Relentless is the fourth book in the Billionaire Bodyguards series by Via Mari. It is another engrossing romantic suspense from Via Mari. The story is full of danger, drama, action, mystery, suspense, a sex trafficking ring, secrets, intrigue, chemistry, and a whole lot of sizzle.
As with the rest of the series, this book could be read as a standalone, as each book in the series focuses on a different couple. But, having said that, I really recommend reading the previous three books before starting on this one, because not only are they great stories in their own right/s- but there are also recurring characters who you will want to know more about and a bridging storyline with interconnected details, and crossovers of timelines, settings, and events- so knowing what happens in each book will definitely enhance your appreciation of this story, and the series as a whole.
I have followed Via Mari from her first book in the Prestian series all the way through all her book, so I know I can always count on her to deliver a superb romantic suspense with palpable tension, sizzling chemistry, dramatic developments, and surprising twists. But it’s not all action and suspense- there is banter, comradery, friendships, lighter moments, and plenty of depth and emotion, which really makes her work so captivating.
So, buckle up and get set to follow Dereck and Layla, as all the excitement and drama unfolds!

Suspense, dominance, chemistry with a sassy dancer are the words that come to mind when I think about Relentless by Via Mari. Dereck and Layla’s story continued in a world that we were introduced to in Auctioned, highly recommend you read that book first (well, every book by Via). Will Dereck be able to protect Layla from the underworld? And I bet you wouldn’t see that twist coming either.

I’m not surprised about how this book consumed my afternoon/night of reading because every book by this author has me blocking out the world, wanting to read her words. I’m so ready for the Billionaire Bodyguards series to continue with Elusive.

Dereck is a member of an elite security team.  Layla’s secrets and true identity become exposed, both of them realize they bit off more than they can handle. Relentless is the second book in this series. While it can be read as a stand-alone,  I recommend starting from the beginning.

Just not sure what more I can write in a review that explains how much I love reading this author’s books. I feel like a broken record because I’ve said it all before in reviews for her other books.

I loved loved loved this one. Dereck had his hands full with Layla who was determined to save her sister, and let nobody stand in her way. I love a dominant leading man and a sassy hard to handle tough as nails leading lady. This makes for some of my favorite reading. This addition sits up in my favorites of all these series. Although I’ve loved them all, I have some favorites. I can’t imagine going into any of these books without having read all of the series leading up to this one. The suspense, heat, mystery, danger, and edge of your seat reading is what makes this author a forever one click for me.

Relentless: Dark Billionaire Mafia Romance by Via Mari is the fourth book in the Billionaire Bodyguard series. This is an amazing book – and series – from an author who has easily become one of my must reads. This is yet another book that I was hooked on from the start. It is and exciting story that is fast paced and intense. I loved Layla and Dereck and the fight they had to make things work. Their connection felt so real.
I would recommend reading this series in order so you can experience it as it was intended, and each book is definitely worth it. This is an absolutely fantastic addition to the series and I am already looking forward to whatever comes next.

This is the fourth book in the Billionaire Bodyguards series. This is a Romantic Suspense novel and is 193 pages. This story follows Dereck, a security officer, and Layla, an exotic dancer. Dereck protects two of the wealthiest men in the world and is going on assignment with one of them. He ends up in the middle of a traffic ring where he meets Layla. But Layla has secrets that she is bound and determined to keep at all costs. She gets exposed and Dereck will stop at nothing to keep her safe.

This was a phenomenal read! I adore this author and think I’ve given 5 stars to all of her books but this one was just amazing. I was hooked from beginning to end and I actually cannot wait to re-read it again and that is something I rarely do! I just loved Dereck and Layla, their story was just so exciting to read so many twists and turns I literally couldn’t put it down, I needed to find out what was going to happen next on the turn of almost every page. They had such a great chemistry too, that definitely made for good reading! I can’t wait to read more from this author again! I love her book so much!

Relentless is the fourth book in the Billionaire Bodyguards Series by Via Mari . I loved this book and its probably a close ties for my favorite yet. I’ve read several books by this author and she’s a one click for me every time. This is a fast paced story that once you start you won’t want to stop till you’ve finished. This is Dereck and Layla’s story, He’s a security officer and she’s a exotic dancer. While on assignment with one of the men he was hired to protect they find themselves in a trafficking ring. This is where he meets Layla, she’s got secrets of her own she’s very dang determined to keep but what will happen when they are exposed? Can Dereck keep her safe? Find out what happens next in this absolute must read. I would highly recommend reading this whole series if you haven’t already. I can’t wait to read more from this Author .

This is the fourth book – Relentless: Dark Billionaire Mafia Romance in the Billionaire Bodyguards series by one of my fav authors Via Mari. This is a contemporary romance with an edge that is intense and full of suspense and mystery. Via’s stories are always unpredictable and very well written with fantastic characters. She always keeps you on the edge and reveals things that you never see coming. There is sizzling chemistry that is hot sexy with a touch of dominance and submission from these elite security team of alpha men. Add in lots of danger, attitude and sass, a sex trafficking ring and you will be riveted, and engrossed and will keep the pages turning to see what happens.

Layla will do whatever it takes to get her sister back with her and make sure she is safe. Dereck tries to keep the spitfire out of trouble but even this could be too much for him.

I loved this book. This is an author that I have loved and read every book by her and they just keep getting better and better. This one is no different. It is the fourth book in this series which I highly suggest reading the previous books before this one to help your enjoyment of this series. This is a well written story that pulled me in right from the beginning. This is a fast paced story that is engaging and kept me turning pages to the end. In this book we get to see Dereck’s story. He is assigned a task of one of the men he is bodyguard for. What he gets himself into is trafficking which is where he meets Layla. Now he is faced with losing his heart to her and they both find themselves in a situation that could be deadly. I loved these characters and what they bring to the story. Their growth in the story makes it feel realistic. They made the story entertaining to read and I highly recommend it.
