Homicidal Innocence by V.J. Lee – Review by Toni Sellers

Homicidal InnocenceHomicidal Innocence by V.J. Lee
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Homicidal Innocence is an intense very well-crafted psychological thriller with a little added romance.
So well done that even when I was sure I had it figured out I was wrong. I did a lot of second guessing on this one. Characters are well written, likeable even. This book was so twisted, yet all the twists and turns were done so nicely, so complex and intense that I felt on the edge of my seat most of the time. I can definitely say one of the top books I have read this year.

Salt Love by Marika Ray – Review by Toni Sellers

Salt Love: A Summer Romantic ComedySalt Love: A Summer Romantic Comedy by Marika Ray
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

If your looking for a good book to take to the beach or just get cozy in the house then,
Salt Love is a perfect steamy summer romantic comedy. The characters are well written and likeable and very relatable. I was definitely hooked from the start and loved it all. It checks all the boxes. Spicy, funny, secrets, full emotions, forgiveness, and second chances. I really hope we get more of this, maybe something with one of the fabulous side characters.

Whiskey Throttle (Moto X Series Book 6) by Brooke May – Review by Toni Sellers

Whiskey Throttle (Moto X #6)Whiskey Throttle by Brooke May
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is book six in The Moto X series, although I would bet it is best to read them in order, and If they are all this good then you definitely should. I did read this as a standalone and did fine. Yet I will be reading the others because I liked it so much.
This is Parker’s story, whom you will find to be a complex dark kinda guy, yet very intriguing. It is a very thought-provoking story so full of emotion (maybe some triggers) as Parker rises up from rock bottom. A very well written contemporary romance with motorcross, fast paced, great characters, heartache, drama and second chances. Definitely grab this book. You won’t be disappointed.
