So many plot twists and what the heck moments! I absolutely loooved The Mesmerist. Jana tries to see the good in everyone even if they’ve shown otherwise in some ways and I really related to that. I couldn’t put this book down because I just had to find out what was going on! Magic book with plot twists are one of my favorites and I was amazed by this book. Overall amazing world building, characters and just great story that kept me wanting more!

What a lovely story! Sofia is an incredible woman and so strong. She was in a bad situation but didn’t let the past make her weak, instead it made her stronger. Theo was also amazing and helped Sofia so much. This book reminded me that it’s possible to move on and be happy even when it feels impossible. Definitely recommend if you want the feel goods wrapped in a great book.

I’m actually very surprised by how much I enjoyed this novella. It really had a way of pulling me in and I devoured it very quickly. It was such an interesting time going with Thomas on his very different hike. Then we meet April and things just keep on getting more interesting and captivating from there. I just overall loved it! Highly recommended if you enjoy science fiction.

I absolutely loved Gina and Bryce’s story. It was a story about find the beauty and strength within yourself. I loved being on Gina’s journey with her as she found and felt her beauty both inside and out. Both of their characters were very well written and I loved them even though at times I wanted to scream because of their actions. The relationship she had with her best friends was also amazing and I can’t wait to read more about them.

Wild Hare’s daughter was pleasantly good! I love magic books and anything about fairies and this one did not disappoint. I loved reading about Amy coming to terms with herself and finding out who she was. It was also nice to have Bobby’s point of view as well. Overall a great story!

I loved Leslie and Trevor’s story. Leslie was definitely my favorite. She proves that women are strong and can do whatever they set their minds too. But at the same time it also touches on the troubles we might face when working in a mostly male work place. Also the steam was the perfect amount and the romance was beautiful! Great read.

I loved this book! The story was very well written and I loved Luca and Aly’s characters. The rival between the Rossi and Mancini family was also executed beautifully. If you like dark mafia books this is definitely one for you! It also gives off the feel of star crossed lovers so it will check that mark for you as well. Just overall a very well written story and I really enjoyed it.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Imperfectly yours was…heavy. So good but so so heavy. I couldn’t put it down as I let it destroy me and put me back together again, over and over. Elsa and Anton’s story was raw, their struggles were real and their heartbreaks were absolutely real. This is the second book I have read of this author, but can guarantee I will be reading more. This book does have triggers but she makes them very clear before you start the book. If they are something you are okay reading about, enjoy having your heart ripped out as much as I did! Don’t worry it will be put back together too.

Wonderful crime drama!

I haven’t read a crime book in quite some time but I am glad I started back up with States of Grace! I loves Graces character and the growth you see in her from beginning to end. I engulfed this book and didn’t want to put it down. I thought I knew how it would end, but I was definitely wrong! I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone who likes the crime genre.

Great friends to enemies story!

This book really had a way of pulling me in and wanting to find out what would happen next. The characters were very well written, even though at times I didn’t like them very much! There was the perfect amount of angst, emotion, betrayal and heartbreak to make it grab at your heartstrings. A lot of times I get confused when a book goes from the past to present, but this one was written in a way where it touched on the past without being confusing. I really enjoyed this book!
