The Fallen Man Audiobook (The Olympic Peninsula Book 5) by Cat Treadgold – Review by Lorralei Hoerner

5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Fallen Man is the 5th and final book in The Olympic Peninsula Series…This is a great conclusion to the series, I am a little sad. I feel fully invested into the characters in each book. I love the narration done by the author as she brings her story to life. I highly recommend stating this series from the beginning as key characters are in each book. This story is set during the Holidays introducing me to Edward, the elsest brother of the O’Connell’s. I really love his story.

Edward is a man searching… leaving the Church and walking away from his faith was not an easy decision. Edward soon finds himself taken in by the beautiful Lisette. Both Edward and Lisette have secrets but will those secrets get in the way to something magical….

Love, drama, betrayal and friendships…this is a great story and I highly recommend listening to this series!

5 Stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dinopotamus Goes to School is a fun and cute story that is for ages 4-8; but can also be enjoyed by anyone young at heart also reading to the littles during storytime. The story overall is engaging and fun while also having the colorful illustrations that go along with each page.

All Dinopotamus wants to do is be like all the children around them….playing and going to school!! Learning lessons is fun…..but learning everyone may be different in some ways….even Dinopotamus… it is ok!

This is a cute story…and very enjoyable.

A Monster for Meg (Giants and Monsters) by Lois Wickstrom – Review by Lorralei Hoerner

This story is pure fun and absolutely wonderful. I have read many books from this author and this story is one of my favorite. How can you describe what a monster truly is? Meg’s big sister, Sue, tries to explain to Meg all about monsters and they can be scary. With each detail Sue has Meg goes along and understands all while being visually impaired. That does not stop Meg for sure to know all about monsters!!

This book is wonderful wonderful wonderful. I very highly recommend everyone of all ages to definitely read this. The illustrations are great and just the story itself and the message…truly fantastic!

My rating: 3 of 5 stars

This book was a short read. The story picks up very quickly and at times like an roller coaster ride with some high intensity. I believe the story was perfect length (novella) and some parts were a little predictable. I really liked Diego Valentine’s character, he pulled at my heart strings with is story. Overall a short, good read about a forbidden relationship debut by this author :).

Best Of My Love (Love in Emerald Creek) by N.D. Jackson – Review by Lorralei Hoerner

Best of my LoveBest of my Love by N.D. Jackson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book is all about second chances with a first love. The story between Erick and Dre is like a roller coaster ride with all the ups and downs. This story was well written, heart wrenching and at times a true punch in the gut. Dre’s character is so head strong and Erick is looking for a second chance with Dre due to his decision that he made years past. I really enjoyed the story of love, life and the ups and downs on forgiveness and moving on.

10 Days by KJ Holliday – Review by Lorralei Hoerner

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

KJ Holliday is a new author for me. I absolutely loved this book from beginning to end. I can relate to a few things when it comes to the outdoors and camping style, but no way I am tent type of girl. This book was romantic, funny, steamy and had some seriousness as well. The characters were perfectly designed and entwined in the story so easy. I highly recommend this book.
