While this is a shorter novella I loved it just as much as the first book in this series. While this novella can be read as a stand alone I would recommend reading the first one just so you can get a fell for all of the wonderful characters that reappear in this second installment. While this story was shorter it still packed all the same great things that the first one did, the emotions, the drama, the romance was all incredible. I can’t wait to dig into the next installment.

Earl – Review by Stephanie nicole
After reading the first book I could not wait to get my hands on book two. And it did not disappoint. Thia is still a relatively new author to me but I really love how gritty and intense the feel of all the books are. It completely draws me in and I become engrossed with the story. I can tell this series is going to be fantastic as both of the books so far have been amazing. I loved everything about this book from the story to the characters. I would highly recommend it!

This is the third book in this series. I highly suggest reading the previous books in this series as they are just as awesome as this one. This is an author I have loved reading from the first book I picked up. One of the things I enjoy most about this author is her ability to pull me into the story by her writing skills as well as her attention to details. This story is no different. I was pulled into the story by the creative characters. They not only bring the story to life on each page but also keep the story engaging. This is a fast paced paranormal story that is easy and entertaining to read. I enjoyed how the characters are connectable and their growth throughout the story is great. This is a story about what happens when the past comes knocking at your door. Beast is faced with making some choices that just may take what little control he has over his life. What will he do when life throws in some threatening danger to his family? I enjoyed the twists and turns that had me coming back for more. Beast is my favorite character as he is strong and really made the story for me. This is a great story that I loved reading and I highly recommend it.

The books in this series are quick reads but they are packed full of everything you would want in a MC paranormal story. This the third book in the Grimm Wolves MC series and each book gets better than the one before. I suggest reading them in order because they have intercrossing characters in each book. The story is an emotional one, but it also had me laughing out loud at times with the comradery and banter. There is danger and drama, angst, and suspense, lots of love and some Christmas spirit. It is engaging and intriguing and I am invested in these characters as we follow along on their journeys that these brothers and Old Ladies find themselves in. Beast thought he could do it all himself but what he soon realises is that no matter what his brothers are his family too and they will do anything to help those they love. We meet with old friends from the first book. The characters are well written and easy to connect with. There is so much on the horizon for the Grimm Wolves MC and I can’t wait.

I fell in love with the writing style of this author in the first novel, and my love continues in the second book for sure! I love their writing style and how they bring the story’s they write to life. Love how the first two I have read can be stand alone, but reading in order, makes you understand key things more!
This story was the same key elements of the first book. It brought on that emotion that I felt when reading the previous novel in the story. Different characters and perspectives. I felt so much. It is so realistic on everything this books brings to the table. The characters bring the story to life and I really love the development in everyone. Connections are made, and some connections may not seem like an impact, but they are! Loved how the author keeps the writing engaging and suspenseful.
As said, I am loving this series. I can not read more in the series as well as more by this author. I really am enjoying their work of their writing. I highly recommend this series if you have not picked it up already, and most defiantly recommend this book and author! A must read for sure!

This book has wolves, romance, and thrillers. It has the best of multiple worlds.
How can a guy manage to live two lives at the same time? As a firefighter, one has honor, but as a Nomad in a Motorcycle Club, the other has doubts. Add to the already perplexing combination an incredible skill set that allows him to absorb the thoughts and feelings of others. Stitch, or Francis M Stein, is doing the best he can with the hand he’s been dealt. In both his firehouse and MC, he has found an extended family in his brothers. He is still alone, alone, and living a life of loneliness with little prospect of change in the near future.
He’s just existing. That is, until Damien, a little child, enters his life and shows him what he has been missing. Francis is now able to see a future for himself that involves a wife and children. Grace Sinclair is all he’s ever wanted in a woman and more. There is good and terrible in Francis’ life, as there is in everything. Will Francis, Grace, and Damien be able to overcome their difficulties and live happily ever after, or will fate intervene once more? Only time will tell if this is true.
I loved this story. I loved every page of it. Every chapter was exciting. This is my first book from this author and I can’t wait to read more from this series.

D.M. Earl is a new to me author, and I will be trying a few more books to see if I really like the writing style. I didn’t read the synopsis for this book, so going into I thought this would just be another MC book, and then it turned out to be a paranormal MC book. I did not like the cliffhanger at the end, I like the books I read to give me all the answers, I don’t want to wait for the next book. So I will be getting book 2 to find out what happens next.

This book gives you all the feels! Fate brings Damien, Francis and Grace together. Damien is such a sweet little boy and he is immediately able to see right past the surface scars that Francis endured as a child. They connect on a deeper level because they both have quite a bit in common. Grace is such a good person, she’s been through some horrific things with her ex and it makes her want to run the other way when she finds out Francis is in an MC. But her heart keeps pulling her towards him, she sees the amazing man with the big heart that lies underneath. She doesn’t turn away because he is scarred and for the first time it looks like real happiness is within his grasp. The three of them are going to have to fight for their happiness as obstacles are thrown in their path. This is an incredible story that you won’t want to miss. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series.

