I so loved this series. So many answers revealed in this 4th book. All the main characters have obstacles in their way to overcome. The guys have their mothers to contend with and our strong tenacious lead character has her own task to fulfill. Quite a few surprises as well thrown in to have us cheering as well. The author has brought us full circle with a slight hint there could be a book 5. One can only hope. This series will keep you reading and enjoying every page. I don’t recommend starting in the middle of the series as you really do need all the backstory to really really enjoy these books. To the author, bravo on a wonderful book series.

The only place to get this nebulous substance is from a sacred goddess — read grumpy old crone — who lives atop the highest mountain in…Yeah, you guessed it.
Tartarus.
That’s the tar pit place where only the tainted — read criminals — go.
Unfortunately, I’ve got to go there, too.
But I won’t be alone…
My gentleman, Raef, has arrived — although, I really wish he’d left his delicate mortal soul safely at home.
My good friend, Gorgonita, is coming because you never know when you’ll need someone turned to stone.
Hopefully, the right someone!
And my “prettiest kittiest” chameleon moth, PK, will not be left behind.
You’d think I had enough to worry about with these three tagging along, but…
My Underworld god, Grey, is stuck in the Overworld until he settles his contract with Dorian — read idiot.
And my lusty love god, Aroz, went to meet his mother and hasn’t been seen since.
I’m seriously going to need a facial when this adventure is over.
Unless I sneak a quick peek into that box of beauty…
Or maybe not.

I’ve definitely been enjoying the world this series has created. Vanessa and her men sure are entertaining and the spicy scenes between them are hot enough you might need some ice. In this riveting read, we get to know more about Aroz and the connection that we’ve watched grow over the last couple of books.
Vanessa gets sent up to the Overworld on a mission from the Queen of the Underworld and ends up finding herself trapped in the Upperworld with the god of Lust. While trying to find a way to escape and complete her mission she ends up catching wind of a prophecy she might be at the center of.

We pick back up with Vanessa and Grey in the Underworld in this book; but luckily for all of the readers we get some bits of the other brothers as well. 🥰
Elysium is supposed to be the best part of the Underworld but when Vanessa gets there – it’s quiet, colorless and feels like it’s missing something. And!! The judges of the Underworld found enough favor in her to land her right in Grey’s living space which is enough of a shock for him to tuck tail and run. Join Vanessa as she connects with new characters and discovers more of the mystery that makes Vanessa the god magnet she is.
This book was devoured in a day and I’m not even mad about it because it was such a fun read.

I’ve been a major fan of novels with Greek mythology themes and this book did not disappoint!! I was a little thrown off with the name changes for a bit at first, but I caught on eventually and the storyline is excellent; not to mention, the verbiage of the steamy scenes had me grinning like a fool.
Vanessa Maan is a young woman that loves her family and loves to leave the world around her a little more beautiful than it was before she got there. Her little brother Piper is fighting cancer and all she wants is for him to beat cancer and have a chance of life. How fortuitous it must be when the Don of the Underworld moves in across the street. But is it really?
Meanwhile, Reaf – who is a half brother of Mr. Grey (Don of the Underworld) finds himself drawn to Vanessa and the vibrance of person that she is. Rivalry is never pleasant when it is amongst the gods and Vanessa’s life is torn asunder with the new changes happening around her.
