Taming Beckett (The Playmakers Series Hockey Romances Book 1) by G.K. Brady – Review by Shadel Ayerbe
Taming Beckett by G.K. Brady
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Taming Beckett (The Playmakers Series Hockey Romances Book 1) by G.K. Brady’s great romance series.
Beckett Miller’s hedonistic lifestyle has just been cooled. Following a high-profile fall from grace due to a drug scandal, the elderly pro hockey superstar is without a team, has been withdrawn from endorsements, and is absolutely bankrupt. Desperate to sell his house, the league’s bad boy is forced to work with a real estate agent with a dazzling smile and with whom he’d just made a tremendous fool of himself. Paige Anderson’s success in sales has not translated into relationships. Paige is going out all the stops to keep her marriage together as her husband grows more distant, and the last thing she wants is a scandal-plagued playboy athlete as a client. However, the hefty commission she’ll receive from the sale appears to be worthwhile.
Every page was exciting and I couldn’t wait to see what would happen. It is a unique sports romance series. The story really brings excitement into your life. I couldn’t put the book down
