This story was absolutely captivating! From the first page, the main character drew me in with her complexity. She made me want to be her friend. The Zayed intrigued me and made me want to meet them, if only to have all my questions answered. The conflict kept me engrossed and I just had to keep reading so I could find out what happened next.

The Way to Storey by L. B. Anne – Review by Jo Frizzell

This was an excellent story with a strong adventurous storyline. The way the main character was just unapologetically herself was extremely inspiring because to see someone at 11 so confident in who they are is not the norm. The relationships between her and her family are precious and so much love is completely visible in every interaction. I loved the hints given throughout the book that kept me guessing and curious about what was coming next. I want to know more about Storey and I hope there is more about Storey!

Queen Of My Heart (Life Won’t Wait Book 1) by Nikki Lynn Barrett – Review by Jo Frizzell

I very much enjoyed this book and would definitely read it again! I adored the relatability of the familial relationships and empathized with the real life struggles that were happening. The relationship building was extremely realistic and made me wish for a love like theirs. All of the songs were extremely well written and made me want to look them up so I could hear the melody and harmonies. Music is such an amazing way to say the words you sometimes don’t have the words for in normal conversation, and I love that she used that as a platform for communication within the story as well.
