C.J. and his sister Lora decide that they want a puppy. When they asked their parents they were told that having a dog carried a lot of responsibility. They asked them to research what it means to be a dog owner and then come back and they would discuss it.

I liked this book because I have seen so many people buy their children a pet and then when the newness wears off the dog is left in the yard and ignored. This book will teach children what it takes and then they will know going into it what they need to do.

I have grandchildren and I think they would enjoy this book.

Normally I would not books like this because I am not into the paranormal or monsters and such, but I chose to read this one for a challenge I was doing. After finishing this book I started thinking that shutting out some topics and only reading certain genres that maybe I was missing some really good books.

I enjoyed the characters, especially Watercress, and the story line of the book. I have not read any books by this author in the past but after reading this one, I will be checking out more of their stories.

Check out this book I think you will enjoy it as much as I did.

I love Alicia Street’s books and I have to admit this one was really good.

Jinx used to have a crush on Logan, Her brother Victor’s best friend. Victor warned Logan that his sister was off limits like most boys tell their friends. Don’t mess with my little sister or else type thing. But Logan was always around and the family treated him like family.

One day Victor and Logan had a big fall out that neither will talk about and Logan just disappeared. Had nothing to do with Victor or his family. Now he is back in town and Jinx is determined to fix the situation because she likes Logan and always has.

Loved this story and think you will too.
I am always looking for books that my grandchildren may like and I think this is one of them. It was well written and it shows that sometimes accidents may happen but they can and sometimes do work out.

I would like to get them to love reading as much as I do.

Lorie and her sister, Weina are excited about Lunar New Year and the money that they can get in those envelopes. The more envelopes they collect could result in getting the gift they would like to buy.

Check out the story and get if for your children or even the grandchildren.
