The Debt Collector: An Underground Bad Boys Romance by India Kells is suspenseful, M/M/F erotic romance. Dr. Tessa Freeman has a knack for taking care of others while working in the E.R. She is always ready to help regardless of how much danger her patient is in. She has been able to help girls that have found themselves in a dangerous situation and has been able to keep them safe. While working in the E.R., Tessa meets Locke who comes in to tend to his injuries. This mysterious, beautiful man captures her attention in every which way. After a very long shift at work, Tessa is kidnapped by a dangerous slave ring. Unbeknownst to Tessa, Locke would save her from danger but she must give up her freedom in order to stay alive. Will Tessa be able to agree to the terms Locke presents to her in exchange for her freedom in 6 months? This storyline captivates your attention from the moment you start reading. There are intense, hot scenes that included M/M and M/M/F. If you are sensitive to ménage a trois and male/male relations, this book is not for you. The suspense of the possible danger that Tessa is in and hot scenes, will leave you on the edge of your seat and also fanning yourself. I recommend this book and look forward to reading more books by India Kells.

The Debt Collector by India Kells was an intriguing book right from the start. I wasn’t sure how it was going to play out or even if it was going to be something I liked. From the beginning I was pretty hooked and I was able to finish rather quickly. There are a few things I was rather new to reading in this book. I haven’t read a lot of the ménage stuff and I tend to stay away from books with sex trafficking/ slave rings just because it tends to make me so mad I can’t concentrate on much else. However this book has that stuff but it’s done well enough that it added to the story. Overall the writing was great and I was into it the whole time. This is my first book by this author but won’t be my last. 5 star rating!

The Debt Collector (An Underground Bad Boys Romance Book 1) by India Kells was a steamy romance novel. Tessa is just a normal ER doc who occasionally has the chance to save girls escaping from a sex ring. Her latest rescue leads to her kidnapping and ultimately leading to her rescue from a hottie she recently treated for possible stab wounds. He now has taken over her debt but in order to return to her life safely she has to make a deal with him and his friend.

This was a fast paced steamy Romance that was very entertaining. I felt that there were good antagonist and protagonist with this storyline. I felt that it had an excellent climax and that the author did an amazing job with detail. It was easy to picture each scene. I really enjoyed this read.

WOW!!! Let me start by saying HOT SIZZLING HOT!!!! I devoured this book in one sitting. It wasn’t what I was expecting it to be… but it was sooo much better! The attraction between not only Locke and Tessa but also him and Gage is palpable. Mrs. Kells has a way of drawing you in and making you feel exactly what Tessa feels. I was on the edge of my seat reading as fast as I could. I felt her fear and frustration. I felt her desire and confusion. I felt her heart. If you like erotic romances, this book is for you. If you like mystery and suspense, this book is for you. If you are wanting to try to read something that has male on male scenes, and are unsure of it, read this one. You won’t regret it. The writing was great and the character description was flawless. I am thrilled that I found this book, and I look forward to reading more in the series!

This story is a love story between two people who face a lot of challenges before realising they were meant for each other.

Tessa is a doctor in a&e, her life is hectic and busy. Her life is her work, she never has time for anything else. All that changed when a young girl arrives at the hospital beaten and scared. Tessa helps her escape without realising she had made herself a target.

Then she’s kidnapped and her knight in shining armour is all she’s dreamed about a more. But Locke isnt a man to fall in love. Locke has a past and this past has made him a hard man who only sees women as something of pleasure nothing more.
Can Tessa get under his skin enough to change all that?

I enjoyed this book, the story is captivating and the writing is so good you can actually feel every emotion of the characters.

The Debt Collector by India Kells is a steamy fast paced read. I would give this book a 4 out of 5 stars. This steamy read takes flight after Tessa makes a decision that changes her life. She is dedicated doctor and a one off meeting with a girl in the slave trade who she wants to save changes her life forever. She is kidnapped and leased to The Debt Collector. Locke is known as the Debt Collector and he has taken her debt. There are plenty of scenes to make you blush but you will keep reading to see how this story ends.

Holy cow I need a cold shower after that read!! This book definitely made the temperature rise, but there was also so much more to this story. The characters in this book had deeper layers to them which are the reasons they do what they do. The chemistry between Locke and the doctor was off the charts and then add in Gage and it turns everything up a notch. There is suspense, action, and nail biting moments in this story that you don’t want to miss. This is an incredible read that was written expertly. I highly recommend this book.