Francis, Stitch to his MC is a nomad biker and a firefighter. Due to a horrific childhood he has severe scars both mentally and physically. One day while at the firehouse Francis means Damien. He feels an instant connection with the child, what he doesn’t know are the changes coming his way. Grace, Damien’s mother is very protective of her son for valid reasons for the past also because of the past, one that included involvement with an MC, she avoids getting involved in any way with a MC. Yet, she finds herself wanting to be involved with Francis. As the two come together will Grace’s past catch up with her? Will that past come between Francis and Grace? Will it create issues between Francis and his MC, the Grimm Wolves? Will Francis and Grace get there happily ever after? I can not wait to see what comes next for the members of Grimm Wolves. I would recommend giving this book a read!

This was a great 5 star read. I was pulled in right from the beginning and excited to start this new MC series.
Francis, he is a firefighter and an MC member. He has scars inside and out that he is dealing with. Grace is trying to lay low and live life hidden as best as she can. Her ex is part of an MC that she wants no part of and her son Damien is adorable.
When Francis meets Grace there is something about her that pulls him right in. Will he open up to Grace about his past? What will happen when he learns Grace’s secret?
Overall I really enjoyed this read. My emotions were all over the place. All of the characters added a great element to the story, a few of them tugged at my heart strings. I loved Damien. I have lots of questions that I’m hoping I will get answers to as the series progresses. The author does a great job with her writing and I can’t wait to read more from her and the series. 1-click and get started today.

This story was so full of emotions that it made my head spin on more than one occasion. Full of anguish, despair, drama, love and so much more that you really feel for the characters in this story. So if your looking for a good firefighter/motorcycle club story look no further and pick this one up today.

I have a lot of thoughts surrounding Behemoth but I can say I enjoyed the book overall and I do look forward to reading on in the series. There were segments in the book where I felt like I was missing something, it was eluded that Francis could often tell someone’s thoughts- even his brothers knew this but I never truly understood the context. I thought a couple times that I must have zoned out when reading and missed the backstory. The only other “criticism” I would have is that I expected a lot more “action” throughout the entire story line. All of that said… the characters are FANTASTIC. Grace, Stitch and even the secondary characters tugged at my heart strings. I am really excited to see what this author and series has to offer because I am anxious to learn more and be involved in the inevitable character development. The book was a pretty fast read and did keep my attention. I would definitely recommend it if you like motorcycle clubs and relatable characters.

This is the first book, I’ve read by this author. The blurb had me interested in it the moment I read it. Francis “Stitch” Stein is an intriguing character who straddles the line of the law spectrum. The MC portion of the story in itself was everything that you expect in an MC novel. What you don’t expect is the backstory and the consequences of said backstory. It was a uniquely spun supernatural tale that kept me reading. Now onto Grace. I loved her and her adorable child. I loved the chemistry between all the characters. I did enjoy this book. I will be checking out others by this author.

He has come to terms with the fact that the combination of his looks and his special talents for reading people, will mean that he is destined to be alone. Grace is against the MC lifestyle however can see past it to see who Francis really is. Complications however occur when Grace’s ex and his biker brothers do not want her to move on.

This is the second book in this series where supernatural and MC’s combine to entice and tantalize. As with the first book Behemoth, Bottom of the Chains is a story that delights the senses. The story was engaging and intriguing. This story is fast paced and enjoyable. There is drama, angst, and suspense as we learn more about these men and their women that DM has created. We meet with old friends from the first book. The characters are well written and easy to connect with. When it comes to Bullet and Clementine the chemistry between them is flirty and sexy and their banter is fun. Bullet has had plenty of pain and suffering in his life and has now found the family he needs. But when things go wrong, he feels as if he has let them down and is determined to make things right. There is so much in the future or the Grimm Wolves MC.

