Rebecca Steele Finding the Dream by Joanne Patterson is the second book in the Rebecca Steele series and my first book by this author. I am a sucker for a book that takes place in any part of my home state. That might have drawn me to the book but Joanne’s writing and great characters are what had me flipping the pages.
Great storyline, really like the little twist. As this is standalone, I can’t wait to go back and read the first book just to get to know Rebecca Steele a little better. Can’t wait to see what Rebecca’s next adventure going to be.

This is an exciting read as we follow Becky on the road to fame doing the rodeo circuit. With her best friend, Emily in tow, Becky lives at a horse ranch where she’s content until powers higher than herself force her to put a lot in perspective for her new life. I loved reading the morals this story leads up to from love lessons to lessons on life. I love characters that can brave a lot of storms and come out on top. This was a beautiful read.

This can be read as a standalone I had no trouble following along. There are some twists and turns that had me trying to figure out what was going to happen next. Becky now lives on a ranch and is working her way through the rodeo circuit and her music career is going very well. But what happens when life decides to throw her a curveball? I loved the plot and small twists and turns throughout the story. I enjoyed the pacing it felt like a more relaxed read. I did not want to put this book down, it was a great book to escape into.

I didn’t read the first book in the series, but I had no problems getting to know Becky and her friends. You can feel the loyalty and love the characters have for each other. The lifelong friendship Becky has with Emily and how well they know each other is a important part of the story. So many of us wish we could have friends like that, who know you so well you don’t even have to say anything for them to know what you are feeling or thinking. It sure warmed my heart to read this and can’t wait to read the first book and I’m looking forward to the next book in the series.

Do you have a dream of what you wanted to do? Did you achieve it? In this book, Becky is still on the path of finding her dream. She is handling everything that is happening in her life. She now lives in Tennessee on a ranch. She is going through the rodeo circuit and her music career is going up to new heights. Joanne Patterson is a talented author. I found her writing style is flowing and adventurous. It was written realistic enough that I found myself with Becky going through all of her adventures. Finding the Dream was the first book I’ve read by Joanne Patterson, from her stand alone, Rebecca Steele series. I never know what to expect when I read a standalone series, especially when I don’t read the books in sequential order. While I wish I had read book one first to get to know the characters a bit more in depth, this was still a great read. I enjoyed the characters and felt as though the storyline flowed well. Definitely a fun, fast paced book that I enjoyed reading on the lake. I look forward to reading more from Joanne Patterson.

I haven’t had the pleasure of reading a JOANNE PATTERSON novel before this one but I was glad that I gave the new to me author a chance. This book may have started a bit slow but for me it really took off once it did and actually left me reeling for a bit more at the end. I was not expecting the ending and I really do love books that can lead me on a bit and spin the whole thing around 360 quickly. It makes the book memorable and long lasting for me.
REBECCA STEELE FINDING THE DREAM is the second book in the REBECCA STEELE series from Joanne Patterson, but I was able to read it without the first one and enjoy it, although I will go back now and check out the one I missed. We find Rebecca as she is leaving the life she has known behind for a more fast and exciting one on the rodeo circuit. Rebecca Steele Finding the Dream by Joanne Patterson a dreamy five-star read. This is number two in the Rebecca Steele series but they can all be read as stand-alone as I haven’t read number one and don’t feel like I’ve missed anything, but I do plan on going back and checking Chasing the dream as I enjoyed the style. This was one of those stories that will show you aspects of life that you don’t see, inspire us to take a chance. There are so many wonderful characters in this story, Becky herself obviously but secondary characters who brought the story alive. I also loved how the romance was sweet and honest, it added something to the story.

REBECCA STEELE FINDING A DREAM by Joanne Patterson is the second book in the Rebecca Steele series. Rebecca, or Becky Steele, has been living her best life with her friend, Emily, there for the ride. She has changed the direction of her life and little does she know but there are more changes to come. Does she take this new opportunity or continue the life she is enjoying? I hadn’t read the first book in the series but really enjoyed the characters and story in this book. Becky is a strong but sweet individual who can inspire someone to follow their dreams. I read this story quickly and enjoyed there were a few twists to keep me on my toes. I also enjoyed that the story doesn’t get saccharine sweet as some inspirational stories do. Rebecca Steele Finding The Dream By Joanna Patterson is the second book in the Rebecca Steele series. This book can be read as a stand-alone although I would recommend reading book 1 first as it follows the same characters. This is definitely an entertaining book and one that is easy to get into, even without having read the first book. The characters were fun and engaging, Becky seemed like she would be a great person to meet. The story itself was fairly lighthearted and easy to read. I found myself reading it quickly as I got lost in the story. This was a great book to read and I am looking forward to what might be next.

We first meet Becky Steele in ‘Rebecca Steele Chasing a Dream’, but although this is the second book in the ‘Rebecca Steele Series’ it can be read as a standalone story. I read it having not read the previous book and I thoroughly enjoyed it and then had to read the first book as well having fallen in love with Becky. Becky now rides horses and lives on a ranch outside Nashville, her life is definitely different to when she was flying on airplanes. Becky is not only making her name for herself within her country music career but she is also taking the Tennessee rodeo circuit by storm. Best friend Emily is by her side sharing Becky’s new adventure with her. Just as Becky decides that she is happier than she’s ever been and is determined to enjoy her new life, out of the blue she is thrown a curve, a big one. Knowing that the decisions she makes will not only effect her life but those closest to her Becky need to decide whether she will take a chance. I love Becky as a character as she has such a friendly, loving personality and is also independent and courageous and she is not afraid to go for what she wants in life. I found her relatable as a character and like that she shows her vulnerability at times, especially when she has to face her fears. Emily is a great best friend and I love the dialogue between the two of them. The storyline had plenty to keep me turning the pages, drama, suspense, romance and intrigue along with enough twists and turns that kept me guessing. I was cheering Becky on throughout this story as she worked toward attaining and living her dreams.

