Mental health even today is so taboo, which honestly is so sad the fact that this author not only made it a huge part of this book but showed how you can heal from it is amazing. Addy and Wes were teen lovers that were torn apart in a crazy life altering moment and find each other years later by nothing but faith. They show you have to keep going through your lows to reach your highs. 100% recommend.

This book is less of a romance and more of a coming into yourself book. There is a romance aspect of it but most of its about the battle of your inner self. Anton and Elsa are both in love with each other but each have their vices, one acting and after a sad turn of events the other turns to drugs. Will they be able to save themselves before they ruin their love for each other? Great writing like always has an awesome storyline.

This book does deserve some trigger warnings so if your sensitive be prepared. However, this book shows how you can overcome trauma and how love can save you. This book definitely plays the heart strings in some of the worse and best ways. I was definitely crying in some parts and enjoying others if you know what I mean. All together an amazing book, I highly recommend.

I’ll be honest this book started out slow and I wasn’t sure I would enjoy it. Then the chemistry pulled me in and I couldn’t escape once Bridger and Tia met the sparks flew. It’s truly a book about trusting your heart and not listening to others. All it takes is a meeting to change everything and CJ showcases this perfectly. Loved this and can’t wait for the next book.
