The third romance in this book series focuses on Macy and Brandon. Brandon, who is a part of the wolf pack, has been away for some time but is now back in his hometown in Wyoming. Brandon Quarters is a young man in his prime, he has had a life filled with happiness and smiles and is the joker of the family, however, he makes the decision to join the military and serve his country. Macy Cutler has had a difficult upbringing, she was always feeling as if she wasn’t good enough and her parents didn’t do much to change that, especially when her sister’s reckless nature means they have even higher expectations of her.
The night before his first deployment, Brandon decides to go to a local club with some of his fellow recruits and he knows it will be a long night, however, he doesn’t expect to meet his mate there, but when he does sparks fly. Macy has managed to escape for a night with her best friend and is out on the town, finding a local bar for a night of drinks and dancing, she is having a wonderful time, however, when a handsome young man starts to dance with her, she is overcome with a whole host of new feeling she cannot describe, and she decides to go with it.
The tension between the two builds until they decide to give in to the passion which overwhelms them and allow it to take over, however, Macy immediately panics and leaves, but just as Brandon discovers this and goes to find her, he finds he has to leave early and loses his chance. Once the fog clears from her mind, Macy knows what happened and realisation hits, but just too late and she misses Brandon, so without realising the other is doing the same, they try and find the other.
Years pass and Macy has built a life for herself after plucking up the courage to face her families’ expectations and stand up for herself, but this leads to her being forced to live her life by herself, or at least until she finds help in an unexpected place. Meanwhile, Brandon finally comes to the end of his military service, and he can finally return home for good, so when he surprises his family and packmates, the last thing he expects is to run into his mate, or the circumstances he sees her in.
Things do not go to plan and misunderstandings happen; however, Macy is determined to grasp this opportunity with both hands and not let go, but will Brandon be able to do the same? This is a paranormal romance with plenty of spicy action, emotional turmoil and the unexpected as hopes and dreams appear amid hopeful reunions and life changing events.

Another book that met my expectations. I loved learning more about Macy and Brandon and their very non traditional start and the journey of getting back together. Reading about Miranda made me laugh so hard and as a mom, I could just envision all the chaos that little girl was causing! I have enjoyed the connections to the previous books and all the overlapping of characters and storylines. Another successful book from Brooke May.

This is the third book in the Powder River series and tells us Macy and Brandon’s story. I adored meeting Miranda’s father and reading about the story of how her parents met, fell in love, and then were separated. We get to see what a day in Macy’s life is like outside of working the bar and keeping Derek in line with his grumpy self, well until Annabelle comes back into his life in book one of the series. I love how the author takes us back in time to the beginning of each of the stories of the characters, but then brings us to the present time. Each of the books overlaps in their storylines, but each time we get to see it from our main character’s point of view. I have been loving reading through each of these character’s stories, but I especially loved reading about what a strong female character Macy is, and how Miranda got all of her energy and mischievousness from her father. I enjoyed this novel. Love stories and stories about shifters are one of my favorite genres. Brandon and Macy’s story was a joy to read and it had some laughs. The novel was a nice lighthearted story about love and missed opportunities and second chances. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Third installation of this paranormal romance series. This author still enhanced me with her writing style. Macy a daughter of the rival pack so of course when she meets her mate flames are sure to fly. Brandon character was very well written and it gave me a shock at frist. The 3rd book in this fantastic series certainly doesn’t disappoint in any way! It brings us the Story of Macy ( who has been mentioned a little in the first two books) and Brandon who returns home after a lengthy deployment. I love these characters and i know you will too. Macy and Brandon first meet the night before he is to deploy, they share an unforgettable night together which leaves them both with more than they ever expected! Fast forward five years and Brandon is home and about to find out he not only has a mate he feels drawn to find but a firecracker of a daughter he created on that amazing night together. Macy and Brandon still feel that connection but has too much time past and too many things changed for them to truly make it all work? While this 3rd book in this amazing series, could be read as a stand alone if you wish, personally I would start from the beginning purely because it is a fantastic series and you will want to get to know everyone properly! I really hope there is more coming our way soon!

Shifters, fated mates and romance This is the third book in The Powder River Pack series. This is Brandon and Macy’s story and it is full of surprises, drama, angst and heat. I really enjoyed this book, the writing is brilliantly executed and draws you in from page one. The characters are very relatable and the world building on point. The storyline packs a punch and had my emotions swinging. If you love shifter romances then I totally recommend this book and series.

This is such an amazing paranormal romance with a military twist. This book absolutely sucked me right in from the very first page. Brandon and Macy have an incredible instant connection that can’t be denied but unfortunately they only have one blissful night together before Brandon has to leave for the military. Five years of separation has been hell for both of them. Once his military obligations are up Brandon is determined to find his mate. He’s in for a huge surprise and they face so many obstacles if they want to make it work between them. There are so many twists and turns in this story I couldn’t wait to find out what was going to happen next. If you haven’t read the previous two books in this series, I highly recommend that you do because it will give you more insight into the characters.

