Wow! This book truly surprised me. I have never read a book that was written by ten authors. I honestly didn’t think I would enjoy it. I really enjoyed Touched. The book was full of action, adventure, and romance. If you love reading paranormal romance books, I recommend you checking this one out. The detailing was good. The world building and characters was well thought of.

I had so much fun reading this book. Everett and Abigail are such great fun to read about with beautiful hearts these characters draw you in and keep you turning page after page. They are in many ways very different and truly put the saying opposites attract to the test but in their hearts is where they truly connect. I loved the small town setting, the storyline and of course the wonderful characters. I didn’t realise until after I had read this book that it is part of a series and given how much I obviously loved this book, you can tell having not read the other books definitely did not hinder my reading experience. I will be finding the rest of the series though for sure and reading those now.

This book was a great addition to the series and I was really excited to get back into it. For me, this book was even better than the first and I really enjoyed the story the author has created. I loved that this book was centered on a siren, which is again not a typical main character. It added a new element to a book that was well written and a great read from the start. The characters in this book were just as engaging as the previous and I wanted to know more about them too. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I am looking forward to what this author produces next.

This book is a well written and interesting fantasy story that is about a school for muses. This isn’t something I have seen as a subject matter for a book before so it caught my attention right from the start. For me, this book was all about the characters. I connected with them instantly and wanted to know more about them and their story. Overall, this is quite a short story and I think it would have definitely benefited from being a longer book. However, that did not detract from my enjoyment of the story and it definitely has me looking forward to book two. I cannot wait to see what is to come next.

Where oh where do I start with this book I just absolutely LOVED it! Banks and Kaitlyn are just such wonderfully written, relatable and fun characters that you just want to see them have a happy ending. This book is so fun, festive, and easy-to-read that it took me no time at all to inhale it! This is the second book in the Magical Emerald Hollow series. I did not read the first book going into this one, but it did not make reading this one unenjoyable. I will be reading the first one soon, and I cannot wait to see how knowing the whole story will flesh-out other details for this one. This story is about the romance of Sofia and Isaiah, and it is written in a way that makes it cute and wholesome. Don’t get me wrong, I love a steamy romance, but sometimes it’s refreshing to fall into a sweet one. I highly recommend and hope for a third installment!

This is the second book in the Magical Emerald Hollow series. This is a sweet romance which has a very magical element as well as some intrigue and some mystery. I would advise reading these books in order as we meet Holly and Ash in the first book and they continue to play a role in this books as well. This book mainly focuses around Sofia. When Sofia finds a man unconscious on a trail in the snow she obviously helps him get medical attention but when it turns out the man has no memory of who he is, where he comes from and why he was even on that trail she starts to question whether he is being genuine or not. Sofia has been burnt by love before and is very skeptical and wary about trusting again but no matter how much she tries she can deny her attraction to this man. Who is he? Why did he appear? When fate plays it’s hand is there any way to deny it?
Meanwhile Holly is settling in to Emerald Hollows but as she learns to live among new people she also discovers a magical secret that affects all the residents of Emerald Hollows.
This is a quick paced paranormal romance. The characters are so well written that you cant help but be invested in their story. I can’t wait to see what else Emerald Hollows has in store for us.

I have loved this series so far!! I think it is because I connect to the characters a little more as they are older, like me (45 *gasp*). I really enjoyed book one and couldn’t wait to hear another story in this hockey world. Banks and Kaitlyn’s story is an enemies to lovers with all the feels. Ben and Kaitlyn mee at the airport one evening and hit it off, only to learn that Banks (aka Ben) is a hockey player on the same team as a young player she is an agent for. Banks makes a comment that he thinks is funny and Kaitlyn takes it the wrong way and they become enemies. Ten years later and now Banks is looking for a new agent as he is nearing the end of his career and she decides to help him out to make her ex-boss look bad. This book is funny, full of banter between characters, some really sweet moments as we get to know Banks better, and a peek into Kaitlyn’s past too. Kaitlyn is trying to make him look good, going through some major mood swings, and trying to stop herself from falling for him. This is a fun, fast paced, story with s sweet romance and a bit of spice. I can’t wait for the next book in the series!

