Boy Released is the thrilling sequel to J.D Spero’s novel, Boy on Hold, which starts us on the journey of the Trout family in upstate New York. As Tyler comes back from rehab and has to learn to live with the murder and his mental illness, it puts a strain on the family. Boy Released is a book full of healing, love and hope, and I loved the ending. I hope she decides to write a third book, because I am in love with these books, and it’ll be hard to say goodbye to the Trout family.

When tranquility shatters, broken pieces are all that remain.
On a cold, snowy night, Helen and Ernest leave the hospital deliriously happy with their new baby girl. But when the weather turns ominous, their exhilaration is shattered. In the stillness after the storm, the family has one mission: to repair their broken pieces.
Broken Pieces is a biographical novel based on real life events.
Judith Pinkard has always loved a good story. As a child, Judith loved that books provided an escape travel to distant lands…and a different life. Over the years, her love of reading transformed to writing, and Judith knew she had a story to tell. Broken Pieces is her first novel.
Judith still loves to read, and she garners inspiration from the miraculous beauties of life: people, nature, animals. She is passionate about helping others, and she hopes that her stories will provide inspiration.
Judith is a true southerner who loves to cook and spend time with her family. With 2 children, 2 bonus children from marriage, 9 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren, Judith considers herself immensely blessed. She lives in Kosciusko, Mississippi with her husband Bobby.
People that know Judith would say that she has an unwavering passion for her Creator, her family and her friends. When asked about the creative process of writing, Judith says that it is thrilling to have her thoughts come to life on an empty page.