I really loved this novel it was so passionate and had incredibly hot scenes made me alittle hot under the collar! I would say if your not into steamy reads this may not be for you but you would be missing out on an incredible read which takes you on a fantastic journey and leaves you wanting more, which doesn’t shock me the author has away of writing that draws you in and getting lost amongst there world!! Well this was a delightfully delicious read!! I have read books by this author previously so I knew I would probably be in for a good read and as predicted I was completely right! Whilst I’m not usually a fan of MFM stories even I can’t deny the passion and chemistry between the characters! Tess was a fantastic female lead – I really enjoyed reading about her. I fell in love with Gage straight away there was just something about him that made him relatable – the only character I did have a little difficulty connecting to was Locke, he was a very closed off and in some ways complex character however I enjoyed trying to unravel him and understand him more.
The authors writing in this book captured my interest right away and I couldn’t put it down until I had finished. It was a multidimensional read that had me fully engaged. I 100% recommend it and I am certainly looking forward to more from Ms Kells in the future.

The Debt Collector by India Kells a five-star read that will set your pages alight. This is number one in an Underground Bad Boys series and it kicks off with an explosion of heat that I am sure will just go up in temperature if that is possible. Sometimes the content of this story can be a little deep and hard to cope with, but the author does such a great job it makes it an easier read and more palatable when you read it. Tessa was someone that you want in your life, she is a good person, but there is so much more to her than just being good. On the flip side just because you’re a bad boy doesn’t mean you are always bad, as we find with Gabe and Locke. I adore this author, but this is by far my favourite of all their work.

This book was a great one! With romance, suspense, erotica and some very hot sexy times I couldn’t put this one down! This author has a creative writing style and I enjoyed this book til the very end. The main characters are like-able and they made this story amazing, I just wanted to read more and more about them. This is a must read!
I am looking forward to reading more books by this author and I would recommend this to a friend.

The Debt Collector by India Kells is a hot steaming romance, suspense, and erotica story. India Kells does an amazing job of descriptive writing. Her words can form the pictures in your imagination. The story is about Dr. Freeman who helps with an underground slave ring. She gets captured by the slave master and it was not looking good. She gets rescued by a debt collector and she needs to pay him with her body. That is where the story steams up. How much will she have to “pay” to the debt collector? Will she be able to find out what really is going on?

So not sure where to start with this review, going to try really hard to express my feelings in an understandable way. Let me begin with I chose this book because of the author, an author I absolutely love and I have read the majority of her books and do plan on reading them all as I can.

This one was a quick read for me because I had to skim parts because they involved scenes I just can not read..a genre I do not read except when written by a handful of my favorite authors and India Kells is on that list. Thankfully skipping these scenes did not take away from the awesome storyline, the kind of storyline I have come to expect when reading anything from this author. The character development was complete and I connected quick with each of them and I truly believe this storyline would have been just as satisfying without the addition of the parts I skipped. That’s just my personal take on it and I’m sure many would love all of it and that’s totally awesome.

The scenes I did read were off the charts hot and on fire and I love the way this whole story played out and Locke stole my heart very early on and no matter what he tried to portray I was on to him quite early 🙂 I would truly love to learn more about Gage and hope that somewhere in books to come we get his story. I will read more of this series because of who is writing them and I highly recommend this book no matter what genre you read or don’t read.

THE DEBT COLLECTOR is not about a call center collecting overdue bills. Oh my gosh this one handed read was hot hot hot.

It has a bit of action and suspense and a whole lot of open door MMF, MFM, MM scenes. There is also a moral to the story…”One should always have adhesive yellow duckies in the shower to prevent slippage.”

There is also a story line that has substance and weight along with all the schmexy times. It is a very quick read and I look forward more of these characters in future books in this series.

This author has yet again produced a book that is amazing. The characters had off the charts chemistry – to the point where it felt like they were just popping off the pages.
I loved the storyline as well. I was hooked even before o got past the first couple of pages. I haven’t long read these kind of books but I can definitely say this is one of the best that I have read. I would highly recommend everyone give this a try!

I’ve been reading a-lot of new authors lately, and India Kells is no different, she has written a book that is totally captivating and i enjoyed the entire read! It was filled with suspense, romance and even erotica, which at times is not easy to write but India Kells done it well. Along with the incredible storyline she has written, she gives you twists and turns throughout that keep you hooked and on the edge of your seat till the very end!

What made this book even better was the in depth characters who’s journey we followed throughout who you couldn’t help but love in their each own way!
I can’t wait to read more from this author to see what more she can give us. I highly recommend this read, it’s one that shouldn’t be missed!