This is a super cute book that, in a way, kinda reminded me of the Wizard of Oz. Kris is picking up friends along the way, all of whom are looking for something. Kids will enjoy using their imaginations to see these characters in the story. I thoroughly enjoyed this read!

What a fun and quick read from Sandra L. Young. I always enjoy books with a paranormal side. Justine is thrown together with the grumpy Jackson while helping to sort through his mother Liza’s vintage wardrobe after she passes. Their connection is immediate but they both fight it as their lives are thousands of miles apart. While at the house, Justine discovers she is able to see and talk to Liza’s ghost. I enjoyed the storyline only wishing there were more scenes with the two main characters as I really enjoyed their interactions.

Mood Swings and Hockey Flings (Hot Flash Hookups Book 2) by Sylvie Stewart and Marika Ray. I loved this book and I could relate to it because I’m having hot flashes left and right. This is the story of Kaitlyn & Ben. Ben is a hockey star and Kaitlyn is a hockey agent. They meet in an airport bar and hit if off and Kaitlyn ends up thinking she is in love. The next day she meets him again but as Ben the hockey player and she is not impressed realizing he was just looking for a one night stand. A decade later she is asked to be his agent and she’s not sure she can do it or not. She has continually thought of him since that one night and can’t see to forget him. She has had to constantly fight battles in this mainly male dominated world and she’s not sure she has fight left in her for a relationship that might mix with business Will they be able to get thru all the differences in their relationship, age, sexism in the workplace and just general relationship problems!

Justine and Jackson are thrown together by circumstances beyond their control. His mother’s clothing may help save the museum but when she goes to look through it, she’s stranded with him. He’s a tad grumpy. I loved this because their is a paranormal aspect with some ghosts, including Jackson’s mother and a mystery to solve around Jackson’s father. There is humor scattered throughout the story. I love the story. There is chemistry between Jackson and Justine. The question is, will it work? They have two different sets of life goals. I had fun trying to figure out where it was going and what was Liza going to do. It’s another excellent entry in this series. Great story, wonderful characters. You should check out the whole series.

I found this to be such a good story. We had the healing from the accident. Gene and Amanda’s story had roots from high school. I felt every emotion watching that relationship grow and go through it’s pains. The second part of that story was Amanda trying to get people to believe that she had seen the girl run out in front of her. This author does such a wonderful job of tying in romance with mystery/suspense. Watching him put his faith in her as he’s struggling with his logical side really hit me in the feels. It’s a very emotional story. All the characters were wonderful. Everyone had their place and the substories all tied up together nicely. This series has been one of my favorites because of this. Well done! If you haven’t read this series, you should.

