Soooo… let’s all point fingers at Amy. Because I was 100% sneaking off to read this book in full. I loveeee a good mafia romance and this hit it out of the park!! Between Max & Liliana everything was spot on. The characters themselves are intense and so easy to love. Falling in love with this book is so dangerously easy. Happy reading friends – you won’t be disappointed!

Anyone who knows me knows I’m a total sucker for a dark romance. This one absolutely did not disappoint. This book is definitely dark, and for more mature readers. From beginning to end, there’s absolutely no way you could guess what’s coming. I binge read this book in under 10 hours and at no point was I ever bored. Kai and Celina are amazing characters and it was crazy how quickly I became obsessed with both of them. The character development alone was enough to have me in love with the book, and then the romance? Was steamy, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Not even going to lie here. There is a good chance I will be re-reading this shortly. Thank you so much to M.A. for writing this book – I can’t wait to read more!

The Men Of Syn Series might just be one of my all time favorite series. The second book Caine – is definitely a 5 star, if not higher. This book not only has the dark romance aspect I LIVE for. Caine and Emerys chemistry and relationship overall was AMAZING. I can’t wait to read the next books. The Men of Syn and then Syn club – constantly stay at the forefront of my mind. This book I do feel had a more thrilling aspect then the first book did – but nonetheless it added a fantastic element to the story.

I loved the first book – and then I read this one and I think I may love it more!😭 From the beginning I was sucked in, even with the little bit of foreshadowing in the first book. I was so intrigued! The dark vampire aspect, forbidden love, revenge plot, steam, action. This book checks all of these boxes for me. And Christian & Delilahs chemistry is undeniable. This author knows how to write and she does it so well! Thank you Sylvia Black!!

I stayed up – until 3am to finish this book and there are ZERO regrets. We follow Tru and Athena who just so happen meet in a pub that Athena owned. Of course, with a name like Athena she was totally a goddess – and she looked like one as well. The book goes through the hardships of Tru and Athenas lives pre and post meeting. And let me tell you. It is AMAZING. This is the perfect romance book. Their chemistry is amazing – and let me not forget to mention that Athena and I are way to similar for comfort. I would actually bake the author a whole cake for a “sister” story on Gwyn & Indigo because I KNOW those stories would be amazing too. If you want an all around feel good romance, this is for you!

I had to read this book twice, TWICE. To wrap my head around it all – and it literally only got better the second time around. Charlotte Maxwell plans a club opening for a BDSM Club called Syn, but of course the owner of the club Hawke had taken personal interest in her. We follow the two watching them work and grow together. On top of the totally steamy scenes we also get a fantastic dynamic between the two of them, and their own personal character stories. While Syn is opening, there is a serial killer also in Denver. But, the killer might be closer to Charlotte than she expects. This book had me hooked from the jump. I would highly recommend to anyone! & I cannot wait for more books!

This book is a new favorite. First off – we have multiple tropes that I’m a sucker for like Brothers best friend, friends to lovers, nursing. Watching Charlie and Tank go from childhood best friends to falling head over heels in love with each other was great to watch. Watching who and what Charlie became throughout the 8 years that her and Tank were separated was truly a “if it’s meant to be it’ll be” moment. If you like forbidden love, and a LOT of good smut scenes this book is definitely the book for you! And can we talk about what a plot twist the author just threw in there towards the end! Had me sweating it a bit.

This book is a mix of it all. First off – the only thing I can think to compare this book too is an inside look of the Volturi from twilight in the best ways. We follow Luce as she goes undercover into the Vampire Overmasters Casino/Club. Although, her mission to figure out where kidnapped girls all around the city, becomes complicated when Salvatore Overmaster sets his sights on Luce. The tension between them, and the very short timeline they have to save the women. A situation causing Luce to be turned a vampire herself, having to learn about her powers on the go. The sexual tension in this book was SO GOOD & the author build up was amazing – and totally rewarding in the end😏

WHEWWWWW. First off – let me acknowledge if you are planning on reading this book – there are numerous situations that could end up as a trigger for some peoples. With that in mind – the book is still phenomenal. This second book to Avenging Devil is amazing. To start off – we get a third prospective thrown into the mix instead of just 2! And I loved it. Saffie’s character evolution throughout this second book is so much fun to watch her grow and change into the person she wants to be! Watching Niran go through, a terrible situation (which I’ll try not to spoil for you) and then still protect Saffie while doing it. Such a heartbreaking situation to watch unfold. Now – the third perspective we get is Grumblers and his is just the icing on the cake! We get to watch the old and cranky old man soften up for Niran, Saffie, and his old lady Mary. I cannot give this book enough props. And don’t think you’re getting too comfortable- because the MAJOR plot twist that’s thrown into the book had me putting my book down and walking away! I was SHOOK!! & At the end (if you’ve been keeping up with the series like I have!) Niran FINALLY gets a road name! And it suits him so much.

