Wow, wow, wow!!! This was an absolutely amazing read! It was thrilling, exciting, page turning – one of my absolute favourites of 2019 and definitely my favourite by this author so far! I read this book in one sitting because I honestly could not put it down and I don’t think I could have even if I had tried! I was completely captivated by the words that were jumping off the pages, the twists and turns, the amazing characters and a storyline that was just absorbing. I have read other books in the series but not read them in order – I had no problems reading this as a standalone but believe me it will leave you wanting more! Hunter’s story was amazing I absolutely fell in love with him. He had such an internal struggle going on and I felt like that made me like him even more.
I honestly cannot put into words how much I loved this story, I wish I could start all over again – it will definitely be on my re-read list and not many books make it onto that!! A fantastic 5 star ending to this series! I look forward to more from this author in the future!

Kingdom of War (Kingdom Journals Volume 4) by Tricia Copeland. This is a great story. Its full of witches, paranormal & vampires! Its the story of Hunter who is in transformation to become a full witch. Hunter has always been wary of the danger inside of him so he’s very cautious, afraid it will come out. He has to complete these trials because it all depends on him. This is the 4th installment and I would recommend reading them in order. The group known as the Trinity is completing their trials to come into their powers, they have all succeeded until Hunter. Will Hunter complete the task or will he fail them all. Hunter is a natural born leader will he be able to contain it or will it take over and cause him to fail the mission. Read Kingdom of War to find out!

Kingdom of War (Kingdom Journals Book 4) by Tricia Copeland was an action packed, multi layer detail read, that had me hooked.

Not my first read by this author, or in this series, so I knew I was in for something dark and fun. And yes I know I jumped again to the middle, but this book reads like a standalone, and with the well place detail, world building, and characters, I didn’t feel lost or confused. I actually got sucked into this book right away, and before I knew it I had it read. It’s that type of book, and if this is anything to go by, I’m definitely going to be getting my hands on the other books.

I love Hunter, he was a wonderful character that was both compelling and complex. He was very aware of himself, and pushed himself to try to conquer the evil he felt he had hidden in him. It was a refreshing to read such a well build MC, both strong, flawed and interesting. The side characters, his friends, were just as well rounded and entertaining. They played well off one another, and their interaction felt natural and real. I got to touch on the world-building and detail, like wow, the author out such a complex place on paper, and it was amazing to read about. Crips, rich and just movie like, I didn’t wan to leave this world. Mad props to the author, and their lush talent.

Overall this book is well worth the read, your time, and your energy. So please take my super high recommedantion and my stamp of approval, that you will get lost in this one of a kind read.

Happy Reading

Kingdom of War by Tricia Copeland is the fourth book in the Kingdom Journals series. It is possible to read this book as a standalone however, having done that myself, I would recommend reading all of the books in order. Although I could follow the story easily enough it did feel like I had missed all the build up that would have made this book great.
That being said however the story was still excellent. It was interesting and unique – I haven’t read another story like it that I can remember. I found myself catching up on the previous stories and characters quite quickly and becoming engaged with them as though I had read them from the start.
The story line was also exciting. I was swept along by the whole premise of it. This is a well written book and it has definitely made me want to read the rest of the series.

Kingdom of War (Kingdom Journals Volume 4) by Tricia Copeland is a paranormal fantasy and it is a story that is easy to lose yourself in. I have not read the other books in this series but I was able to follow along nether the less but I will be finding the other books in this series and I enjoyed this one so much. This story has everything you need to keep you enthralled. There is action and danger, lies and deceit, vampires and witches, fairies and angels just to name a few. This is part four of the series where the group known as the Trinity come into their powers and must face off against their biggest enemies or lose a world as they know it.

Hunter struggles with his new found power and worries that the son may become the father. He is a natural born leader and is having trouble not compelling people to do as he asks and work with the others of the group to stop evil.

Can’t wait to read more. Highly recommended.

The story Kingdom of War (Kingdom Journals Volume 4) by Tricia Copeland is a paranormal/fantasy book. It is a story that once I started, I found myself lost in both the storyline and the characters. It is a book that includes action, danger, witches and other supernatural creatures. I enjoyed reading about the character of Hunter. His future depends on completing the trials. Hunter also believes that there is a dark part of himself that he always must be on guard against. He feels the weight of responsibility. Will Hunter and those he works with be able to triumph over the growing evil? What does the future hold for them? Read this book to find out. There are times I was turning pages wondering what was going to happen next. As many of the characters work together and are friends I enjoyed reading about the bantering and interactions between them. This story is well detailed, and I felt like I was right there with Hunter and the others. The author has written an amazing book with unforgettable characters. Highly recommended.

This is a young adult paranormal story that is full of action, vampires, magic and a few others that I had a hard time putting down. I enjoyed this creative, engaging story with characters that bring the story to life. It is told in the POV of Hunter who is a great character that took me on a roller coaster of emotions. He is a leader who struggles with himself on his powers. His journey is full of twists and turns that you don’t want to miss. I highly recommend this book.