A book that did not disappoint. It Just Comes Natural hits on every expectation going in. As I continue to read this series, I am beginning to enjoy this author more and more. This book, though part of a series, could very well be read as a stand-alone story. Though all 3 books in this series have overlapping points, each one focuses on different characters. So it takes nothing away. Macy and Brandon met on a one off right before he shipped out for 5 years to serve his country. living with the separation from his mate for the last 5 years and not knowing where she is has been awful for Brandon. Little does he know she’s closer than he thinks and there’s a big surprise as well. When Macy realized Brandon was her mate that she ran from, he was gone. Left alone with the pain but also a surprise, Miranda. A firecracker of a child that put Brandon Quarter’s antics to shame. Never realizing that’s her Brandon. You will learn to really love these characters and really want more as you read this series. So do it already!

Book 3 starts with a bang as Brandon meets Mary, er, Macy, in a crowded bar in Billings, Montana. They are instantly drawn to each other, and spend an unforgettable night together, after which Brandon is shipped out on a 5-year tour in the military, and Macy is turned out of her home and starts a new one Fetterman with Mason’s pack. In a comedy of errors, Macy spends several years working in Mason’s bar without ever realizing that her mate belongs to the pack of her new family. Brandon returning home is a shocking revelation for them both – and Miranda too. This latest book follows a similar arc as the others in this series. I found this duo to be a little harder to connect with than those in Book 2 for example, there seemed to be something a bit lacking in the depiction of their romance comparatively. A good novel though, and if you liked the others in this series, Book 3 will likely deliver for you as well.

This author is just simply out of this world, the word building is amazing, their character development is perfect, and the plot was so amazing that it left me craving more. While this is the third installment in this paranormal series, it is not essential to read the previous two, but I would highly recommend reading the whole series as they are all just simply amazing. In this installment we follow Macy and Brandon and trust me when I say that it is a crazy roller coaster ride that will hold your attention until the end.

These two people know they are missing something, but can they discover what is missing? How will these two people find their true mate? Only reading this story will answer that question. My recommendation is that you read this series in order. Get to know the characters and fall in love with them all. This author never disappoints. Her story is well written and fast paced. It Just Comes Natural is the most heart-ache-inducing book so far in this series. This is a very “realistic” take of what I feel would happen with true mates under the right circumstances. An enjoyable and exciting paranormal romance, featuring wolf shifters and fated mates, which had me hooked from start to finish. This is the third book featuring the werewolves of the ‘Powder River Pack’, but it can be read as a standalone story. Werewolf Brandon Quarters is seen as the jokester of the pack but has decided to join the military. However, in a night out before he’s deployed he meets a women in a bar, who happens to be his mate. As soon as Brandon returns home he’s determined to find the women and make her his, but there’s a surprise waiting for him at the pack bar. Macy Cutler has always had a lot of expectations on her shoulders, desperate to be a good daughter and not follow in her sister’s reckless footsteps. This all changes following one night of passion with a man she met in a bar. Years later and Macy has overcome lives many obstacles to make a life of her own, but she’s never forgotten her one night stand. The characters and setting are brought vividly to life through the descriptive narrative, making me feel immersed in the storyline . I found both Brandon and Macy to be likeable characters and their instant chemistry really came across in the story. I look forward to future books in this series.

What another great instalment to this series. I absolutely loved this book from the moment I started reading. The characters were so interesting and complex. I found them to be engaging and had such a strong connection. I wanted everything to work out between them, even given everything they had to overcome. I loved how well the story was written too. I was hooked straight away and could not put it down. This is easily my favourite book of the series so far. I cannot wait to see what is to come next.

This is the 3rd book in a great paranormal romance series that I’ve really come to love. I don’t read a lot of paranormal romance but this book/series is leading me to want to read more of it. I have read quite a few of this author’s books now and have enjoyed all of them. I really enjoy her writing style. In this book, the story flows really well and there is always something happening to keep you gripped to the story and wanting to read more. We had met Macy and got to know her a bit in the second book, whereas Brandon only played a small part as he was away serving his country. In this book we get their story and it’s a great one. Having met their daughter Miranda in book 2 I thought I wouldn’t like her. Although she’s quite naughty, she’s actually a very loving little girl and she wormed her way into my heart. I really hope there is much more to come from this series as I really need to know what’s going on with Miles and Alexa: and Roper surely has a story that needs telling.

Book 3 was truly a feel good romance. This story brings romance, drama, suspense, and the question of the strength of a fated bond. It was vividly told and played across the imagination with great ease, This story brings us to Brandon and Macy. They meet incidentally one night in which they realize they are mates and it turns into a night of passion. After that night they part ways until they are reunited again down the line, and Brandon sees Macy is not alone this time. Its a great story and it will definitely hold your attention until the very end!

