A great second chance romance. Deacon and Olivia are made for each other but can they both forgive and move on from what happened years before. But one thing for sure is their chemistry is undeniable. This book was great and can’t wait for book 2

When reading this book, you couldn’t help but feel sorry for a man who just came home for the first time after being in a terrible accident for his best friend’s funeral. First being in a terrible accident, finding out your friend died so going back to his hometown for the funeral and then getting attacked at the funeral while going through all of the mixed emotions is a stressful time. This is the first book that I have read by this author, and I was hooked. The wording and how the story is told was just inviting. I cannot wait to read the next book in the story and to see how the story continues to develop.

In this next book of the series Luc is brought into the fold and offered his rightful position as a family boss and Summer, a temporary employee of his new company, is dragged along with him. She is running from danger created by the impulsive actions of another. Ending up with hanging out with a Mafia family while running from another is definitely not what she planned. She soon finds out however, there is so much more in common between her and Luc than she thought possible and that together they both may have just found the one place they truly fit in. This author always keeps me on the edge of my seat while reading this series. Her talent for creating tough but heartfelt characters is truly amazing. I feel that this 5th book can be read as a stand alone but I HIGHLY recommend reading the other books of the series not only because they are fantastic but also because it will give you more insight into the storyline and other characters.

I really enjoyed this romance story. Both the characters were strong and determined to get what they wanted. The author does an amazing job of portraying the characters and also involving history.
Zenni came back to Everwood to rebuilt her grandparents home. She is devastated when she find out the plantation where her family used to work is being destroyed. She vows to fight against it to keep her family’s history alive. So she goes to face Colton Sage.
Cotton is a successful business man who is rebuilding Everwood. He want to get rid of the plantation but not for the reasons that Zenni thinks. Together they are locked in a battle of wills all the while slowly falling for each other. Will they be too stubborn and stuck on their position to allow their love to grow? Will they let their ancestors pasts destroy their present?
Zenni is such a handful. She is such a spitfire that Colton never sees coming. She confronts him when she finds out that he plans to tear down the plantation that her ancestors lived on. He doesn’t understand why she would want something to remain that has such awful memories attached for so many people. They both feel strongly about their stances on the demolition and as she tries to change his mind, they get to know each other and begin to grow closer. They’re both so drawn to each other but they each have issues they’re going to have to get past if they want their relationship to work, This is a beautiful, emotion filled romance that you won’t want to miss.

I love quirky novels about demons and love. This book was exactly what I was looking for. Following Beelzebub and Clara’s story as they discovered each other and love was fun. This author really created a fun world and I loved every word. I will definitely read more from this author.

Vampires are one of my favorite supernatural creatures. I have loved vampires ever since I first heard of Dracula when I was in junior high. I am always looking forward to new novels about vampires and this book did not disappoint me at all. Sam and Layla’s story was a bit different but that just made it all the more interesting to read. This author created a really good book and I look forward to seeing more from this author.

Wow! This is an amazing start to the series! I mean the cover alone drew me in. First Layla is the strong sexy fighter we all admire. Then there’s Sam, the hot and bold vampire. Fate or life throws them in each others path, it doesn’t really matter. Now this is where the story gets real good. Some of these scenes will make your mouth water. Prepare yourself for the slow delightful burning romance between these enemies to lovers. I have already pre-ordered the next two books because yes it was that good! Fore warning it ends on a cliff hanger but is oh so worth the read.

This book is centered around Zee and Clara. Zee comes across Clara and immediately wants to possess her and tries everything to, but Zee has met his match with Clara. She doesn’t give in very easy and gives Zee a run for his money. This Good vs Evil was a great take on the whole Angel vs Demon and the forces around us. The writing was phenomenal and I couldn’t put it down. The author does a good job at bringing you into the story instead of bringing the story to you. This was a first for me from this author and I greatly enjoyed it. I cant wait to read the other books in this series!

Wowza can I just say I’m not usually a fan of army style books but I love all things supernatural. So I gave this one a try and boy I’m super happy I did. The story was actions packed from the beginning which im a big fan of. Also omg the spiciness between Sam and Layla is the best. (Layla is my spirit animal the way she stands up to people.)I cannot wait til the second one is released in a couple weeks I will be getting it the day of because ughhhhhh the cliffhanger in this should be illegal 😭😭. I’m also on my way to go read jo and webbs stories I was curious about them and was excited to see they have their own story.

Beelzebub, Zee, a prince of Hell, the demon of gluttony, loves his job of tempting humans to overindulge. Clara, is a human Zee just can’t seem to tempt. This intrigues him and he continues to try going so far as to change some of his own habits. Heaven and Hell already on the brink of war take notice of this. Will Clara be safe? Will Zee? Will they end up in the fight? Will Zee and Clara be able to find their HEA?
I absolutely loved the writing style of this book. The characters were well defined, I could imagine them in our world. The scenery of the book was excellent as well. I recommend the book. Cant wait to see what comes next.

