Cry Baby (Pierce Brothers Book 4) by Belinda Williams – Review by Monique Espitia

Cry Baby: A Grump Sunshine Slow Burn Romantic Comedy (Pierce Brothers Book 4)Cry Baby: A Grump Sunshine Slow Burn Romantic Comedy by Belinda Williams
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

This was my first book by the author and I didn’t read any of the previous Pierce Brothers Books. I am definitely going back to catch up on Books 1-3!

The story of Noah and Amy is exactly what you would expect from a angsty, grump/sunshine, rom com. Yet, the way the author weaves her storytelling web, you find yourself instantly hooked and enjoying every single slow burn that comes your way. In fact, you find yourself begging for more! I loved delving into the lives of the two and I was rooting for them from the very start, because seriously, how could you not! This book was like a sweet delectable dessert that you want to devour yet savor at the same time. Do yourself a favor, and take a bite!

Absolution by Anise Storm & Taylor L. Ray – Review by Monique Espitia

My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Dominic tragically loses the love of his life and then gets framed for her disappearance. Although he is eventually cleared of charges, he becomes obsessed in finding what truly happened to Juliana and who is responsible for her death. Then he meets a girl named Whitney, who is the spitting image of Juliana. When Whitney tells him she was sent by the ghost of Juliana, Dominic doesn’t believe her.

I won’t mention and spoilers but Dominic, Whitney and Juliana are entangled in this crazy, suspenseful, mysterious threesome as they all try to figure out the truth behind all the lies and deception. It’s a hot, romantic, mysterious, sometimes triggering story to get lost in.

Three Made In Heaven (Made In Heaven #1) by Elena Kincaid – Review by Monique Espitia

Three Made in Heaven (Made in Heaven, #1)Three Made in Heaven by Elena Kincaid
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The moment I read the book synopsis, I was drawn to the story. This is the first book I read from the author and I really enjoyed it. The storyline that follows Maddie, Cole and Charlie, is remarkable. Following their stories as they try to figure out what is real and what is a dream, you can’t help but feel their bond and connection with every page you read. This was a unique storyline to me and I loved it!
