Adams ☆☆☆☆☆
This is a short story. One of those quick reads, to fill in that few moments you have to spare. Two young adults have one spot they both want. An old rundown mansion. Both of their reasons are valid, one has money and one does not. Will Griff and Casey come to an agreement? You will need to read this story and the others written by many authors.
This Anthology has many great stories and just as many great authors. The one thing I will take from Feisty Lawyers is the many new authors. I can add to my list of Must Read Books. Job well done Maggie Adams!
Description: One Commanding Demon. One struggling mortal. An obsession that will change them both forever. She’s a hungry artist. I’m a powerful demon. My fixation is as strong as I am. If I take her, there’ll be consequences. But she’d be mine. Entirely. For eternity. She’ll paint for me while I master her enchanting beauty. I’ll let her bewitch me and damn the aftermath. But in this dangerous game, the real question is, who will possess who? If you devour dark heroes of the supernatural, and enjoy feisty female characters, then this sizzling paranormal romance series is for you. Review: Dare Me is book one in the new Demonology Series. Yes, demons, ancient evil, and all that implies. This is a story of what happens when a young woman willingly involves herself with a demon. This is my first book by Felicity Brandon, it won’t be the last time I read one of her books! Raif is an upper demon who is obsessed with Sara as he keeps watch over as he enjoys her pain and heartaches. Sara is a starving artist with as many problems as everyone else in the world. I quickly found myself at the end of this story and still wanting to read more. I would highly recommend reading it.