The 4 R’s Collection was a good read with 4 stories. They were all good but, of course everyone has their favorites.
Fool’s Gold was about a a newlywed couple who never quite made it to their wedding night. Sarah ran out on Rafe when she found something and thought Rafe was only with her for her money. Now she has come home to help out with housekeeping while Rose is away while saving Rafe’s reputation and she can finish what she started before she left. Someone is out to hurt Rafe and his livelihood but, no one knows who the real culprit is. Sarah will help Rafe figure it out. Will Rafe and Sarah be able to be a real couple after everything is over ?
Her hearts desire was a good read. Jake and Samantha know eachother but haven’t seen eachother in a bit. Now She’s a runaway bride with she finds out Grayson was cheating on her. She wasn’t expecting Jake to be at the old cabin but, she ran right into him when she got there. Can two people extremely attracted to eachother stay in a 1 bedroom cabin and keep their distance? There was a bit of suspense In this one with a few other characters. Samantha’s brother might be a suspect but he’s just trying to find out who is blackmailing Jennifer. When Samantha is kidnapped, will they figure out who the culprit is In time to save her?
Serena’s Web was a great read. I loved this one from the very beginning. She was a strong character who didn’t take crap from anyone. Her dad is missing and she will not rest until she finds him and hopes she can find him alive. Some cops are dirty and aren’t there to help her case but, might be there to help the people responsible. When the FBI steps In, they vow to keep her safe. Agent Riley wants more then to keep her safe. She pretty much wants the same thing but can they act on it? They make a pretty good team working together but there are alot of others helping along the way too.
It had to be you was another great read. This is a second chance romance if I’ve ever seen one before. Candy and Greg knew eachother in high school but were in total different social classes. Here they are at a reunion and she has no idea who he is when he approaches her. They end up almost hooking up when she realizes who he is. He’s always had feelings for her and now that she is back in town, he’s not letting her go without a fight. These two can be beneficial to eachother if they can make it thru the summer. Will they be able to walk away when they both get what they want or will this end up really falling for eachother. Another book with suspense leaving the reader wondering who is behind everything going wrong. Great collection of books!
I think I liked this book the most in the series so far. I absolutely love Lark. I think he’s so different from the other characters. Not just because he’s a pixie but because he has such a childlike view on the world. He’s really sweet and loving. There is always much more to the characters than how they appear to us initially. I didn’t like Lark in the previous book lol, I thought man he’s a trouble maker. Harmless but annoying. I’m so glad we got to see more of him. Jaru’s growth is amazing. I can go on an on about this story but I will leave it with the fact that Naomi is a superb writer. You get an amazing insight to every character. You learn their secrets, their fears and what makes them happy.

I enjoyed reading this historical romance story. This is a newer author for me which I enjoyed their attention to details that made the story come to life. This is a well written story about secrets, never falling in love and how opposites attract. Margot has a secret that no one can find out about and the Earl of Langley. They team up to find out the truth about the duke’s death. This is where the story heats up. Not only what they find out about the duke but what they find that they have more in common than they realize. I enjoyed their characters and what they brought to the story. They are connectable and have great chemistry. I enjoyed watching their relationship grow throughout. This is a fast paced story that is hard to put down and easy to read. This is a great romance story that has some suspense to it as well. I really enjoyed this book and I highly recommend it.

There are so many little things about this book I loved, starting with how Banks and Kaitlyn met. At an airport over grilled cheese sounds like a great way to start off. If only their relationship had been as simple as their initial meeting.
Ten years changes so much, but there are also so many things that haven’t changed. Banks is still in the NHL and Kaitlyn is an amazing sports agent. Their paths have crossed several time over the years, but nothing like now that Banks is in need of an agent.
We learn dark secrets about each of them and I was totally not expecting the big secret Banks was hiding.
Once again I was thoroughly entertained by Ms. Stewart and Ms. Ray’s book. Looking to the third book and seeing who is next. I have my money on one particular couple and really hope I’m right.

This is a new author for me which I enjoyed reading. This is a collection of four stories that are the 4 R’s series. Each book is well written and unique from the other. Each features a new couple with conflict and romance. Second chance romance, runaway brides, a father kidnapped by the mob and unexpected coming home. They are fast paced, engaging and hard to put down romance stories. This is a collection you don’t want to miss. Connectable characters that have great growth and chemistry throughout. Easy to read engaging stories that will pull you into the end. I really enjoyed this book and I highly recommend it.
Healing Hearts is a novella in the Echo series and I was so happy to read Gene and Amanda’s story. Getting all the feels I love about this series…this particular story was intriguing, some drama, a little mystery, sweet moments, healing and romance with the right amount of spice…but I love the chemistry between Gene and Amanda.
Gene Rowland comes back home to Gainesville, Georgia after being away in Costa Rica as a physician helping others. As Gene seeks what his next step is in medicine, his life turns when Amanda Garner is in need of immediate help after an accident. Gene is very caring and only wants what is best for Amanda and help her with injuries….but there is some mystery behind this accident that Amanda sustained. As Gene and Amanda get to know each other, even though they did go to high school together long ago….their connection is undeniable…will it turn to be a love of a lifetime…
This is a great story and I highly recommend reading the entire series…you will not be disappointed.

