It has been a good while since i have read a psychological thriller and it was brilliant. It is full of suspense, romance and murder. Miriam is trying to solve the biggest case of her career by trying to hunt down a serial killer. But When Jesse walks back in to her life she must try and keep her head in the game and crack the case. I really hope Miriam will have more books i really enjoyed this one and i would like to see her working more cases in New York.

Until Jason swoops in and steals her promotion, except it seems he is more interested in his top advertiser Chloe than the job he has just been given. I love Enemies to Lovers stories but even though you know the just of the story you don’t know all the complicated stuff in-between. I honestly loved how much they hated each other it was amusing. It took me a while to warm up to Callie she just seemed a tad stuck up but i gradually started to like her. Gianluca is hot, rich and a complete prick, but that’s why you will fall in love with him. Gets very steamy at times and i cant wait for the rest of the books. I loved the Authors writing style she really brought the story well together.

High Heels and Mistletoe is about a girl Julietta who is cursed by mistletoe and of course being Christmas time it is very hard to avoid it all together. I have always enjoyed C.A King’s books and this was no different. It was funny and sweet, and i routed for Julietta to get her happily ever after with only a couple of chapters in. Although Luke did take a bit of getting used to he came across as weak which i think made it a bit hard to like him.