Its the story of Dr. Tessa Freeman who is dedicated to her patients in every way. She becomes involved with several girls who are trying to get out of the underground slave trade. In trying to help them Tessa becomes captured by the Slave Master. Her only hope out is Debt Collector Locke who is full of mystery and secrets. His only payment is her body completely. He also shares her with his best friend Gage. When she meets Gage sparks fly and there is instant chemistry. Is it more than lust or does she have feelings for Gage and Locke? She will do anything in her power to escape this crazy mess and end up with the man of her dreams. This book is not for the faint of heart! I was turning those pages faster than I ever have. I am such a fan of India Kells that I always jump at the chance to read her work, and this book is a great reason why! This book is dark, twisted, steamy, intense, action-packed and romantic all at the same time. Everything I love in a romance read!

Right from the get-go I was hooked, this storyline captivated me and had me on my toes the whole way through. I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone looking for their next steamy romance read!

The Debt Collector by India Kells was my first book by this author and Holy Hottness are the first words that come to mind to describe this book. If you’re looking for a fast-paced book that has equal parts of mystery and steamy dirty bedroom scenes then this is your book. Tessa an ER Doctor gets mixed up in a sex slave ring while helping a girl out of a bad situation. Locke is a man who is trying to take down the ring one girl at a time until Tessa might be the only one to help out.

Tessa and Locke have some chemistry just between them but when they add a sexy underground fighter who just happens to be Locke’s best friend and side lover; things start to get real for Locke. Locke is a man that is hard to love thru out this book, but you slowly warm up to him by the end. I’m begging that India will write a book just for Gage, I want more of the sexy fighter.

The Debt Collector: An Underground Bad Boys Romance by India Kells is an amazing read. This fast paced book is full of action, suspense and hot sexy love scenes. Tessa is a doctor, who helps young girls that come into the er get out of a sex trafficking ring, but the guy who owns the girls kidnaps her to get repayment for the girls. Locke, The Debt Collector, buys her and the actions starts there. This book held my attention from beginning to end. This is not the first book I have read by Ms. Kells, butit is my new favorite. If you are looking for a hot romance, this book is definitely for you. I highly recommend this book.

The Debt Collector is An Underground Bad Boy Romance by India Kells is such an unexpected surprise story, it was awesome. I really like reading India’s stories, they are wonderfully written and this one is no different. There is lots of drama and danger, heartache and intrigue, suspense and pain, demons to be slain and pleasure and romance and boy oh boy does it sizzle. So much so that a cold shower will be on the agenda. I was so devoted to India’s written word that the world flew by as I became a part of the story and walked hand in hand with them. I devoured page after page and before I knew it, it was over and a couple of hours were behind me. These beautiful and complex characters are hopelessly flawed and and made my heart ache and felt their pain down to my soul.

I can’t wait to see what India comes up with for the rest of the series!

I will admit that this isn’t my go to genre but I do like to try out new types of books. I have to admit that I did find this book quite enjoyable. The author does a great job with handling the subject matter within the book. I found that I was quite drawn into this book as the drama unfolded in it.

The emotions that Tessa went through and the drama I felt as though I was going through it vicariously through the character. I found that I started to route for Locke the more the book progressed. Sometimes the bad boy isn’t such a bad boy at all and they are the ones that save the damsel in distress. I really liked the author’s writing style and will definitely read more from her in the future.

Holy hotness!! The Debt Collector by India Kells is a scorching hot read. The heat literally radiates off the page. I have previously read, and enjoyed, books by this author, so it was a no brainer that I was going to love this book too.
Dr Tessa Freeman is an ER doctor who helps women who have fallen into the sex slave trade escape from their ‘owners’. As a result of this she is captured by the leader of the slave trade business.
Locke is a sort of mercenary who is trying to bring the slave trade down by pretending to be part of it. When Tessa is captured, Locke does a deal to bring Tessa into his ‘ownership’
What follows is a very hot, steamy story where Tessa and Locke can’t help but submit to their attraction to one another. But this is no simple love story. Locke is also having a sexual relationship with his best friend Gage. Trying to fight his feelings for Tessa he pushes Gage and Tessa together and the 3 of them indulge in some rather steamy sex sessions. Sessions that will leave you very hot under the collar (and in other places too).
If you are very open minded and enjoy a good steamy read then this book is perfect for you.

