My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Fighting to Win: A Paranormal Shifter Romance (Rocky River Fighters) by Grace Brennan is the long awaited fourth book in the series and is just as good as the others if not better. Ian has always been the one to hold the group together but I have been waiting for his story and it did not disappoint. I loved this story, it was engaging and suspenseful and the darker side of the sub story always kept you on your toes. I certainly hope Grace gives us more of these shifters and their stories. A paranormal romance story is good when done right and Grace does it right.

I enjoy Grace’s writing skills with characters that are relatable and lovable and twists and turns that I didn’t see coming. Fighting for Keeps (Rocky River Fighters #2) by Grace Brennan – Review by Bobbi Wagner

Fighting for Keeps (Rocky River Fighters #2)Fighting for Keeps by Grace Brennan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Fighting For Keeps: A Paranormal Shifter Romance (Rocky River Fighters Book 2) by Grace Brennan is the second book in her Rocky River Fighters series. I fully enjoyed the first book and I loved the second. It has easily become my favorite book of this authors. This author’s writing style is easy flowing and pulls me in from the beginning of the book until the very end. I read this book in one night and still looked for more after I finished it. Her characters are both connectable and lovable. They took me on an emotional roller coaster ride that had me laughing one minute and a couple of tears the next. In this installment you have Seth’s story. Seth has a past and secrets to hide. Ameila’s uncle has just passed away and has left his farm to her. She has come back to take care of some repairs so she can sell it and go back to England. Her uncle ran the fights in his barn and she has decided to continue the fights until she sells. This is where she meets Seth. She has had no time for romance nor a good experience with it so she wasn’t expecting to find that she is attracted to him. But the problem is that she has some secrets of her own. They both need to deal with their secrets but what will happen when they do? Will she run if she finds out what he really is? Is it possible that fate has a future in mind for them? I loved both of these characters. Seth has some issues that he needs to deal with. He doesn’t feel that he is good enough for Ameila so learning to believe in himself is a big thing. He is fighting his leopard about his feelings for her. Ameila starts out with an investigation but she finds so much more. She is a strong, independent woman who has a little soft side that makes her a little clumsy at times around Seth. I love the chemistry and attraction between these two. They are just made for each other. The secondary characters are just as great and I loved seeing them from the previous book. I hope we get to see others from this group. I highly recommend this book. You have to see what happens between Seth and Ameila and what fate has in store for them.

Fighting for Keeps (Rocky River Fighters #2)Fighting for Keeps by Grace Brennan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Fighting for Keeps is the second book in the Rocky River Fighters series by Grace Brennan and is a paranormal Shifter Romance. This book carries on from the first book and I love the characters and the world Grace has created which just captives you.

This book is about Seth and I enjoyed his character, he is the clown even when he feels worthless. He just breaks my heart and you can’t help but love him. Will he be able to forgive?

Amelia was a fun read, she is so awkward and clumsy she has me in fits of laughter. Can opposites attract? Will Amelia reveal her true intent?

Grace Brennan is an author you don’t want to miss. I am waiting for the next book in the series.

Heart of a Fighter (Rocky River Fighters #1)Heart of a Fighter by Grace Brennan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Heart of a Fighter is the first book in the Rocky River Fighters series by Grace Brennan is a good paranormal shifter romance story. Love me some shifters and Grace has not let me down. This is a great start to this new series where the men are tough but our Heroine is just as tough and can hold her own. Grace had me from the beginning and I fell in love with the characters and the story line.

Who is Alex and how did he end up where he did? Is he human or something more? He may not remember but he knows exactly where he is meant to be and who he is meant to be with? Can he be trusted with the only thing that matters?

I definitely look forward to reading more in this series.
