Come Home to Death by Marilyn Levinson – Review by Karole Petty

Come Home to DeathCome Home to Death by Marilyn Levinson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book has everything a good mystery needs, family secrets, money issues and attempts on someone’s life. I thought the characters were developed enough for the story line. There were twist to the story that I didn’t seem coming and played well to the overall plot. I will recommend this book to others as it was a very enjoyable read.

Was a very good first book in a new series. The characters were interesting and developed, quirks and all. Makes me want to visit Galveston. Had all the classic murder mystery vibes. Can not wait to see what book 2 has in store.

Wow!! There was a lot to unpack in this one! This is the second book in the Finnerty & Liccione Mystery Series and I must say I am hooked on this series. Complex issues and layered characters is what you will find in this book and series. I would recommend to anyone that likes mysteries, thrillers, and suspense.

I jumped right in on this new to me author with her box set of 4 different stories. The stories were all different which I enjoyed, made for a very good box set. Fell in love with the characters and in hate with others. They were very relatable and well rounded. I will recommend this author and will suggest this box set to anyone that is looking for a new author to get hooked on. I will be reading all her other work for sure.
