The story The Men of Holmby Hills: Chase (The Holmby Hills Series Book 1) by Allyson Simonian is a contemporary romance book. It is a story that is fast-paced and pulls you in from the very beginning. I enjoyed reading about the characters of Chase and Carrie. Chase is an actor who you could say he is self-centered and selfish. He is finding that his wife, Carrie may be realizing that he doesn’t deserve her. Carrie is a young woman who is kind and caring. She is someone who loves to teach and has compassion for others. She is finding that she and Chase are not connecting. Will Chase be able to show Carrie just how amazing that he believes her to be? What does the future hold for Chase and Carrie? Read this book to find out. This is a story that has emotional moments. With a book being fast-paced, sometimes it is hard to get to know the characters. Not so with this story. I grew to care about Chase and Carrie with each chapter that I read and wanted them to be happy. Don’t miss out on a wonderful story that has amazing characters. I highly recommend reading it.

The story To Kill a Fae (The Dragon Portal Book 1) by Jamie A. Waters is an amazing fantasy book. It pulls you in right from the beginning and didn’t let me go until I had read the final page. The story has action, danger, mystery, and magic. It takes you on a journey that will have you wondering what is going to happen next. I loved reading about Sabine. She is a young woman who is intelligent, beautiful, independent, and stubborn. She needs to keep her head down and stay hidden. Never let anyone know who she really is. Those plans soon begin to fall apart. Sabine meets a handsome and charming stranger who has arrived in the city. Both feel a pull and are drawn to each other. What does the future hold for Sabine and the stranger? Will she outsmart the ones that are hunting her? Read this book to find out. This story will have you believing in magic and other creatures such as the Fae. The book does a wonderful job in world-building. I loved reading about the legends and stories that are told. The story is written in such a way that I felt like I was right there with the characters. Don’t miss out on a wonderful story with amazing characters. I highly recommend reading it.

The story Hitting The High Note (A Four Horsemen Novel Book 3) by C.A. King is a paranormal/fantasy book. It is a story that will find you turning pages to find out what happens next. I enjoyed reading about the character of Uriel. He is one of the four horsemen. He wears a cowboy hat and doesn’t back down when conflict occurs. Bekka is a woman that loves music. She, however, doesn’t socialize very well. She wasn’t exactly nice when she met Uriel. She then meets a gentleman. Her meeting with both of them turns her world upside down. Will Uriel be able to help Bekka? Bekka has a choice to make. One that can change lives. Read this book to find out the full story of Uriel and Bekka. This book has action and danger. The story is written in such a way that I felt like I was right there with the characters. I also enjoyed that reading about the additional characters in the story. Some of them have been brought forward from the first two stories so they are familiar. Don’t miss out on a book that will take you on a journey that is exciting and intriguing. I highly recommend reading it.

The story Draigon Weather (The Legacies of Arnan Book 1) by Paige L. Christie is a coming of age/fantasy book. It is a story that takes you on a journey that you will not want to put down until the final page. I enjoyed reading about the characters of Leiel and Cleod. Leiel is a young woman who lost her mother when she was sacrificed to the Draigon to relieve a drought. This touched Leiel and her life was never the same after. Cleaod is Leiel’s friend. He has vowed that he will avenge her mother and will keep Leiel safe. Read this book and find out how both of their lives take different paths. This is a story that is exciting to read. The story is vivid and has such detail that at times I felt like I was right there with the characters. The story was also an emotional one. I grew to care about Leiel and Cleod with each chapter that I read, and you can’t help but want their lives to be happy ones. There are other additional characters that are introduced, and I enjoyed reading about many of them. There is fantastic world-building and I found myself turning pages to find out what was going to happen next. This is a book I would highly recommend reading.

