Missing (Lyn Kramer Mystery, #1) by Ann Jones is her debut book that is totally AWESOME! I fully loved her writing style and her creation of characters. Her writing will pull you in from the first word and keep you engaged until the last word. This story is about a woman who just disappears and now the police department is left to find her (I don’t want to say to much as it will give away so many things and you really need to read this story to find out). This story is full of action and suspense. There are some twists and turns that will leave you sitting on the edge of your seat. The characters are connectable, true to life, and they just pop off the pages and into your life. They will pull you into their world from the first word until the very last. Lyn was my favorite character in this story. She is kind of sassy but she is tough considering her childhood. She knows what she wants and how to get it. She is not afraid to push limits when necessary to get what she wants. The secondary characters are supportive of her and add to the story flow. They will take you on a journey of various emotions that at one point, I wanted to yell, what were you thinking and then other times complete compassion. You will not regret reading this book. I highly recommend this book, you won’t see what is coming for these characters. I can’t wait for Ann Jones next book and what she will have for us next!