This is the first book I have read by this author, but they are going on my favorites list. Regan is the first in her family to graduate high school and isn’t really surprised that no one in her family is there to support her. Jeremy works for the family business and is ready to take it over. Poor girl meets rich boy and it is love at first sight. Sounds easy enough, then real life hits. Can these two see past their issues and social standings to make it work? I loved the chemistry between these two and was rooting for them from the first look. Thank you author for letting me live in a different world even for a short time.

I absolutely love love love this book. It’s the first in the series and it’s a shapeshifter story. I read a lot of werewolf books I like the shapeshifter romances. The characters are well written and the story leaves you wanting more.
Lily is a human and a servant to the royals while Jason is next in line to be alpha and king. Lily gets attacked by another person in the pack and is sent to the hospital where she runs into Jason. Jason realizes they are mates. He instantly gets the need to protect her. Against the odds will they make it. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book.

Wow! So this book came highly recommended and I’m so glad I picked it up. It is the first book I’ve read by this author and I was very impressed. I will be reading a lot more in the near future! I felt connected to the characters very early in the story and felt I was right there with them through the story. The author did a great job of keeping you wanting more. This book has the perfect mix of everything!

Such a great read….and so happy I picked up this book. If you love a paranormal story with action, shifters and wolves definitely read this book.
I was intrigued by the concept of how the wolves were dominate and humans were used as “slaves”. Lily, who is a human, is a slave to the Wolf Hollow and truly is just getting by day to day. The king’s son, Jason, is the future King of Wolf Hollow. When Jason learns whom he is truly to be mated with, the King does not approve, especially since it is Lily. Jason is truly a protector and would do anything to keep Lily safe, even though at first she wants to keep her head down and not cause trouble. Will Jason and Lily’s fate keep them together?
I loved this story and I loved Lily’s character, even at times parts were heartbreaking but how strong she tried to be. I am so looking forward to the 2nd book as I cannot wait to find out what happens next!

Stolen from her home, Lily is a human servant of the royal family in Wolf Hollow. Jason, a werewolf, is the prince and heir. After a horrible incident Lily ends up in the royal hospital and the same time as the prince. Jason’s wolf is positive that Lily is its mate just by her scent. The two will face multiple obstacles if they want to be together. But the question is will they be willing to fight to be together?
This is the first book I have read by Ms. Howl. Overall, I enjoyed the book. There were a few of the major background facts that I wish would have been given more of a back story not that it detracts from the story I just thought it would add to it. I loved the story and I would recommend it; however, if you are like be and hate when a story it broken down into multiple pieces be warned. Even know that now that I have read the first part I cant wait for the second part to come out.

I’ve read quite a few stories by this author and they never disappoint! Marvel and Virginia are our main characters and I liked them alot. They buttheads and definitely have some stuff to work through that keeps popping up from their past. I love that they’re and older couple because that’s not written about often. I am looking for to more by this author in the future! Happy Reading!

This is a cute children’s book that involves make believe, doing good deeds, helping others out and trading for things others want/need. There is a lot of diversity among the characters, which I think is really important in a children’s book. The illustrations are very colorful and super cute. I would recommend this book for kiddos age pre-K thru 3rd grade.

Lily is a human who has spent the last year as a captive/servant to the Wolf Hollow Royals. They had been away for a while, but they are now back and things are about to get hairy. Jason, the prince and future Alpha, is biding his time until his father decides to hand over the reigns. Lily had rejected the unwanted advances of a guard whom later attacked her. Jason was attacked by rebel wolves while out on a run with his younger sister. Both end up in the royal hospital where Jason learns from his wolf that Lily is their mate. Due to their class difference it would be frowned upon by his father to accept Lily. Will they get a happily ever after?