It pulled me in from the beginning and I found myself not wanting to put it down until I had finished the last page. The story takes you on an emotional ride and had my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading. I loved reading about the characters of Ian and Rachel. Rachel is a woman with a secret. She is one that wants marriage and a family and believed that Josh was the man to provide that. Her secret doesn’t even let her accept help from a police officer who is kind to her. Ian is a man that had a bad childhood. He has his best friend’s family to thank for his escape. He finds himself tempted by Rachel. What does the future hold for Ian and Rachel? Will Rachel leave Josh? Will Ian trust Rachel with his heart? Read this book to find out. Ian and Rachel are characters that I grew to care about with each chapter that I read. I wanted them to be happy. I also enjoyed reading about many of the additional characters that interacted with Rachel and Ian. The book includes a past that shows up, danger, and forgiveness. I highly recommend reading it.

The story Evil Sushi (Evil Sushi Series Book 1) by C.A. King is a supernatural thriller. It is a book that I found entertaining and mysterious. It has suspense, danger, and strange situations that defy reality. Just what is Evil Sushi? Is it a fantasy, fiction or a prophecy as to what many come to pass? I enjoyed reading about many of the characters in the story and some of them I came to care about what happened to them. Others have their own agenda and plans in which they will do anything to make them a reality. The story pays tribute to the horror tales that are told throughout time and had me turning pages wondering what was going to happen next. What will happen to the characters in the story and Evil Sushi? Read this book to find out. There are moments that I found to be suspenseful and others that I had to shake my head at what the characters did. Don’t miss out on a thrilling tale that is bound to keep you up until you have read the final page. I highly recommend reading it.

The story Elemental Fae Academy (Elemental Fae Academy Book 2) by Lexi C. Foss and J.R. Thorn is the next wonderful story in an amazing series. It has magic, romance, and danger. I love to read about the characters, and I found the storyline to be well-developed and kept me guessing as to what was going to happen next. In this book, Exos has been taken and the main female character has to depend on her other elements to help find him. The dynamics that these characters show run from conflicted to sarcastic. I enjoyed reading about the bantering that goes back and forth between characters. There is plenty of romance in this story. There are also characters that I found myself wondering about their motives and if they are truly all that they seem to be. This is the second story in a series that should be read in order to understand all that is transpiring. This is a book that will pull you in and won’t let you go until the last page. I highly recommend reading it.

This is a set of books that will hook you in from the very beginning and will take you on a journey that includes suspense and romance. The books had me turning pages wondering what was going to happen next. I really loved reading about the character of Archer Blackwood. Archer is a man that is considered hard and cold. He finds himself in a world that he never knew existed. Will he also discover love? I also enjoyed reading about the character of Kai. He is resourceful and who with his brothers have the objective of bringing down their father. What will happen when a woman from his past reappears with secrets of her own? I found myself caring about each one of these characters with each chapter that I read. The stories had my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading them. There are romantic scenes and also bantering back and forth. I also enjoyed reading about the other characters that are introduced. Don’t miss out on a set of stories that will pull you in and not let you go until the final page. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this series and am always looking forward to the next story. Ever since I first read about Jake Wolfe and his war dog Cody I have been hooked. This book is just the latest amazing read that pulls you in from the very beginning and it is a fast-paced journey that doesn’t end until the final page. It will have you turning pages to find out what happens next. Jake Wolfe is a man that I would want on my side. He is loyal and protective of those he cares about. One of them is his war dog Cody. They have a deep bond that can’t be broken. This story has Jake and Cody searching for a missing item that if not recovered innocent lives are at stake. Will they get to the missing item before a ruthless group of killers does? Read this book to find out. I also enjoyed reading about the many characters that Jake and Cody interact with. There are old friends and those who want those who are evil to face justice. I love how detailed the story is and I when reading I feel like I am right there with the characters. Don’t miss out on a story that will have you reading far into the night in order to finish. Highly recommended.