The Debt Collector is an Underground Bad Boys Romance by India Kells. I have read many of her stories and I thought I was ready for what she had in store for us but heck no! She took this one onto a completely different level!
The Debt Collector has so many layers, so much emotion, so much has been taken from the world around us … We have Dr Tessa Freeman who is not your average doctor, she is saving the girls who end up in her ER and have been escaping the slave ring … she does not think of her own life, it is her duty to help them and unfortunately no good deed goes unpunished … so she is taken to ‘work off the debt’ of the girls who are no longer there to ‘work’. She is saved by a mysterious Locke who she had treated when he came to the ER with some knife wounds … What does Locke want in return? How will he have her to ‘work off’ her debt to him?
I promise you will not regret picking up the Debt Collector, you will spend couple of very enjoyable hours with Tessa and Locke and …. Cage … the third party in this triangle/menage a trois … not a dull moment! But is this just a story filled with steamy scenes or is there more than what you see on the surface? Is there future for the three of them together or will someone be left behind? Pick up the copy and find out for yourself! I hope it is just the first in the series …. Is it a series … I am sure we will find out soon!

This book is sizzling hot! The sexual encounters in this story will set you on fire. The chemistry between Locke, Tessa and Gage is incredible. Tessa is a strong, independent woman who manages to get herself in serious trouble. Locke succeeds in saving her but Tessa is now indebted to him and he always collects his debts. Locke is a very complex character. He is very serious and closed off with a touch of OCD. There are reasons for the way that he is. Gage is a monster of a man. He’s a giant sized muscled machine who cage fights for fun. He’s rough and tough but we find out his soft spot. I loved all the characters. Each one was unique and they complimented each other. There was drama and some action and many heated moments. There are scenes that are explicit therefore I would suggest a mature audience but it is so worth it. I really enjoyed the book and am looking forward to reading more about these characters. Hoping the next book centres around Gage.

The Debt Collector was one part darkness, one part suspense, ten parts extreme heat! Yowza! I mean, you kind of could guess that from the cover. But basically, there’s Tessa, who gets herself in a sticky situation and has to work something out with Locke, who can be hard to read. Is he good? Can she trust him? Then there’s his friend. Oh and they are all so very friendly. I enjoyed this and appreciated how Tessa didn’t back down when it came to demanding to be treated well.

The Debt Collector was a great 5 star read and part of the Underground Bad Boys Romance.

Tessa is an Emergency room doctor who also helps girls that come in and are clearly involved in slavery. One evening she meets a mysterious man that she is completely drawn to, but she doesn’t learn his real name before he leaves.

Circumstances and fate bring these two back together again when Tessa is taken by the slave ring men. Locke is shocked to see the woman he met at the hospital. Determined to help her he makes a deal to buy her. Once he has Tessa safely in his home, he suggests a deal that will keep her safe.

Will Tessa be able to keep her heart out of it? What will happen if she discovers Locke’s secrets?

All I can say is WOW, what a heck of a read. The secondary characters were great, I have to say my favorite was Gage, Locke’s friend who is a hot as heck cage fighter. Tessa was a strong and determined woman who fights for what she believes in. If you’re looking for a great thrilling read with some hot and steamy moments, this is the book for you.

Ohhhhh India Kells this corrupted my mind so good! I absolutely had to one-click this novel like I do with just about every India Kells novels. This one was a tad more steamy than I am used to seeing from her and I loved it, every wanton moment. Now keeping in mind that I have mentioned this is a bit of a steamy read be smart and don’t pick it up if that isn’t your thing, although I do think you would be missing out on quite the read, especially if you are a fan of India Kells of novels.

There is a lot going on in this book, but it is done flawlessly and not too overwhelming, I was able to read it in one sitting. Tessa finds herself in a slave ring. Everyone’s worst nightmare. The man who saves her, Locke has a proposal, one that is something she would never have expected to find herself involved in either. Oh and then there is Locke’s best friend Gage. These three have some intricate personalities that work together a lot like poetry. Which for me is what makes a novel like this work so well. The Debt Collector is part of The Underground Bad Boys series. It can be read as a standalone. There is one part of the story involving Gage that is left open, probably to be explored further in another book.

I read this book in just a few hours because it kept me hooked so I couldn’t put it down. The interactions between Locke and Gage…wow…I thought my Kindle was going to catch fire, lol! Definitely not a book for anyone under the age of 18.

The author has done a wonderful job of creating complex characters with interesting personal histories. Although I was actually more entertained by the dynamic between Locke and Gage, the Tessa character definitely bridged between them well by adding a compassionate strength to offset their physical presence.