Everyone loves an Alpha and when he finds his mate it makes it that much better! Rylie was beautiful and strong with a good soul. Mason was a single dad and the Alpha of Powder River Pack. He was doing the best with what he was given, and leading his pack with high hopes of finding his eternal mate. Together their story was passion pain, and acceptance with a beautiful HEA. This was a great werewolf story and I am eager for what’s next.

For anyone who enjoys “fated mate” werewolf books, this is a REALLY good one! Even though it follows that pretty common theme, it still manages to be engaging and interesting. There are twists and turns and plenty of steamy romance. Highly recommended, and while it can be read on its own, I would suggest reading the other books so you get to know all the characters better. I think this might be the best one of the series!

What a wonderful story. It filled me with happiness and fun. I liked Macy and how strong she becomes. Brandons life is a struggle he has to overcome to be happy. They both grow and change as the story progresses.
I enjoyed getting to see the rest of the pack and how they are coming along. The thing to remember is some of the events take at the same time as other books. This threw me off more than once.
Overall this book kept me turning the pages wondering what was going to happen next. I look forward to more. The title of this one is perfect in more ways than one for this story.

Brandon is the pack jokester, likes to have a good time, but realizes it’s time for some responsibility and joins the military. One crazy night on the town he meets the one person that can turn him inside out and change his life, his fated mate. Macy goes into the town to let loose, and finds the undeniable attraction she has toward Brandon. They have one great night together when reality steps in and pulls them apart. Macy runs away and Brandon must leave early for his military service.
Once his military obligations are complete, Brandon returns to his hometown desperate to find the one who got away and took a piece of him with her. He knows it’s a longshot but fate must be smiling down on him and he finds Macy in the local bar. Can Macy overcome her feelings of the past to build a future with Brandon? This book has everything you could wish for in a shifter romance and I lost sleep over this book because I just couldn’t put it down. I recommend you read the other books in this series so you get to know the other pack members though this can be read as a standalone book. I cannot wait to see what else this author has in store for us next!

This was a must read for sure! I loved the character development as well as the overall story of this book. It was engaging right from the start, I loved the characters in general, there was a lot going on and it made the story line fun and interesting! I really enjoyed this book!
This book gave a lot to the reader in terms of enjoyment. Brandon and Macy are two amazing characters, and the story of the relationship and throw in the whole shape shifting thing, and you know your in for a heck of a good time. I loved their build up, their differences and how outside factors around then happen and keep happening. I could not wait to keep reading to see what would come next. Great paranormal series. It is one not be missed by any means!
Amazing author and amazing continuation of the series. I really love it, and the writing skills are beyond amazing for this author. I highly do recommend this series and author, trust me! you will love it!

A shifter based paranormal romance. Includes military, fake identity, accidental pregnancy romance.
Right off the bat I have to say that I really enjoyed the levity that Goose the Goat and little hellion Miranda brings to this mostly serious book. This one is also a fairly quick read of only a few hours, but it kept me thoroughly engaged and rooting for Macy and Brandon to make it work.
Macy is the daughter of the alpha of a rival pack, and is expected to wed another when she meets her fated mate Brandon, a soldier, out at a club. After one passionate night they’re lost to one another for five aching years. When Brandon stumbles into Macy again the connection is still there, but is the desire to be together?
I enjoyed the military aspect of this novel, and the fact that Brandon’s unit was a covert one which utilized their shifter abilities. I also enjoyed seeing a bit of Macy’s strength, for ex her struggle of finding her own feet while being a single parent to baby and young child Miranda. I enjoyed the pairing of Macy and Brandon and hope to read more about them in snippets in the future books (hopefully there will be more as I am really enjoying this series).
I also enjoyed the little catch ups we got to see of the main couples from books 1 and 2 (and more), though they’re more easter eggs to get you to want to read those rather than straight out spoilers of what occurred in those books.

It Just Comes Natural is the third book in The Powder River Pack series by Brooke May. This is another captivating paranormal romance, with shifters, werewolves, fated mates, angst, action, drama, chemistry, struggles, responsibility, and family. Brandon Quarters is back in his hometown after serving in the military with his own mission- to find the ‘one-who-got-away’. But fate has a big surprise in store for him when he finally tracks her down. One that will turn his world upside down. And Ms, May doesn’t make it easy on these two- she makes them work for any chance at happiness. But as always- she delivered another wonderful story and a worthy addition to the series. Book 3 of the series and I think it was my favorite. Brandon and Macy had a history and to see them meet up again and deal with that history and the challenges it brought (including a mighty active one), gave hope that everything could work out. I really enjoy the author’s writing as you feel like these are your neighbors. They are well-developed and the story is well-written. They are just going through the struggles we all do (with a little inner wolf thrown in). With every story, I have been pulled in and fully engaged. You find yourself wanting to know what’s next in the story. I loved it. This was a great story to read. I recommend you check it and the other two stories out.