It grabbed my attention from the beginning, and I found myself turning pages wanting to know what would happen next. I enjoyed reading about the characters of Terri Murphy and Jet Chang. Terri is a young woman who has survived an attack that has left her with feelings and fears that she never thought she would have. Terri is fiercely independent and doesn’t always ask for help, even when she needs it. Terri also has feelings for her best friend Jet. Jet is concerned about his best friend and wants to help her. He has the dream of becoming an author. He also realizes that there is a romantic interest between him and Terri. What does the future hold for Terri and Jet? Even if there is a risk to their current friendship will they take a chance and start a relationship? Read this book to find out. This story was an emotional read. When reading about Terri’s character and how she is feeling is hard at times. There are issues that may be triggers to some. I felt that the story was written in such a way that you can’t help but be touched and moved by Terri’s experiences. I enjoyed reading about many of the additional characters that interact with Terri and Jet. I grew to care about Terri with every chapter that I read and wanted her to find happiness. This is an amazing book to read and one I would highly recommend.

I found the story Ailey of Skye by Wendy Hewlett to be an amazing book to read. It pulls you in right from the beginning and didn’t let me go until I had read the final page. It is a story that will have you believing in the strength of the human spirit and of the will to survive. I loved reading about the main character of Aileen MacEwan. She is a young woman that has an inner strength that shows for all to see. She at times has to be reminded of it. Aileen is a recovering alcoholic/addict who has come to the Isle of Scotland to a house that her grandmother left her. She is trying to figure out what is next in her life. It is on the island that the past is revealed, and revelations are made. I found Aileen to be strong and independent. Read her journey as she develops a “friendly” relationship with a Scottish football legend and discovers her family ties. This is a book that had my emotions going up and down the entire time I was reading. It also had me hooked and turning pages to find out what happens next. I couldn’t help but find myself caring about Aileen with each chapter that I read. I don’t believe I can put into words how deeply I loved reading this story. I would highly recommend reading it.

Greer has had her life changed when she moves into a mansion. She is going to a new school and has to deal with Beckett who is not welcoming. Beckett is at the top of the private school he attends. He doesn’t make Greer feel welcome either in the home they both live in or at school. Even with the tension that is between them Greer feels an attraction to Beckett. What does the future hold for Beckett and Greer? Will Beckett be more welcoming to Greer? Will Greer act on her attraction to Beckett? Read this book to find out. I grew to care about Greer with each chapter that I read and wanted her to be happy. Beckett is a character that takes a little bit to warm up to however I came to understand him and also wanted him to find happiness. There are additional characters that are introduced and many of them are good friends with Greer. I enjoyed reading about them. This is an amazing book that will have you hooked from the very beginning. I highly recommend reading it.

They have become good friends with Cy and Jolie. Is their friendship strong enough to endure the start-up of the themed world and all the work that goes with it? What does the future hold for Moon, Katja, Cy, and Jolie? Read this book to find out. This is a fast-paced story that will keep your interest all the way through. There is never a dull moment. I truly enjoyed reading The Complete Fenris Series by Samantha MacLeod. It is a series that pulled me in from the very beginning and I found myself getting lost in its pages. I found myself staying up late into the night as I just had to read one more chapter. Each story takes you on a journey that I found entertaining and intriguing. I loved reading about the characters of Sol and Fenris. These are two characters that fall in love with each other. Fenris would do anything to keep Sol safe and protected. These books include action, danger, and romance. I love the mythology included in the stories. I couldn’t help but care for Sol and Fenris with each chapter that I read. The books have romantic scenes that make the temperature in the room rise. I also enjoyed reading about the additional characters that are introduced and interact with Sol and Fenris. There are those who are helpful to the couple and then there are those whose motives I questioned and wondered what their true agenda is. This is a series that I would highly recommend reading.

