My rating: 5 of 5 stars

School teacher Karen Posey is shy and quiet and likes to keep to herself, and she likes it that way. all is well until a chance meeting of Brody Cooper who is anything but shy, he is cocky and confident and has his sights set on Karen. Truly a beautiful journey of love. But filled with the typical small-town drama. lots of laughs especially from Meemaw who you will know about from the other book in this series. which if you haven’t, I highly recommend.

Coyote's Road TripCoyote’s Road Trip by Laura Koerber
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Coyote Jim is a shapeshifter, who is trying to find his way in life. This story is told while he is on a road trip. This story is told in first person and all the characters are connectable, and relatable. It’s a dystopian story, magical and paranormal. I truly enjoyed this book and will be looking for more from this Author.

A Long Kiss GoodbyeA Long Kiss Goodbye by H.D. Thomson
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

What a great well written original paranormal romance with a lot of mystery and crime thrown in.
I was slightly worried because this is book 2 and i had not yet read book 1, but it holds itself well as a standalone. But I can guarantee you will want more. Avery and her mysterious and handsome neighbor Luys make this book amazing. The pace of it was great. I didn’t want to even put it down and when I had to, I couldn’t stop thinking of what was going to happen next! Definitely read this book.

The Wolf’s Shadow (The Lycanthropy Files Book 1) by Cecilia Dominic – Review by Toni Sellers

The Wolf's Shadow (The Lycanthropy Files #1)The Wolf’s Shadow by Cecilia Dominic
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Joanie Fisher inherits her grandfather’s fortune and Wolfsbane Manor deep in the Ozarks. Where the mystery begins WEREWOLFS. This is book one in a series so a lot of character building, very descriptive and a lot of good twists. I absolutely enjoyed the scientific take on Lycanthropy. A whole new spin in the “shifter world”. Definitely a great book and I can’t wait to read more in this series.

I loved this book. It was my first time reading a book by Marianne Rice and I was not disappointed. I immediately fell in love with Gina and Bryce. This book is part of a series but can definitely be read as a standalone as I did. I can’t wait to read more of the series. It’s such a heartwarming story. It kept me engaged the whole time.
