- I just loved this book. It is a story about two friends who have secretly loved each other over the last decade or so. One of these friends is a rock and roll princess and the other a newly famous member of a rock and roll band. They never let their friendship become more due to the past both of them hold. However, times are changing and both of them feel it is also time for a change, but what does that mean for their friendship? The reason I loved this story so much is for the realistic aspect it held in the sequence of events. There are ups, downs, tragedies, etc. Some time in our life we have all had to make a decision on whether friendship is worth it, worth it to be more, and what it would look like if all went wrong. I enjoyed the characters, their banter, their friendship, and the love they possess while supporting each other’s dreams. The way they carried themselves through the love story is a good lesson for all – support each other’s dreams, lift each other up, and be patient.View all my reviews