I found the story Pieces of a Lie by Rowena Holloway a wonderful book to read. It pulled me in from the beginning and didn’t let me go until the final page. It is a story that had me at times turning pages to find out what was going to happen next. You will find yourself glued to the pages. There is mystery, danger, along with some twists that I did not see coming. I enjoyed reading about the characters of Detective Lincoln Drummond and Mina Everton. Lincoln finds himself disgraced and sent to a small Australian town. He finds that he is unwelcome and sometimes he finds open hostility. He is on a case that involves antique robberies. When he meets Mina, he believes that there will be a quick ending to the case and his career will be back to normal. What he doesn’t expect is the strong attraction that he has for Mina. Mina is a woman who is haunted by her past. She lives each day with memories and guilt. Now a detective shows up and she finds herself a suspect in crimes that are being committed. She also finds herself strongly attracted to Lincoln Drummond. Is Mina involved with the antique robberies? Why is she associating with Slab Carlson, a crime boss? What does the future hold for Lincoln and Mina? Read this book to find out. The story is suspenseful and romantic. It takes you on a non-stop ride that doesn’t end until the book does. I enjoyed reading about many of the additional characters that are introduced. There are also characters that I wondered about what their true motives and agenda are. The story has times that are sad and had my emotions going up and down. If you love mystery and suspense this is a book that I would recommend reading.

It is a story that grabbed my attention from the beginning, and I didn’t want to put it down until I had finished the final page. I loved the storyline and also the characters. There is the main character who gets taken to the Fae Realm and finds out about a whole world that she never knew existed. She also finds herself strongly attracted to Titus and a Royal Fae. Will she be able to learn to control the powers that she has unlocked with the help of her mentors? Read this book to find out. This story was entertaining and enjoyable to read. There are characters that I grew to really like and then ones that have their own agenda and are not welcoming. There are also characters that I found myself questioning what they really are up to. This is a story that progresses at a good pace. There are also scenes that are romantic. This is the first book in a series, and I can’t wait to read the next one.

There is passion and desire between Abby and Hudson. I found myself caring about them both and wanting them to find happiness. Milenda is a strong, intelligent, independent, and beautiful woman. She has been called back in order to ignite a revolution. What will the price of that revolution be? Jaali is content living with his wife Milenda and his daughter. He soon finds himself part of the plans for a revolution. Will the revolution succeed? What does the future hold for Milenda and Jaali? Read this book to find out. This is a story that had my emotions going up and down the entire time was I reading it. I have grown to love Milenda and Jaali in this series with each book and chapter that I read. They are two characters that love each other very much and have a strong belief system in which they never waver. Romance and danger are part of this story and you will find yourself unable to put it down until the end. This is the third and final book in The Jewel Chronicles and I would highly suggest reading the stories in order.

I enjoyed reading about the characters of Ember Brighton and Rane Andersson. Ember is a young woman who is intelligent, strong, and stubborn. She finds herself with a crumbling life and then with those she loves in danger. It is then that she meets Rane. Rane is a man that feels an attraction and pull towards Ember. I grew to care about Ember with every chapter that I read, and I wanted her to succeed and be happy. I also enjoyed reading about the secondary characters that are introduced in the story and who interact with Rane and Ember. This is a book I would highly recommend reading.

The story Tangles by Sharleen Scott is an amazing story to read. It pulls you in from the very beginning and doesn’t let you go until the final page. It is an emotional journey and my emotions were going up and down the whole way through. The story has heartbreaking and heartwarming moments. The book touched my heart and soul while telling a story about love and forgiveness. I enjoyed reading about Logan McKinnon and how he faces the challenge of caring for his mother who has Alzheimer’s disease. The pain, anger, and conflicting emotions that are his made him someone that you couldn’t help but care about. He soon finds himself questioning what he knows about himself when he finds secret journals. What does Logan find in these journals and how will he react to them? Read this book to find out. This story did have me with teary eyes and reaching for tissues. It is an inspirational story that will touch you deeply. I highly recommend reading it.

