COURAGE is the second book in The Sisterhood Story. While I think this could be read as a stand-alone, I recommend reading book 1 – BRAVE – first so you have a bit of background on The Sisterhood.

This is a series of female Navy Seals in battle. While book 1 seemed like a prediction of the future, COURAGE takes recent events and with a few twists and turns makes it fictional. The world is a scary place.

This story pulled so many emotions out, from laughter to heart break and grief to awe at the bond of friendship. It is superbly written and once again it feels like the author has first hand knowledge of being in the military.

I will continue to stalk the author for new additions to the series.

If I could rate higher than five stars, this would be a book I would do that with.
