This was a cute, standalone story. I liked the way that the multiple POV was done in this book. There is everything you need for a good romance, including some angst. The story had a way of just pulling you in

You and Me Equals Love

This is a fun, standalone, contemporary romance. This book was written in multiple POV, which I personally love because I feel it gives the story a lot more depth than if it was written in only one. It lets us get to know each of the characters on a more intimate level and get to know their innermost thoughts and feelings. It also helps them to gain your attention. The author is fantastic at writing believable storylines that really transport you into the middle of it. This is a fantastic story about what happens when friendship and love mix. I definitely recommend picking it up for a fun book to read when you need one! It won’t disappoint!

I really enjoyed this book and I was thoroughly surprised how much I did since I am usually not a fan of multiple POV or going past to present but this was done SO SO well. I knew who was talking thanks to the name headers and without the rewind to the past we wouldn’t see how we got to the opening scene where we have so many questions!

Kate has been burned before in a relationship but when Ben comes along they just click and it’s off from there.
We also get to see her best friend Jenny and Bens best friend Josh along the way and I thought that that was super unique we get 2 stories.
A case of a big misunderstanding and past hurts brings Kate to question Ben.
Will they be able to talk things through and come to an understanding or will both be heartbroken?

An enjoyable and entertaining contemporary romance which kept me happily turning the pages. Kate and Jenny have been best friends since they were sixteen, and for ten years they have been through thick and thin together, but then a boy came between them. The storyline follows Kate’s journey which includes many trials and tribulations, whilst her past experiences have left her with a fear of relationships and trust issues. Kate then falls in love, although she’s done everything she can to avoid doing so, but has to decide if she will trust her boyfriend or her best friend. I found the characters likeable and relatable and I liked how the story was told through the multiple characters POV, which made me feel more engaged with them. I liked how Kate’s relationship with Ben developed throughout the story and how their chemistry came across in the narrative. I did find the storyline was a bit predictable, however I felt immersed in the characters world and thought it was a fun, heartwarming and romantic read.

This is the story of both one but two women and their men. This is a case of best friends, dating best friends. I can’t even say whose story I like better as they were both equally well done. Well, the story is good but I wasn’t a huge fan of the execution. It does a lot of bouncing around from past to present. I think the story would’ve been as equally powerful, just starting in the past and working your way to the present and current situations. I have read this author’s stories before, and always enjoy them. This one just seems to be a one off for me. Overall, it’s an entertaining story about a couple girls who find their guy and hopefully a forever after.

I liked this book but it was different from what I’ve usually read by this author. Usually multiple POV’s is good in my eyes but this book, didn’t have the same affect on me. I loved the story. I loved everything about Kate and Ben with their relationship. How they met, how they got together and everything about them. It seemed odd to have so much about Jenny and Josh. I get they were best friends with the Mc’s but I didn’t really care much about their drama 🙂
Kate and Ben had a fair amount of drama which some was caused by Kates insecurities and couldve been avoided but I loved the ending. This is one of my favorite authors to read so cannot wait for her next read.

You and Me Equals Love by Marina Hanna is a contemporary romance with a little drama, trust issues, doubts, emotion, friendship, banter, fun, spice, and just enough angst to keep things interesting.
Even though the story was a little predictable, it was still a fun read that entertained me the whole way through. We follow Kate and Ben through some highs and lows, as they take a chance on love.
Worth the read!
I wonder what Ms. Hanna has in store for us next?
Happy Reading…

Thank you, Marina Hanna!

You and Me Equals Love is another wonderful story by Marina. I have enjoyed each and every book I have read by her. This contemporary romance is a standalone and has everything needed to make it a compelling read.

I love how it was written in the multiple POV because it gives the story that much more meaning and understanding of them as people. It’s so easy for the characters to capture your heart and feel invested in them.

Marina has a way of telling a story that makes if feal real. Her writing transports you into the story and the world she has created. I enjoy her sense of humour that comes through in her words and has me laughing out loud. I have said it before, but I will say it again – Marinas words just click, and I can’t get enough.

It is a fun easy read, a tale of friendships and love, letting go of the past and building trust. It is a story of the heart wants what the heart wants, and it is not always what you would like it to be. I know what it’s like to9 want someone who likes someone else.

There is a lot of sass, intense moments, angst and a little drama and some cute times that makes for some fab reading. The story is a little predictable near the ending, but I still really enjoyed it.

This book is perfect read when needing some much needed “me time”.

I can’t wait for what comes next.