The story Secrets Never Die by Laurie Lewis is a romantic/suspense book. I loved reading it. The story pulled me in from the beginning and didn’t let me go until the final page. It is a book that includes mystery and secrets. It is a story that had me at times quickly turning pages to find out what happened next. I enjoyed reading about the characters of Tallie Brown and Jackson James. Tallie is a woman who is strong, intelligent, and stubborn. When her mother unexpectedly dies, Tallie finds that she may have had a secret life. Will Tallie find the answers to the questions that she has? Jackson is a reporter whose past is having an effect on his future. He finds himself chasing another story seeking the road to redemption. Both Tallie and Jackson find themselves in the small town of Cutler’s Ridge. What will happen when the stories that they are chasing begin to overlap? What does the future hold for Tallie and Jackson? Read this book to find out. This is a story that is an example of why I love suspense books. You are taken on a journey that moves at a good pace and sparks your imagination and your ability to put clues together. Each one of the additional characters has their own part to play in the story and I couldn’t see the book without any of them. This is a book that I highly recommend reading.

The story Miami Days, Havana Nights by Linda Bennett Pennell is a historical/suspense/romance book. It is a story that pulled me in from the very beginning and didn’t let me go until the final page. It weaves a tale so interesting that I was turning pages to find out what happened next. This is a story that takes you to the past as well as tells a story in the present. I enjoyed reading about the character of Sam Ackerman. He is a young man who finds himself without a home and indebted to the mob. Sam feels the weight of that debt, even more, when he falls in love with Rebecca. Will Sam ever be free to be with the woman that he loves? I also loved reading about Liz Reams. She is a Crime professor who seems to have it all. Success in her job, the love of her life, and a new lead on another character from the past. What does the future hold for Liz and her love? Why is it that she can’t seem to commit to him fully? Read this book to find out. This is a story that had my emotions going up and down. It also has characters that I grew to care about and wanted them to find success and happiness. Don’t miss out on a story that you will not want to put down until you have read the ending. I highly recommend it.

It brings the world of racing and romance together in such a way that you will not be able to put the book down until you have read the final page. I loved reading about Will and Liz Darcy. Will is a stock car driver who loves what he does and loves Liz even more. Liz is a smart, independent, strong, and stubborn woman. That she loves Will is undeniable. What will happen when a jealous stalker wants to remove Liz from Darcy’s life? When Liz disappears will Darcy find her? What does the future hold for Darcy and Liz? Read this book to find out. This is a book that progresses at a fast pace just like the cars on the racetrack. It has romance, suspense, flirting, and bantering back and forth between Will and Liz. There are additional characters that I enjoyed reading about who interact with Will and Liz. They are friends and helpful to the couple. This is a series that I loved reading. It has all four of the stories in the Confectioner Chronicle series that are fun and entertaining to read. It has wonderful characters that I fell in love with and wanted them to succeed in whatever they did. There is action, danger, romance, and suspense in these books. There are times when I was turning pages wondering what was going to happen next. I loved the character of Wren. She is strong, intelligent, and independent. Her story is one that pulled me in from the very beginning and didn’t let me go until I read the final page of the final story. This is a YA fantasy novel and I loved how the books included magic and mystery. Besides Wren, there are other characters that I grew to care about and enjoyed reading about them and their interactions with Wren. Many of them are helpful to her. Then there are those with their own agenda what will do anything to make their plans and agenda happen. Don’t miss out on an exciting series that you won’t be able to put down. I highly recommend it. The stories that are included in this set are The Confectioner’s Guild/The Confectioners Coup/The Confectioner’s Truth/The Confectioner’s Exile.