Each book is better than the last. Dahlia Nite is being hunted again, but thankfully this time she has a trusted team. This book is super action packed and I absolutely loved it. Please tell me that you are writing at least 10 more. LOL
Everwood Plantation by Stacy-Deanne. I loved this book. Its the story of Zenni who is in Everwood County Georgia to check on the Plantation that some of her relatives were slaves in after a horrible hurricane has hit the area. There she meets the oh so hot billionaire Colton who has plans to tear the Plantation down. When he meets Zenni all bets are off, he’s almost instantly love. As they work thru the issues of not tearing down the plantation and him wanting to their chemistry is off the charts. What Zenni doesn’t know is Colton has a huge secret that he doesn’t want anyone to find out. Will they be able to work out their differences about the Plantation or will they become life long enemies? This is a short story that you will want to finish in one sitting. Its so good you will be turning pages late in the night.
This book is an undeniable thrill to read, so much so that 5 stars just doesn’t seem to do it justice! This one kept me guessing until the very end with so many twists and turns that it might make you dizzy. The plot is amazing and the author seamlessly combined the growing Covid19 pandemic that happened in 2020 into this gripping thrill ride. That kind of takes me back to dealing with the pandemic, shortages, and fear that was ever present!
Josie who is dealing with a terrible not quite ex husband named Eddie, her past discovery of a pink body, and growing concerns of a rising pandemic that everyone in the US is downplaying. As if that’s not enough she discovers a body floating in the river near her cabin, and she becomes a prime murder suspect. After multiple victims surface, Josie is arrested for the murders and is released on bond secured by her cabin and help from a wealthy bachelor who seems taken with Josie. Unfortunately for Josie things just aren’t adding up and she knows if she can find Eddie she’ll be free from murder charges and be rid of her ex. Only the more she finds the more secrets are unraveled. It seems everybody she meets is keeping some sort of secret from her. Can Josie come out on the other side after all these secrets are uncovered? Or is the past doomed to repeat itself and more bodies pile up?
Overall, I did not see where the author was going with this story until close to the very end. The range of emotions you go through while reading this book are immense. Some characters you start out loving only to hate them later on and vice versa. This is a dynamic book that I will recommend to all avid readers that enjoy thrillers. It makes you want to keep coming back until the story is finished and all the secrets are unraveled. Secrets are a terrible thing to keep and sometimes an even terrible thing to overcome!

Sam Mason is terrifying, sexy, and powerful. As a Navy SEAL he’s trained to do some serious damage, but as a VAMPIRE Navy SEAL, he’s downright lethal.
Everything about Sam Mason puts Layla on edge. Before they met she was determined to capture him and turn him over to her employer, now she’s doing everything she can to keep her distance and keep him out of her head and her bed.
When the job goes sideways and Layla’s sisters are in danger, she has to turn to Sam and the SEALs for help. She’s trying so hard to trust the enemy and save her family, but can she save herself?
The Hunted is a spin-off series with some HEAT! Layla and Sam have some serious chemistry and the fact that there’s so much tension really helps bring in the burn.
There are some areas that could use some detail work and some spots I felt a little lost, but I imagine if I had read the original series I’d be a lot more in the loop. It’s definitely not needed to learn about Sam and Layla, but it could be useful for some other characters.
It’s a fun, light-hearted romantic suspense for the enemies to lovers and paranormal trope fans. I’d recommend it for anyone who loves a quick read and a slow burn. I’m excited to check out the previous series and also to see what is next.

This is the first book that I have read by this author and personally I can’t wait for more. While this is the first half of the story, I was so enveloped that I can’t wait for the second half of the story. But being my first book by this author I had no idea what to expect, but she definitely blew me out of the water, with her wonderful story, and beautiful cover. This was also a very short story being under 200 pages ma, it definitely made for an easy, short, and fast read. So if your looking for something to get your out of that slump or just a quick weekend read make sure you pick this one up today.

This novel had it all… sex, secrets, broken hearts, tears, laughter and a great big HEA! I will say it was a bit on the trashy side as every other page some was grabbing someone’s … (this is why I gave it four stars, because while I like a little heat to my novels there is such a thing as too much) … well anyway the overall story was great and I enjoyed that it was a quick and easy read. I loved the side characters as well as the stars of this story Regan “Southie” Doyle and Jeremy Stone. This story felt like a story more about forgiving yourself and opening up to love. Trigger warning: There is some Moderate drug/alcohol use as well as a family member death because of it.

Beelzebub: The Gift of Gluttony A Sinful Seven Novel By J.C. Brown Review By: Susan Ratchford 5 Stars Beelzebub is one of the Seven Princes of Hell and the demon of gluttony. He is charged with tempting humans with this sin, to mark their souls forever. He revels in his job, savoring every moment of the sweet experience, a job he finds quite easy to do. Until he meets Clara, an Empath with unique gifts of her own, who thwarts his every advance. Still he persists, needing her to give into him, and wondering why this beguiling woman affects him so. With a Civil War brewing in Hell both Beelzebub and Clara are pulled into a fight for something even bigger than they could ever imagine. I am addicted! This book took me on such a wild ride!!! Twisted, Sexy, and Unique!!! It delivers everything it promises with twists and turns that had my jaw on the floor! Perfectly paced for the maximum amount of sensual tension between the characters! The civil war and hierarchy of Hell was really engaging and I can’t wait to find out what happens next! I am definitely going to be reading the other book in this series! A must read for paranormal romance lovers!!

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing this book was, the character development alone was amazing. However this is not your normal fantasy romance, to say that this one takes steamy to a whole new level is an understatement. The author really weaves a beautiful web of characters, scenery, and plot. The characters are so well developed and depicted that you’ll feel like there standing right in front of you. So if your looking for a great new steamy romance or even a fantasy romance, then make sure you pick this one up today.
