Claiming the Cowboy for Christmas ( The Hills of Texas Book 4) by Kadie Scott. First off, I love Kadie Scott so most anything I see with her name on it I will read. This was a wonderful story that can be read as a standalone but I enjoy the continuation of characters in stories. This is the story of Ashley Hughes who is no fan of Christmas this year because she finds herself back home helping her twin sister plan her wedding to none other than Ashley’s ex. She is sick and tired of trying to convince everyone that she is over her ex she wishes she had even a pretend boyfriend to throw everyone off. Enter Jennings Hill who was Ashley’s ex best friend who still has feelings for Ashley but only wants to help her. When a rumor is started putting them together romantically it throws them all for a loop. Ashley knows how she really feels about Jennings and the more they spend time together the more her feelings grow but Jennings worries she’s still not really over her ex. Will they end up together? Taming the Troublemaker (The Hills of Texas Book 3) By Kadie Scott is the third Book in The Hills of Texas series. This is a romance story that is fun to read and one that is hard to put down once you start reading. Autry is what one may call “a Playboy “ he has that reputation,you know the one that doesn’t want to settle down with just one woman. Beth is a school teacher she has a heart of gold.These two on the surface seem like complete opposites.Well what happens when a bet is placed? This bet Autry will take over the family ranch but in order to do that there can be no women or scandal for six months. Sounds easy enough right? Especially when one is tired of that playboy life and may want something different? Find out what happens when he runs into a cute yet sassy teacher? I highly recommend reading this book and you can read as a standalone, but I do recommend reading the whole series. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

Taming the Troublemaker is the third book in the Hills of Texas series by Kadie Scott. This book can be read as a standalone, but I recommend you read the series in order. They are all great reads. This is the story of Autrey Hill, the player with a reputation, who makes a bet with his father. If he settles down with one women, then he will be rewarded with the family ranch. Beth Cooper is the towns elementary school teacher, and all around good girl. When the come together the chemistry is off the charts. This book is full of emotions and witty banter. It had me laughing from beginning to end. I truly enjoyed this book and would highly recommend.

Taming the Troublemaker by Kadie Scott is a phenomenal romance read! It’s the third book in the Hills of Texas series, a series that can be read as a standalone, however, I would recommend reading them in order as each new book of the series is somehow better than the first!

Autry and Beth’s story is sweet, romantic, emotional and perfectly steamy! I loved everything about their story, and I loved the flow, there was always something going on that kept me highly entertained.

I can’t wait to read more from this author, and I would absolutely recommend this series to anyone looking for their next romance read!

Taming the Trouble Maker by Kadie Scott is a 5 out of 5 stars kind of read!! It is the 3rd book from the Hills of Texas Series. It definitely falls into the romance category. Autry is a ranching playboy. Beth is a school teacher. They went to the same school growing up, but their circles never combined so they were never friends. One night after a visit to the local pub, Beth locks her purse in Autrys truck resulting in a friendship of sorts. One night Beth needs a hand and Autry comes to her rescue, however lands himself in jail. Beth then comes to his rescue by suggesting to the crown he receives leniency and community service. Beth has a student, Dylan, whom is in foster care and is struggling inside and outside of school and Beth feels like a “big brother” would do him wonders. And so Autry becomes his “Big Brother”. This story was honest to goodness funny and uplifting. It gave me a lot of insight Into how a child in foster care really feels, and made me think about the difference companionship can make in a child’s life, and how a child can change a grown ups life. It was also nice to see that his story ends happy, because not all foster kids get a happy ending!

Taming the Troublemaker by Kadie Scott is the third book in the Hills of Texas series. Each of these books can be read as a stand-alone.
Having read another in this series I knew what to expect when I picked up this book. However I didn’t expect to connect with this characters as much as what I did. I loved reading about Beth and Autry. They have such strong emotions for each other and I believed everything about them.
On top of that this was a great romantic story that was really heartwarming. The author creates a lovely journey for the two characters that is so easy to read. This is definitely s book worth reading.

Taming the Troublemaker is the third book in the Hills of Texas Series by Kadie Scott. This is the third book in the series, but it can be read as a standalone. There are recurring characters in this book who had their own stories, in book #1, and #2- so be prepared to be intrigued enough by them to want to go back and discover more about them by reading the first two books.
This book is a great small town/cowboy romance. It is fairly light-hearted, with just a little drama, plenty of chemistry, some emotion, taming the bad boy, opposites attract, and lots of funny and cheeky banter .
Autry Hill has earned quite the reputation as a bit of a player. But he’s getting tired of it all now and really wants to leave his reputation behind him. When a chance to ‘earn’ the family property is given to him, he’s determined to prove his worth. But what happens when he crosses paths with the respectable and practical good girl, in the form of Beth Cooper, a local elementary school teacher?
Another sweet addition to the series. I am looking forward to reading Claiming the Cowboy for Christmas, Book #4, coming soon.