I loved this is story it was just a sweet felt coming of age story as Becky’s career in both music and the rodeo takes off she is navigated through the pit falls, surprises and good friends she meets along the way. When she is dealt a curve ball will she be able to overcome this and more forward.
I had not read the first story but feel that this can be read as a standalone story, you find Becky a well rounded woman who finds she has to overcome a fear and loved how you follow her through the book as though you are part of the story. I think the story was well written and the character where well developed. This is the first story I have read by this author and would love to read more.

It is a quick read and the twist at the end, I didn’t see coming. There are times when the story is a little emotional, heartbreaking and heartfelt at the same time.

Rebecca Steele Finding the Dream is the second book in the Rebecca Steele series by Joanne Patterson. Even though this is the second book in the series, it could be read as a standalone. But having said that, I think I would have maybe enjoyed the story if I had followed Rebecca right from the beginning and read book one before starting this story. Finding the Dream is a sweet contemporary western romance, with plenty of touching and heart-warming moments. We follow Rebecca through the rodeo circuit, and watch as her music career continues to climb. Then, just when all the stars seem to be aligned, life throws her a bit of a curve-ball, and decisions will need to be made which will change everything. A sweet read!

Rebecca Steele Finding The Dream by Joanne Patterson was a great story! This is the second book in the Rebecca Steele series, but I haven’t read the first and this definitely read like a standalone novel! It took me a little bit to get completely into it however, as at the beginning of the story (well to be honest throughout the whole story, but I got used to it after a while) the timelines and time itself wasn’t clearly defined, so I would catch myself being in one place, and then out of nowhere, somewhere else with there being no justifiable shift of time to make sense of where I went. The story was very sweet, and very romantic. There was a slight twist to the story I wasn’t expecting that made the ending much better than I was hoping for! This is definitely a story for just about all ages. I can’t wait to read more from this author!

Rebecca Steele Finding the Dream by Joanne Patterson. I loved this book, the storyline and most definitely the characters. I found myself invested in Becky’s career and most certainly her life. I felt that at times, I was on a roller coaster of emotions. Becky has a lot going on in her career and her life and I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. This was a new author to me and I can honestly say that I am looking forward to much more.

I love that I’ve found a new author to follow! This book is the second in the series but fell into my hands without my reading the first. It stands well on its own and was just a wonderfully emotional and full story in its own right. I immediately connected with the characters and flew through the pages. Rebecca Steele Finding the Dream is the second book in the Rebecca Steele series by Joanne Patterson. Rebecca Steele, or Becky as everyone calls her, has traded her life as a flight attendant for ranch living outside of Nashville, Tennessee. She rides her horse Trigger through the rodeo circuit and begins her career as a country music star. Life seems to be going good for Becky until she’s thrown a curve ball. Becky will have to learn how to forget her fears in order to be truly happy for the rest of her life. I loved watching Becky’s life unfold. Her friends love her and only want the best for her. It was heartwarming to see how much her best friend Emily is there for her through thick and thin. The author made Becky into such a lovable character, I couldn’t help but root her on.

I really enjoyed this story. Its the story of Rebecca(Becky) Steele who is a up and coming Country Music Star. I really enjoyed this story! It is the second book in the series and I haven’t read the first but I had no trouble understanding the story at all and I absolutely would love to read book 1 now to fully understand the story and characters even better. I really liked Becky and thought that she was a great main character, I really liked Emily also! The authors writing was really engaging and I think I have definitely found a new author to follow! The pace and flow of the story was great and I couldn’t put it down – I read it in one sitting and fairly quickly. I am definitely looking forward to more from this author in the future.

I enjoyed this book. This is a new author for me, I look forward to reading more from her. This is the second book in this series which can be read as a standalone. I will be going back for book one for sure. This is a well developed story that has characters that pop off the pages and into your heart. I had no problems connecting to them. Becky has many things going on in her life and they seem to be going well. What will happen when life throws a curveball into the mix? Will she take the leap of faith and beat her fears? I enjoyed the characters in this story. They kept the story engaging and had me turning pages. They brought twists and turns that made me want to know how things would turn out. I highly recommend this book and this author.

I loved reading the book REBECCA STEELE FINDING THE DREAM (REBECCA STEELE SERIES Book 2) by Joanne Patterson. It not only has a wonderful storyline, it also has wonderful characters too. Becky Steele is an amazing woman. She is strong, kind, loves animals, and is a star on the rise with her country music career. She has her best friend and sidekick Emily. Her world conspires to throw her a curve. What will happen? What does the future hold for Becky? Read this book to find out. This is a book that is exciting, entertaining, and just plain hard to put down until I had read the final page. I grew to care about what happens to Becky with each chapter that I read. I wanted her to be happy. There are some moments in the story that I didn’t see coming as well as moments that made me smile. The story did have my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading. I loved that the story took place on a ranch and that animals, such as horses and dogs were included. Don’t miss out on Becky’s journey. It has romance as well as moments that touched my heart. I highly recommend reading it.