Feared by most, except his brothers in the club who think they know him, Nicholas “Chains” Bruno has many secrets hidden so deep he is tormented by them. Isolating himself, the solitude and loneliness is weighing him down and Chains doesn’t see a way out of this hell. As the Grimm Wolves MC Enforcer, he needs to keep up the persona that has taken years to cultivate. But deep down in his soul there is only one, no two, things he craves day in and day out and feels he can’t have: the two people who love and accept him for who he truly is. Chains continues to try to fight to mesh his two worlds together, giving in to his ultimate dream—only to push it away when they get too close—hurting the ones who love him the most. He knows once the MC world discovers he is not what he appears, the only thing that has been a constant in his life for years will be in ruins and he’ll lose his brothers, the club, and end up truly alone.
Adding to his torment, an unexpected enemy decides to make a move when the Grimm Wolves MC least expects it. The end result devastates the club because Chains is snatched, and his brothers don’t have a clue who has him or why. Trying to ride on the right side of the law, the club still has many allies on that other side who they reach out to for help. However, that one secret Chains has kept close to his heart is slowly being revealed as mystery items are being delivered to different MC clubs. With his brothers curious and the club fighting to find Chains, two people step up knowing that now is the time to share Chains’ double life with the club. Once they come out to the Grimm Wolves, Chains’ story takes a different path that no one saw coming.
Will the club be able to find Chains? Can he hold on and survive the constant abuse at the hands of unknowns who enjoy making him suffer? Worst of it all, Chains has no idea who they are or what they truly want. As he remembers all the wasted years, and the few and far between moments of true happiness when he let his walls down and just followed his heart, all he can do at this moment is continue to fight to get back to the two who mean the most to him and something he hasn’t done in forever. Pray.
This is an author that I have loved reading from the first book I picked up. I never hesitate to pick up one of her books as I know what I am in for. They are well written stories where the author’s use of details brings the story to life and where characters pop. This story is no different. I loved reading this MC story. I was pulled into the story by the creative, engaging characters. I enjoyed their growth throughout the story which made it easy to read. They are connectable and had me coming back for more. They bring a lot to the story. This is a shorter, fast paced story that I read in one sitting. This is a story about how the MC took in a prospect but keeps letting them down. Now is faced with showing that he is worth their trouble and can be useful. You don’t want to miss what happens in this story, it is worth the pick up and a must read. This is the second book in this series which I highly suggest reading the previous book as it is that great. I highly recommend this book and this author.

I liked the flow of the story. It is very smooth and easy to follow along with. I did have a few different places I struggled. I almost feel incomplete. The storyline with the issues of Grace and Damien did not get closed. Then after half way the story turns to the club and all kinds of different possible future scenarios. Again nothing was completed…sounds like it will all continue in the next book. My personal opinion would be for the club business be mixed in with the romance.
Stitch had my heart breaking for him from the beginning. I really thought he would have issue with forming a relationship..not jump into calling her baby. Damien is a godsend! Little kids add so much and Damien is no different. Grace had her struggles but seems to overcome them easily and move forward.
Overall this is a good read. Since it rolls along and is smooth I will give it three stars and a half. Just don’t get too hung up on proper protocol in the MC or how one thing stopped and another started half way. Seems like two stories added together.

This is the first book in the Grimm Wolves series. We meet Francis and Grace, who are both survivors. Francis survived a childhood that affected not only him but his siblings as well. Francis “Stitch” is making is own family and not just in his firefighting life, but through an MC. Grace is a fighter who is doing the best for her child, Damian. Can Damien help heal both sides of Stitch, that he has been fighting against for so long? I had so many questions at the end of the story, and am looking forward to reading the next book.

This is the first book that I have read by this author. This author had me intrigued with the story line especially when it’s a MC and paranormal because these are my favorite reads. I loved the characters they showed real emotions.
Francis M. Stein, aka Stitch he is alone, isolated, and living a solitary life, seeing no changes in his immediate future. He is simply existing even though he has his extended family in his brothers in both his firehouse and MC. With his ability to absorb other’s thoughts and emotions, it makes everything complicated.
When Francis meets a young boy named Damien his life changes drastically and he has new hope. Then you throw in a new woman Grace Sinclair and he sees himself with his own family. Will Francis, Grace, and Damien be able to overcome their problems? Can they have a happily ever after or will fate once again cause chaos for them? You need to read this awesome book and find out about these amazing people.

This is a fantastic book that really caught my attention from the word go. This is still a relatively new author to me but I am already at a point of picking up one of these books without reading the description. I just love how with each and every book I am transported fully into the lives of the characters. This book is such a strong start to a new series. I was hooked immediately and loved the whole feel of the book. It had such an exciting storyline and I found it to be one that really played on your emotions. I loved the dynamic between the characters. Everything just fit together so well. This is a brilliant book and I am really looking forward to the next in the series.

Behemoth (Grimm Wolves MC Book 1) by D.M. Earl. If you love MC books and paranormal then this is for you! It was amazing. Its the story of Francis/Stitch who sorta has two different lives. One life he is a firefighter and the other he’s in the Grimm Wolves Motorcycle Club. In both lives he has the family of his work and MC club but he’s still lonely. Life has not been great to Francis. When he was young his parents were so abusive to him and his siblings and he has had to learn to live with those scars. When he meets a young boy named Damien who wondered into the firehouse he is taken with the boy! When Damien goes home talking about this cool firefighter he meet Grace his mom has to find out what is so special about him. When Grace and Francis meet sparks fly and Francis realizes that he could maybe have a family one day. The only problem is Grace has secrets that involve the MC’s most hated rival club. When those secrets come out everything is up in the air. Will Grace and Francis be able to make it work or will the secrets they both have destroy everything? Read Behemoth to find out!