I read this book not realizing it was the second in a series. While it was still good as a stand alone, I will definitely be going back to read the first one just to get Holly’s story and see things from the elf’s side. Sophie discovers Isaiah unconscious one day while she is out for a hike. It is quickly determined that he has lost all memories of who he is or where he came from. The two set off to try and recover his memories but as time goes on they come up with nothing. Eventually Holly is the one who figures it out and helps him regain his memories, but will he stick around in Emerald Hollow once he knows the truth? There were so many connections throughout this book that really kept me reading. I also loved the banter between the characters. This was a no spice, sweet romance/mystery that will have you really believing in magic. There was even a sweet surprise toward the end, and a little bit of a cliffhanger in the epilogue pointing to a hope of a third book. I hope to see more books in this series.
Come Home to Death by Marilyn Levinson is a thrilling mystery novel that kept me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. The character of Erica is relatable and well-developed, making it easy for me to empathize with her plight. The story is fast-paced and full of unexpected twists and turns that will leave keep you guessing until the very end.
Levinson’s writing style is engaging and kept me hook. The tension and suspense build steadily throughout the book, culminating in a shocking and satisfying conclusion.

Breaking Apart is the second book in the A Finnerty and Liccione Mystery series. It reads fine as a standalone, but does contain spoilers for the events of the previous book. I don’t often read medical thrillers but was interested in trying something new and there was enough in common between this and standard murder mysteries that it felt familiar!
The story is really intriguing. It’s clear early on that there’s a lot going on, with some big secrets and mysteries to untangle. There’s a large cast of characters, and the narrative switches frequently between the points of view of many of them. To begin with I found this somewhat confusing but as I got used to the style and recognised different characters it was easier to follow.
I found the medical side of the book very interesting. The story explores issues such as PTSD and addiction with sensitivity and understanding. There is a particular attention to health issues faced by veterans, as well as the challenges faced by medical professionals in various fields.
This book gets four stars from me. I’d recommend it to fans of medical thrillers, as well as mystery fans looking for something a bit different.

This is a cute little story and I really liked it. Stega has to overcome some issues with other children who don’t understand who she is and what she can do. I was glad to see that her real friends did understand and in fact loved her ability to poop rainbows. I think this is a great story for any child who feels that their special talent is not very important or special. I think it will help them to realize that their talents are equally amazing and their friends will greatly appreciate it and continue to be their friend.
Loris Opens Up His Heart starts out sad, but it has a happy ending! The pictures were beautiful. I love the message the story had. My 10 year old enjoyed this book. If you havent read a Lois Wickstrom book to your kids, I recommend this one.

This is the 4th installment in the Life is Hell series by Naomi Valkyrie. This is the story of Larkspur and Jaru and a few surprising characters. I really enjoyed this installment. Jaru is like a character I’ve never seen before and while I found him a bit irritating in the previous book, this book gave us a much more in-depth look at his character and explained a lot of why he is the way he is. I thoroughly enjoyed Lark and Jaru’s story and the continuation of all of the characters in Juniper Lake. I love how Valkyrie keeps characters from previous stories in the current story and continues to give the readers updates and tidbits about their lives. I also love how good Valkyrie is at teasing the next book’s characters. The plot line of this series just keeps getting better and better and I can’t wait to see what the 5th installment brings. While these books do focus on different characters, you need to read them in order to get a full understanding and grasp on the plot of the series and the characters’ nuances and dynamics. Sure as Hell is a MM paranormal romance that will have you turning the pages long after you are supposed to be sleeping. Reviewed by @meggs1717
