Heartless by Jennifer Sucevic was an excellent and fun read. Hunter and Skye were excellent main characters that were developed well and realistic. I loved their description and had no difficulty picturing them. The storyline was easy to follow and addictive. I loved friendship, family, romance, strength and determination woven into it. It was organized and edited well.
The author had me hooked from page one and I could not put this book down. Skye and Hunter were once a couple but split at the end of high school which basically shattered them. Now Skye has returned and things are very different. Definitely check this book out! I highly recommend it.

There was a time when Skye Sinclair was my entire world, then she dumped my ass and took off. I won’t lie, it took time (AKA—booze and women) to pull myself together again. So imagine my dismay when Skye rolls back into town. Her timing couldn’t be worse. I’ve fought my way back from a career ending injury and have everything to prove this season. Skye is a distraction I can’t afford. She’s hoping we can coexist on campus for the next nine months. That’s not going to happen. One run-in is all it takes for me to realize that I haven’t moved on. I still want her. Know what else I want? To bring that girl to her knees. Skye can pretend all she wants that she’s over me, but her body will betray her every chance it gets. I’m going to make damn sure my touch is the only one she craves. And when I’m done with her, I’ll be the one walking away. *Heartless is a new adult novel intended for mature audiences.*
