Transformations: The Shifter Series by Cari Schaeffer

5 Stars!!!!!

What more could one ask for in a new series and new author than plenty of drama and intrigue and
an age long feud that no one remembers how it started. I was so enthralled with this book that I couldn’t put it down. The author has a very refreshing style and take on the shifter.

I was very much drawn to Kat not only cause she is the partial focus of the book but because her
character is original. I like how the author brings in many different aspects to this book. There is
the Hatfield and Macoy theme as well as a Romeo and Juliet undertone. I like how the author brings
in the twist of not knowing who the leak is and I like how the drama is drawn out and it isn’t
predictable. I am very eager to read more from not only this author but this series.