The story Fisher Men X-ing Lines (Fisher Men Book II) by Rebel Nicks O’Dey is a romantic comedy. It is a story that put a smile on my face and had me laughing out loud. The book pulled me in right from the beginning and didn’t let me go until the final page. I loved reading about the two main characters. They communicate with each other through witty bantering and sometimes dirty talking. There is an attraction that keeps getting stronger. They have chemistry. What will happen when they meet in real life? What does the future hold for them? Read this book to find out. This story has moments that make you sad and other moments when you wonder what is going to happen next. It is a book that has romantic scenes that are steamy and make the temperature in the room rise. I loved the main female character as she is strong, independent, and intelligent. She also is kind and empathetic. She is a character that I was rooting for to find happiness. I enjoyed reading about many of the additional characters that are introduced. As this is the second book in a series some of the characters are familiar from the first book. I personally would read the books in order. Don’t miss out on a wonderfully written story that has amazing characters. I highly recommend it.

It is the third book in a series that I have loved reading since the first story. I loved reading Kris’s story and of the one that has been gone for eight years. Kris is a woman who is strong, intelligent, and independent. She has learned to mourn the loss she felt when he left and move on. He is back. So are all the feelings that she had for him. He left her without a goodbye. That is a regret that he has always had. Now he is back and wants to reclaim what is his. Will Kris give him another chance? What does the future hold for him and Kris? Read this book to find out. This is a story that is emotional and had my emotions going up and down the entire time. It is also a book that is suspenseful and had me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. Many of the characters that are in this story are familiar as they have been brought forward from the first two books. I enjoyed reading about the interactions between them and Kris. Don’t miss out on an amazing story that you will not be able to put down until you finish it. I highly recommend reading it. I would suggest reading the books in order so that you will fully understand all situations that are going on.

The story A Perfect Fit by Zoe Lee is a book that I loved reading. It pulled me in from the beginning and didn’t let me go until the final page. I loved reading about the characters of Daisy Rhys and Dunk McCoy. Daisy is sweet, intelligent, independent, and a good artist. Her interaction with Dunk comes at a wedding reception. Dunk is handsome and charming. He believes in no strings attached when it comes to women. That is until Daisy. The attraction between Dunk and Daisy is intense. There is chemistry and a connection between them. Is one night all that they will experience with each other? Dunk believes that she is perfect for him. Can he get her to understand the feelings that he has for her? What does the future hold for Dunk and Daisy? Read this book to find out. This story had my emotions going up and down the whole time that I was reading it. It has moments that are sad, moments that will make you smile and laugh, and romance that is steamy and will make the temperature in the room rise. I also enjoyed reading about the other characters introduced and interact with Dunk and Daisy. Dunk and Daisy are characters that I grew to care about with each chapter that I read. I found myself wanting them to find happiness. Don’t miss out on a story that will keep you glued to the pages from beginning to end. I highly recommend reading this book.

The story The Flood by Meghan O’Flynn is a psychological thriller. It is a book that pulled me in from the beginning and I found myself lost in the storyline. This is a story that had me turning pages wondering what was going to happen next. It is like being on a rollercoaster ride that doesn’t end until the last page. I enjoyed reading about the many characters that are introduced in the book. Some of them I grew to care about what happened to them, others seemed to have their own agenda and plans. This is a story that asks the question “How far would you go to survive?” The characters in this story face a shortage of food and water. Then there is the feeling that everything that is happening is not as it seems to be. Are they part of some sick game? What does the future hold for them? Read this book to find out. This story has times of conflict and also emotional moments. The world that these characters find themselves in seems to spiral out of control and turn upside down. It is her first “season” and a marriage match is the goal. Anne is strong, intelligent, and tends to say what she really thinks. Who will catch Anne’s eye and win her over? What does the future hold for Lady Anne? Read this book to find out. This story has heartbreaking as well as heartwarming moments. My emotions went up and down with each chapter that I read. I grew to care about Lady Anne and wanted her to find happiness. This book will draw you in and I found myself getting lost reading about all the different characters and their interactions with Lady Anne. Most characters are either family, friends, or helpful to Lady Anne. There however are those that have their own selfish agenda. Don’t miss out on a book that will transport you to another period of time and have you glued to the pages. I highly recommend reading this story.