This book was stunning. Without knowing it was the fifth in the series – I jumped right in to this fantasy (with the information I have now, I’ll be starting from the top!) but still this book was nonetheless stunning. From the dual perspective plot line to the Angel “banned” to earth. Both Jezebel and Hadassah were so strong and easily relate-able. I’ll be back with a more in depth review when I can connect all of the dots. I loved the writing style as well!

If you see me running away to Nashville to fall in love don’t question why! This book was the ideal romance. From the beginning that brings Clay and Katie together in a simple and flawless way, to the very end where EVERYTHING works out. There were a couple of times the author had me ready to throw my phone against the wall thinking that everything was going to go wrong. Of course with the hanging suspense it made the book all the better. The romance, the sexual tension, the southern boy, the family connections made this book phenomenal. Watching Katie and Clay come together and get their happy ending was honestly so fun!! I cannot wait for sequel. I would love to follow Heart or Katie and Clay in the future.

I cannot even begin to give this author the credit she deserves and I will be binge reading EVERY book in this series. Wraith and Sophie came to meet under insane and left field circumstances. Bringing the quiet English girl to a Motorcycle Club filled with grungy, loud, attractive men. After Sophie’s accident, leading her to ending up at the clubs compound, Sophie was afraid she’d never be wanted or loved. She learns swiftly that is not the case as the all men almost immediately fawn over her. With the plot line that stays intriguing, interesting, and prominent. Mixed with the romance element, with a couple risqué scenes (to which I’ll admit I was ASTONISHED by). I cannot even fathom how this book would be any better than it is. This will be going into one of my favorite books of all time. I can’t tell you enough if you want a book that is constantly moving, intriguing, romantic, falling in love, and having some bomb ass sex – please read this book! And let’s not forget what’s revealed at the ending?! Are you kidding me, could it have been any better!!?

This book was everything I didn’t know I needed and then some. After Poppy and various other women get it abducted and sent into “space” the agreement that was supposed to secure the future of Zensah’s pack unravels when they discover the humans were taken against their will. Poppy and Zensah end up on a planet that isn’t earth. But, luckily it was Zensah’s home planet. Ending up days away from Zensah’s pack, and home. Poppy and Zensah’s mission to return to the pack and home then ensues. With every book element I’ve ever needed / wanted without knowing that I needed. Aliens, abduction, romance, a strong female lead, steamy scenes. The plot was stunning, the romance was stunning, and you never got lost in the mix of both of them. I loved every second of this book – and the ending was TOP LEVEL. I can’t recommend this book enough.

This is it. This book is EVERYTHING- fight with someone else. This book covers literally everything I didn’t know I loved. The romance was there – it wasn’t too much or not enough it was perfect. The smut was also present, also in a perfect way. This writer has a full handle on how to write superb books & I am THIRSTY for the next books. I honestly think this might be an all time favorite in my romance category! – disclaimer: please research trigger warnings following this book : there are a couple of different scenes that would be rather unsettling (not super overwhelming personally but could see other women from some themes being uncomfortable. Patience and Duke go from a drunken hook up and total “I love you” confession after graduating high school – to Patience waking up by herself with no sign of Duke. As the day went on, Patience had discovered Duke had enlisted to the Marines and wasn’t coming back, she was forced to move on. After quite a few long years (a marriage, a child, Patience finding her live goals)- Duke moved back into their small town for good. Could the stars have aligned themselves any better just in time for Patience to get a hold on her very unhappy life. We watch and anticipate Patience divorcing her awful “husband” Greg, while literally BEGGING her to fall for Duke all over again. Upon discovering that they of course are ultimately still head over heels in love with each other; they both have to expose their baggage. Can they forgive the past and move on? Can Duke handle the secret that Patience had kept from him for all these years? Can Patience handle the twists and terms to come as we learn the real reason why Duke ended up coming home from his Marine career? Oh – did you think that was it? NOPE. Brooke May throws the worst cliffhanger of all cliffhangers I’ve ever read – I need the rest of the books ASAP. – disclaimer 2: this is a book you will not be able to put down – I not only finished it in one sitting. But I also stayed up until 3am because I absolutely could not put it down.

This book was outstanding! I can’t tell you how much of a sucker I am for books with food plot lines, and this one set my standards so high! With the immediate luring of your curiosity – mixed with recipes that I will 100% be trying when I actually run to the store! I couldn’t have asked for anything better! The way that Cat is relatable, fun, family oriented – she might be one of my favorite characters of all time! I loved watching Cat and her mother’s relationship – including the interactions with her extended family. Then on top of all of that, add a little magic and confusion! I couldn’t ask for anything more, this is a five star book – and definitely a must read!
